I voted today Rush
I voted today Rush, and it was the easiest thing I've done in a long time, no lines, no controversy, no anger, no protests, and guess what, it was in a 'B' area.
But to listen to your show and the media, you'd think people were fighting and shouting at the polling places.
At least where I voted, it could not have been more calm.
And I voted for the 'T' man cause they best reflect myself, and what I'd do, if I were President.

Ideology vs TrumpNow that election over, talk radio hosts have all slipped back into their ideological pre 'Trump' show presentations...you know... 'Liberals baaaaaad, All conservatives gooooood' (they say this about 100 times per show. 'Democrats, Leftist, Marxists all baaaaaad, the Republican party gooooood'...  And then they continue with the usual 'social commentary', which always deals with.. 1. BLM, BLM has now replaced Jessie and Al as civil rights pariah's that they can generically attack. Even though now that election over, I never hear anything about BLM accept from talk radio hosts. Seems talk radio hosts love concentrating all that is 'evil' on their shows, shaking it up, and making 3 hour show content out of it. In other words they've gone back to same pre election formula of useless social commentary mixed in with 'us' vs 'them' ideological partisan chatter. It's all meaningless and solves and gets nothing done or accomplished.The reason Donald J Trump was able to excite so many new people, pull so many people into the voting process, including Democrats, and even 'Liberals' (non D.C. belt kind), and other non white Americans and more is cause he talked about issues, not ideology!From day one Trump presented self as one who could 1. Properly identify problems 2. Ability to fix those problems It's really that simple. Ideology fixes nothing, rambling on and on for days, hours, weeks, years, about ideology, fixes nothing, all it is is theater. Conservatism and or Conservative politicians don't fix sh-t, if they could or were, Trump would of never come about. All they do is talk about 'principles', ideology in books, radio shows ect, but don't fix nothing in the real world that actually effects people, and is why I have no use for Conservatism or ideology in Government. (Either one is a upright person, not owned by donor class or one isn't) 1. Cause the same people telling you how 'Conservative' they are, were the very ones ripping off tax payers for decades!! Trump, on the other hand, just goes in, sees waste, inefficiency, and simply cleans it all up, left or right, he simply cleans it all up, straightens it all out, and that's what his base followers like. I cannot contribute my voting for Trump with any single talk radio host. (In fact talk radio hosts are what thwarted enthusiasm in electoral process by constantly dividing people from one another on their show with constant 'labels') I liked Trump from day one cause he's like me, he's like most regular classical American types, 'Fix and solve'. No one I know in real blue collar world sits around babbling about ideology for hours at a time, they're to busing working, problem solving. Again, to me, ideology is nothing more than theater that gives talk radio hosts like Rush a platform to run shows on, but out here it's useless. Either fix the car or shat up. And ideology doesn't fix sh-t, it's simply created a media industry that has made a lot of people, including talk radio hosts, very wealthy. The above post written back in Dec of 2016 after Trumps first election win. Limbaugh, you're not Trump, unlike you, Trump was able to grow and expand the voting base, where as people like you shrank it, cause you don't have the ability to effect change of thought in those who are not already 'conservative'... I mean you were given the 'medal of freedom', and still your influence couldn't get more people excited about voting for Trump? You should give that medal back, if Trump loses. You may have a lot of stations you're on, but seems no one's listening or they're just listening to yell at the radio. Now you will seem even less important to me should Trump win, is why your section already relegated to the basement on here, has been for a while. |

It's amazing how Rush is sounding more like the Zone when it comes to the politics, not the Zone like Rush, I mean I'd of thought Rush was reading posts right off of the 'common sense politics' section after hearing rush say on show that it's Trump who has grown the Rep base, not the establishment class types in there for decades.
That's been said on here forever.
Rush was the establishment class, I know that's hard for people to comprehend, but he's the one who carried the water for the Washington establishment for decades while his own show and fortunes grew and America become more starved.
Oh well, he's for Trump now, so at least he's progressing.

Hey Limbaugh, if Trump should lose election than your 60 million listeners mean what?
If Trump loses election, Mr Limbaugh, than that means my 40 or so listeners have about the same impact as your 60 million listeners which is none.
The only different than is that you have gotten rich off of your listeners, where as I have not.

I have no reason to listen to Rush Limbaugh wine and complain and get animated, if they can't change anything, tired of building up that mans wealth when in the end they're worthless, in as far as changing anything goes.

Rush the J-_zz should give Trump back the freedom of metal award, cause Rush never served in military, never been a Police officer, never been on the ground to help with hurricane relief, instead hi tales it out of Florida in Jet whenever Hurricane approaches. Dude is worthless to me, he gets 'freedom medal award' simply for announcing he's sick, has cancer...how many Vets never got same honor. |

People like Rush keep the Conservative message small
People like Rush, who are in the position to high light or spot light smaller pro Trump or Conservative sites, instead of people like Rush sharing such sites on his show, he hoards all the spotlight for himself, even Driving Michael Savage off the radio soon do to greed.
(more on that later)
But instead of Rush helping others to rise, to spread Conservatism in it's many forms, he hoards the spotlight along with a few others of his ilk.
And then they wonder why more people aren't aware of the fraud occurring in Government.
People come to this site, read stuff, who may never listen to Rush Limbaugh's show, or Levins, or Hannities, but rather than these guys helping out those of us in the trenches, instead to them it's just business, and so like black holes, they hog, such in all the media attention on the conservative side to themselves, thus when
Face Book and Twitter begin deleting conservative posts, views and ideas, people have no where to go.
But think if greedy Rush, and others of his ilk, had shared sites like this, over the years, the conservative section on here could rival any talk show host, but they don't, instead they scoff at sites like this, see us as competition, and as a result, Trump may lose the race and the vast majority of people may never here about the fraud that took place.
The difference between me and Rush, is this is not a 'game' or business, I don't make a dime, it's about saving the nation from destruction.
And if Rush L wasn't so greedy, and had promoted sites like this and others over the years, millions would already have alternatives to FB and Twitter.
Rush L did not do his job, do to their greed, as a result they should give the Freedom metal back to Trump.
Trump helped Rush, but rush could not help Trump cause Rush failed to promote 1000's of other smaller conservative outlet sites do to greed.
To me Rush should give his metal back to Trump, and let Trump give it to a War vet while he's still in office and can.

Hey Rush, the only thing that matters today is the hearings Ted Cruz and others are having with Twitters owner and FBs owner, nothing else matters, here's why
The one who controls the flow of information is the one or ones who set the narrative.
Millions of smaller common sense voices have been snubbed out, erased, accounts deleted on twitter and FB, thus there's a lot of information that millions, young people millions, never got to see or consider cause FB and twitter blocked them all.
Had twitter not been in the way think how much more information would be floating around out there, on all platforms.
What you fail to understand Rush is not everyone has a radio show, not everyone has 60 million listeners a week, but also not everyone listens to your show or is receptive to your brand of 1960's old man conservatism, but the person turned off by your cultural style, just may be turned onto politics by a younger social liberal, but fiscal and nation loving conservative, or mix it up however.
Your show alone Rush, could not get Trump over the finish line
Nor was it your show in 2016 that did it, rather it was the main stream media exposing their audiences to Trump that woke people up to his fire brand style of politics.
So what I'm saying is stop being so gdm selfish! with media time, hell you promote more media people on the Left, by always playing their snippets of you, than you do promoting unknown or up and coming miniture Donald Trumps all over the place.
I don't know, maybe it's in your radio 'constract' that you can't do that.
And maybe it's even good for shows like yours, that other people can't get out and heard, that way I guess you figure more listeners will be funneled to shows like yours.
That may be so, but again, your brand of Archie Bunker Conservatism doesnt sit well with younger types who did vote for Trump, or minorities who did vote for Trump, you had nothing to do with that cause the people who voted for trump are the people you sat around on your show and insulted for decades.
If you really want 'change', than you need to focus your show on the Twitter hearings, cause that's the pivetol point in all this, Information that is.
Yes, you already have a show and are heard, but millions of others do not, they need to be heard as well and collectively they'll have a larger voice than yours.
Hopefully you're not happy to see twitter mute other peoples voices, just so they'll have to listen to your show.

I still say Rush should give back metal of freedom award
Other than being a great entertainer, not sure why Rush got that award.
But the real reason why I think they should give back that award is cause with all his boasting of over 600 radio stations, 'The most listened to radio show in the world' he likes to say, yet with all of that, and Hannity, between those two who have the same 'Agent', which is Rushes brother (I learned this from Michael Savage show), with all that, he, Rush, still couldn't get Trump re-elected!
Instead of Rush focusing on pop culture politics, maybe if Rush had done more investigative work like Mark Levin did, then maybe instead of Rush just flapping his mouth 1.5 hours a day, he should of been making people aware of the election changes Democrats were doing behind the scenes, not only making people aware, but pushing people into action to counter it, a year ago for crying out loud.
Not only that but Rush Limbaugh supported and gave cover to the 'establishment class' for 26 years prior to Trump, I mean the very people opposing Trump are the very ones Rush was saying on his show were 'Goooooooood Republicans, and greeaaat Conservatives', all the while blaming Democrats for the down fall of society, when in truth it was elected leaders of both parties.
I can never forget that, just read some of the older posts in here, I, and others on to the establishment class years ago, even Art Bell had guests on talking about the 'deep state' over a decade ago, stuff Rush would laugh about and call some 'liberal goobly gop'.
Well now who's rolling in the goobly gop, we all are, cause Rush failed to actually educate his audience on things that mattered, instead of just bashing generic Democrats all the time.
Even now Rush realizes how wrong he was, but won't admit it on their show, heck he even scoffed at Trump in the beginning, do people forget that?
More than half of all talk radio hosts were, and instead had lined up for you all more establishment Jeb Bush types.
I can't forget that.
To me, all Rush has done is increased his own wealth, ye sure he's done charity work on the side, with all wealthy people do that, heck if I had his income flow I'd do it to.
I don't blame him for getting rich of of radio, but do blame him for not educating people more about what was going on behind the scenes years ago when it would of made a difference.
He never once brought up China, until Trump did, never once talked about building a wall, until Trump did, never once spoke about fair trade, until Trump did, I mean all Rush did was echo Trump.
Again, I'm glad for his personal success, but his personal success doesn't garuntee America's success.
He should give back that medal.

And you, Mr Limbaugh, act as if since you can't feel the pulse of the people while living in your Ocean side palace, that then the pulse must not be widespread. Rush Limbaugh had about as much of effect on election as I did, and their show heard by millions!
I'm suppose to look up to rush as being anything more than a entertainer when him and his show had the same effect I had on election, me and my few little blogs and podcasts here and there, which is 'nill', nothing, nada.
If I had audience the size of Rush's, Trump would of won, instead of just repeating same stuff daily, I'd of been prompting Trumps attornries to investigate election mingling months in advance, or at least tried to counter it.
Rush doesn't educate, they entertain, is why they're paid a entertainers salary.

Dang, some caller just called Rush's show and basically reflected everything on here, they basically reflected my own sentiment and that of others
Limbaugh just got his butt chewed in half, that's why I listen to his show, not for him, but for that rare one caller who gets through now and then and diminishes Rush's true value...wow.
I applauded that caller, thank you caller you totally spoke the truth, whomever you were.

This babbling Democratic substitute host for Rush today doesn't have the spine to simply tell his listeners that Mitch McConnel is also in bed with China, married into the bed practically, own shipping companies together, as in large ships that sail the seas, as in ports.
No wonder everything investigative 'dies' on the hill, when 70% or more of the elected politicians have business interests with China or other large global entities.
So instead of Rush or his substitute hosts telling audiences this, they revert to low IQ talk radio entertainment and sound bites and blaming sandal wearing hippies in the parks with purple hair for the cause of every ones misery.
What a joke these talk radio hosts are, just repeat the same surface headlines over and over and over again instead of digging deeper.
