Decompressing your mind, when off work, can take hours, even a whole day. Making that transition from being a labor slave to being free, and finding self again.
How long it takes just depends on how much you love or hate your job, and or what type of home life you come home to.

Blue collar realities
Live while alive, cause when dead, most certainly cannot.

I got the next 4 days off, but I feel now, no matter how many days I have off, won't be able to carve out the kind of life for myself I dreamed of years ago.
I always seem to be tied to fools.

Came home today from work, and place smelt odd, like fumey, as in paint or laquor fumes...then realized they probably painted or sprayed place below mine, and fumes drifted up into my place; as a result I've opened both glass/screen doors and placed fans in them. Hoping to get the fumes out so I don't wake up stoned or dead, well if dead, I can't wake up. But dang, they should of given a warning.
They're redoing place below mine, so I'm guessing that's where those fumes are coming from. If not one thing it's another, and with me, seems that 'other' is never anything good for me.

Weeknights, when I have to work the following day, are very so much depressing to me...they feel like 'dead nights' to me, and I get home late, so they really feel extra dead to me.
I think Americans, in general, are just falling out of love with work.

It is only when you step away from your labor job, as in take a vacation, and then return, do you see how utterly little regard your employer has for you outside of your mindless labor. It's sickening actually.

Sometimes I feel now, that if I don't get lucky and win the lottery, that I'm never going to make it.

Cold wet FridayIt's a cold wet Friday, the type of day you have no business leaving the home for, but then there's a thing called 'work', being a labor slave, where you risk it all for a measly hourly pay that never gets you ahead in life....while investors sit at home and watch the market. What suckers we labor types are... Anyways, gotta get dressed and go face the day.

When you wake up, get up, and absolutely have no desire to go to work, and face all the other stuff the day will throw at you. It's not a good feeling at all.
If there was a mental institute, or even more like a 'time out' institute, like in the movie 'One flew over the cuckoos nest', I'd check myself in for a few years, (I think a lot of people would, especially today) just to give self a time out.
There is no time out session in life for working class adults, unless want to become homeless, but that's to high of a penalty for someone just looking for a pause in their life.
Oh well, no such pause for me, just the usual daily BS.

I've been working so much, the past 4 days, that now that off, not sure what to do.. I mean from waking up (Around 7 am), to the time go to bed (around 1 am), that can make for some long days, especially when main duty is driving, which is constant stress. I need a change, but only 'I' can initiate that change through a series of decisions going forward. The industrial world really doesn't want you to get ahead, cause when people get ahead, escape the system, they relax, and when relaxed people don't work as much, thus not enough labor (Solution = open borders)(Keep the cheap labor flooding in, or so they think)( What they're really doing is importing future criminals on a scale this nation has never seen before)---------------------------- I just want to get a small RV, and pay no rent (live on land I inherited), and work only when I feel like it. But the price of RV's are off the charts now, and unless have perfect credit, good luck getting financed (I refuse to be held hostage to that crony credit system, which in no way determines if someone will pay) It's how they keep the masses poor, is through that crony credit system.Anyways, one way or another, I will get my freedom back.

Amazing, when at work, driving, mind spinning fast, thinking of all the things I'll do when off, all the podcasts I'll do, videos I'll create, art, you name it, but now that finally home, all I want to do is sit still and shut out the world...good grief..

Also, when at work, when got off of work, driving home, I felt like body just wanted to shut down and die, but now that home, and away from that environment, amazing how much better I already feel.
I think there's a lot of real industrial pollution and toxins, that really aren't good for the human body....and is why when away from that environment, I always almost instantly start feeling better.

Yep, now that I'm home, all I want to do is sit and space off or out. All the worries of the world just go away, once I'm home and in front of the space heater, and or watching a movie, or doing whatever.
Once I'm out and away from the world, the world really no longer concerns me, at least at my age. If no one before me could save humanity, how foolish was I to think I could. People don't even like me...lol

Just got in from work, and wow, it's almost mid-night already.
On Tuesday night, I was in WA, State, helping my Mother clean and other tasks, then had dinner with old classmates parents, one of whom's a opinion writer for W.S.U. paper, and then went to hotel room, Quality Inn, and then drove to Spokane, WA airport and caught early flight, arrived back at around 3 pm, got some beer on the way home from airport, drank a few, went to bed, woke up, went to work, and now typing this.
Time just goes way to fast.
