It's about Time? which came first, this or Gilligan's Island? I saw this show on TV this morning, first thought it was Gilligan's Island, same lagoon, same 'set', same Island, but the characters were different. This show or series, seems to have slipped past me, and it came out and was produced in the same era Gilligan's Island was, same goofy plot, only instead of people being ship wrecked, seems some Astronauts are 'space wrecked' on an Island or world of primitives. Read more about the shows content here... link I find it interesting that this show never 'took off' in syndication re-runs like Gilligan's Island did. Here's the theme song to the series.

If you watch the old Tarzan series, in the series they often mixed wrong ethnic tribes together, which in real life lived on, evolved on, different continents.
Example, in the Tarzan series, you'd often see Asian or South American tribes, mixed in with African tribes, or Islander tribes, as if all co-existing amongst selves....
That's historically inaccurate.
Africa tribes did not mingle with polonesian tribes, Aztec tribes did not freely roam in Africa and so forth, but I figure the producers of Tarzan just figured back then, in the 50's, 60's, all 'whites' just figured all people of color were the same, had same history and cultures...hmm...not true...

Did the Twilight Zone TV show utilize crossdressing males to play women? This is going to sound strange, but I'm watching a episode of the TZ titled 'In his image', and I could swear up and down, the lady playing this one characters fiancé is or was a man. And to me, the dead giveaway is the CHIN. I mean look at the chin, and also look how they're sitting in the car, women don't sit that way, that's how men sit and lay back against seats. And this is not the first episode where I've suspected men playing the roles of women. Am I on to something here that no one else has ever noticed before? Feel free to copy and share the image and study it for yourself.
