It's quiet where I stay now, but it use to didn't be that way, when I first moved in, it was very loud, welfare mother dominated the complex, and their loud, unruly kids, would run around all afternoon terrorizing people with their loud shrieks and howls, like baboons are something.
Then at night, these single welfare mothers, living off other peoples tax money, would invite men over, you'd look out window and always see men sneaking through the shadows, all going to do their thing.
No morality, no order, just chaos.
And it was majority urban black females/males.
But then slowly but surely, I guess the owners decided they'd had enough, or maybe saw property value dropping, who knows, but slowly but surely changes started to occur, people started getting evicted, and instead of being replaced by the same ole socially destructive Section 8 types, they were getting replaced by people who actually worked.
This is when I began noticing more 'white' people moving in, and working class Hispanics, and other non black types.
And suddenly the place just started getting quieter, safer, I mean as soon as loud negroes were removed from units, and replaced by working class people of any color, things just started improving.
I like it here much better now, working class people are a lot better to live around than unruly ghetto types.
Cause Section 8 urban women always attract 'gangsta' types, who scare everyone, or their sons do.
People work hard, and with economic times changing, many just can't afford or don't want to live 40 miles away from work anymore.
So now you're starting to see the working class move back into the outer edges of the city, seeking affordable housing.
And I'm glad for that myself, and think personally that working class people should take back the cities, and push the non productive types out into the boonies.
