read headline where like triple shooting occured in urban area, well they caught those who did it, and youngest one was 14....14, and already taking part in shooting other people?
If I were in charge Mother and even the Father would both be held liable and charged right along with their minor son who take part in that crime.
Just not sure why urban single parents allowed to just have hobbits, not raise them at all, then these hobbits, before even grown, taking the lives of others...how many would still be alive if not for this cycle that seems to repeat over and over again.
Just when you think one wave or generation of criminals all locked up or gone, than here comes a whole other hollow urban generation behind them, their own off spring I guess, commiting the same mindless urban crimes their single biological parents did, listening to the same rap ect.
That's not a 'culture', that's lack of culture.
And with Biden in charge, it will only get worse, for the Biden admin won't ever try to solve anything, especially in urban communities, instead they'll just continue to blame 'Trump' for every and any thing that occurs, even deep within the hood by people who don't even follow politics.
All Democrats seem to want is 'the vote', after that it's like you're own your own....that is until the next voting cycle, then they'll pretend to care again...what a sham.

Just about ran out of gas on the way home, and only place could find to fill up was, yep, smack dab in da middle of da hood, but mainly the streets.
The hood is more residential, where as the 'streets' are the commercial district of 'Da hood'.
But one place I pulled up in, near downtown, and I saw who was standing out front, and just kept on going.
Seems like every filling station near da hood always has 1-4 shady types who just hang out by the door.
But drug addicted street 'white gals' don't seem to be afraid of them.
Not sure why the store owners allow that, usually the store owners are foreigners of course.
Well I did fill up at another place, thinking I wouldn't make it and be stranded right smack dab in da middle of da hood or streets...got lucky this time.

It's kind of easy to run and control your portion of the streets, even if not rich
The thing about 'The Streets' is most on them or dead broke, so if you have just 10 dollars, 20 dollars, you're like Trump to them or Warren Buffet or Oprah or name your Millionaire.
Lot's of helpless homeless types on the streets today, and they're desperate, and if have consistant change for them you'd be surprised.
If have enough change could literaly raise 'street Army' that would obey you, carry out your wishes, it's that easy...not always, but often...just depends on how strong the 'male' is.
