Business ideas always first develop inside our minds...
But by the time they have transpired to reality...usually there's little resemblance to the model we structure in our minds.
The business models we construct in our minds aren't 'governed'..
You simply vision yourself in an office selling something...or operating a commercial vehicle, hauling something, or running a restaurant selling food ect.
What you don't see, and what often scares people away from the idea, as they, we, 'learn as you go' is the complex array of laws that govern how and when you can do business in this nation.
The complexity of these laws can be quite frightening to someone who's never ran their own business or service.
And they're basically all designed to suck revenue out of you, the owner, and put that revenue into 'the Government'...
It's really that simple...that's why in business there always a fee, a charge, attacked to every law. Laws are simply a way to siphone money from you, the owner, to them, the Government.
Your dislike of Government will naturally begin to grow, as soon as you start a business of your own, or try to.
No one likes having money taken from them by law, in order to operate....
And is one reason why so many do things under the table...but for those who have always been taught to do things right, we get punished the most by all the laws and fees, and taxes.
The planning phase, the investigory phase, is often the phase many give up on...once they see all the mess involved, permits needed, licenses needed...and mind you all of this costs money before you even make a dime.
So many simply give up at this phase...and take the easy route of continuing to be a wage earner.
Don't get me wrong, some wages are good...if one is earning a wage of $50,000 or more, just to show up some where and perform standard routine...than not bad.
But it's usually people who earn from $10-30,000 a year who yearn for more...and are a bit more motivated to start own business.
They figure if they're going to be poor anyways, why not be poor while being their own boss.
Continued on next post...

Many people like routine...and for most, the routine of punching a time clock, just showing up to warehouse or factory or convient store, or driving job, and getting paid once a week, is much better than risking no pay check at all do to slow sales or revenue from own enterprise... After all, when you run your own business...small business...there may be weeks where you don't earn a dime, or come out in the negative...loose more many than you earn... Businesses cost money to run...equiptment has to be maintained, office lease rent must be paid, utilities, fuel, lights, insurances, fees, permits, all these fixed mandated costs, costs money. It may cost you $1000 to run business every month...so you have to earn at least twice that to earn $1000 for yourself. (that's just a generic example). Having you're own business is definitely not for everyone...it's hard and scary, expecially when poor, and using your own funds. It's different for fortune 500 companies that simply borrow and risk investor money or bank money...if business fails they just claim chapter 11 or whatever...and are done with it. It's small business owners who don't have that grace with banks, who are forced to risk a lot more of their own personal assets to keep business afloat.

Starting your own business for the first time...whether in trucking, transportation, food/restaurant, consulting, beauty parlor, barber shop, engineering firm, piloting company, charter bus company, message company, film production company...whatever it may be..., it can be like going to school all over again learning about all the rules and regulations. You will begin to learn stuff, about laws, taxes, that the average person has no idea of... You have to...you can't be dumb and run a business, or you'll sink. So must successful business owners are kind of self educated, out of necessity. And you can't be lazy and run a small business...people often confuse the image of fortune 500 CEO's with the lifestyle of a small business owner...no comparison at all. When a company is sitting on top of millions or billions in profits...there's a lot more room for relaxation, vacations, perks, bonuses... Small business is nothing like that...not even, at least not when starting out. For one, there's not enough employees for you, the owner, to relax like that. You, I, may be the only employee for months at a time, until other contracts are earned, until enough business is being generated to justify hiring someone else. And even then, as owner, your manager, secretary, receptionist, billing, and grunt, all in 1. Like a Octopus...you have to do it all. It's why you have to have extra drive in you, to start own business...you have to either love... 1. Being in charge... 2. Love what it is you're doing... 3. Be half insane and totally out of touch with reality...D'oh! In order to start your own small business in these hard times... It's definitely not for most...

When you start own business
When you start, create, own business it can be tough at first, but it's like an education within itself, the things you're forced to learn, like about taxes, and codes, and accounting, and profit margins, and math, and numbers, and personalities ect.
You learn more when you run own business than what any college could ever teach you.
It's priceless real life education to how things really work.
You learn about supply and demand, marketing, advertising and more.
You may not make as much initially, but starting own business makes you feel like an athlete in competition with others, and you only get better at it.
At this stage of my existence, it's hard for me to trade desires, passion, for a measly small pay check working for company.
Hourly workers aren't allowed to share anything with their corporate counterparts, you're just seen as mindless labor that's not allowed any input at all what so ever no matter how brilliant you may be.
People who paid a lot for their education can't have some lowly worker displaying more talent or drive than them.
So you're told 'Hey, we hired you to do, not to think!'
Insecure m/f's.
Some lowly worker could be a Einstein in disguise or the next Bill Gates, or Steve Jobs, but insecure middle management loves to bury such induvisuals in mindless, meaningless mucky labor.
So that you go home so exhausted and tired that you haven't the energy to persue your dreams anymore...all you want to do is recover and get ready for next day of more mindless labor.
While middle management sits in office and gossips over personal life, while making big salaries off the labor of others.
I think I'd rather be homeless again, than to sell my labor to such types.
It's never to late.
Here, on, in, the Twylightzone...it's never to late...do what you were born to do.
Spread your wings and get higher!
Strange odd creatures, beings, have your back, here in the Twylightzone...

Branching out on own is always scary at first
One thing I do know to be true, is that you need income, in order to make other things happen.
If you do not have income source, all other ideas, thoughts, dreams, are kind of mute.
Income is the engine for all future plans...income and good or decent credit.
Sometimes we want the house, or the land, or the RV or the nice new car, but simply don't have the income to support that vision.
Income is the nucleus of it all.
If business is generating an income, all that other stuff will come.
But if you get all that other stuff, without solid income stream, you'll just end up loosing it.

The scariest thing about business in 2015 is all the laws and legalities you have to know and stay on top of, that in and of itself can be enough to discourage many from wanting to create, run, establish own business, whether contract work or service work or supply work or just selling stuff, the amount of 'law' you must know to get started can be over whelming for most. This crap can make you want to give up before you even begin, and just remain a simple employee, rather than fulfilling dreams of being owner/manager of you're own company. Like in the movie 'The Devils Advocate' when character asks 'Why the law?' And the Devil responds 'Cause, the law is into everything'... Oh how right he was, the devil that is, the law indeed is into everything. And sad how 'The law' can make that which is corrupt, seem just, much can be manipulated by those who write law, and know how to manipulate the law to get over on others. And as far as business goes, if you don't comply by these laws, you can get fined, sued, shut down, or even jailed. Large companies can afford to hire full time business attorney to handle their legal matters, but if it's just you, or you and spouse, or you and friend, you basically have to learn it all on your own, or hire part time business attorney to help. And now days, with the advent of computer data, it can be even more complicated, as many prospective businesses decided whether or not they want to do business with you through automated data match. The Government won't even do business with you unless you have one of these numbers here, called a 'Dun number'... DUN identification numberThe average person sees all this stuff in link, and just wants to give up before even starting, the average person can barely manage credit card bills, let alone other business ID numbers ect. Many of which require fees, taxes be paid on, whether earning profit or not. Business credit rating? And more, is what companies look at before even deciding to do business with you (depending on nature of business). You may have to plop down $10-$50,000 dollars before you even make a dime. It can be stressful. If one is already a millionaire, one can absorb failure, lots of them, and absorb it up, but if loan is only life line, for small business, can be very stressful and life changing if business fails. The next President really needs to make it easier for small businesses to succeed by removing many layers of BS that stand in the way.

What is evil?
For self I think evil is doing things or something that goes against ones own principles.
And sometimes business practices can be evil.
The want of more and more can turn some into out right monsters.
I mean if Donald Trump doesn't even have enough in life, or others like him, than obviously there's no end game.
(I don't mean to pic on Trump, he was just an easy generic model to use)
I know this about myself, at least at this stage of my existence, and that is I'm happier, much more happier, when not worrying about money all the time, or how to get ahead.
Cause there just seems to be no end game to it.
When content and happy with what I have, I'm just happier.
The constant persuit of money, I've just never seen it make anyone happier, just makes them want more, and makes them willing to hurt others to get more, to lie, to deceive, to betray friendships and so forth.
I can see where the love of money is the root of much of the evil in this modern world.
Not saying being stuck in abject poverty is good either, but there's a middle ground.
I guess everyone has to find their own balance.

To get ahead in business here are some things you need. And I don't mean stupid online business that requires no risk or personal capital, when I say business I mean brick and mortar businesses like 1. Resturant, catering service, hot dog stand ect 2. Truck services, owner operator, agent ect 3. Construction company, trade contractor where you have to buy own equipment and secure contracts 4. Fitness center, ect where you must get loan to open up shop, then hope you recruit enough business to pay back loan and live on. Well you get the point, when I discuss business, at least in this post, I mean brick and mortar type business, not all that online marketing BS. One thing you will need is confidence..here's a list 1.Confidence, sometimes blind confidence, for that will be your fuel, without confidence you'll be over taken by fear of failure and won't move forward. 2. Trust in others or another. You can't do it alone, expanding your small business means you have to trust others, you have to. You have to trust others with your money, your equipment, and you have to trust that they'll live up to their obligations. If you can't, or don't trust anyone than expansion is impossible. It's not easy, that's why so few do it, step out on their own. Everyone has to find own source of motivation, for some that's their hobbits, for others their spouse, wife or husband, for yet others could simply be their pet dog or cat or horse. They in turn give you the motivation you need to go forward and they give you confidence. And if you have none of the above than I guess you have to get it from belief in a God or someone you admire, an athlete maybe, read books on how others over came tremendous odds. But lets face it, real life failure is a lot more real and scarier than TV. Watching people on TV succeed makes it seem easy, cause TV only focuses on the glitzy side of success. There's rarely a story or character on TV who has failed, on TV, in movies, there's always that come back plot that gives the story juice. It's scary. In reality most are alone, and the people you thought should care the most about your success could really give a damn. There's no worse feeling than realizing there's no one to pick up phone and call for support or advice...it's a really empty feeling. And if you make it, they won't care about all the painful nights, days, you spent agonizing over a loan, or other business decision that could break you in half. They won't care about any of that, all they'll want from you is money, to borrow money, and if you don't lend they'll call you selfish. They'll just assume that because you have a small business of your own that you're drowning in money, rather than debt. Oh how wrong they are, at least at first. And don't understand that all profit, at first, has to go back into business...they won't, don't, get that and just assume whatever extra money you make should go to them simply cause they ask for it. Not to mention if you fail, could wreck, totally destroy your credit for years and years. It's why I say you really need blind confidence sometimes to do this, to go forward. You need that age 16 part of you when you were younger and felt you could do anything and didn't worry about nothing. It's why many who are successful, don't really live in reality, they create their own reality and hype for their own mental protection, whether boxing champs, athletes, or Donald Trump. It's why very successful people tend to live in their own bubble, and I'm beginning to see why now, cause if you don't create you own positive sphere, you just won't get very far.

As a 'nobody', yet if have business idea, no one will be interested in helping you at first, I mean no one.
You'll have to do it all on your own, all of it!
From material gathering, construction of 'model' item you want to sell, whether brick and mortar item or 'idea item' or 'service item', you'll have to do it all on your own, spend own time after normal low paying job to do this.
Cause every idea needs a 'model' that can be marketed before you can convince others to buy it.
You always need a model example of whatever your idea is, whether clothing, a new tool, athletic gear, ect, you'll need a model.
Or even if 'service offered' type of business, you'll still need a model to show others.
Point is, if starting from scratch, you'll have to do it all on your own, cause no one will help you, unless lucky enough to still be in school and have an assembled team, or if lucky enough to have a friend or friends, with same vision, all working towards same goal.
But if not, than you'll have to do it all by yourself, in order to convince others you're serious.
Most in your life, sad to say, will not believe you're serious about your business project until they actually see fiscal results, positive fiscal results, and then all those who doubted you will pretend to be your best friend or buddy to get in on the score.

Business basicsNOLO Business basics <<<< Link The above links is one of the few sites I've found in years, that actually has useful information on it about 'Starting a Business'. The above link 'NOLO' (you can do independent search) totally breaks down what all beginners in business so desperately want to know. 1. Do I need a fictitious name, if so how to get one? 2. How do I get a small business license? 3. Limited Liability company or sole proprietor or Corporation? or S-Corp? 4. ETN number...it's like a business version number assigned to you. NOLO is a site that's good at breaking down questions for you and then answering them, no BS, like other sites, no wondering pop up adds, like other sites, just fundamentals of business registration for beginners. Sure it's a bit different from State to State, but all basically the same, like drivers license tests or rules. One thing for sure, if planning on creating own business you need attention longevity, you can't have a short, 1-5 day attention span or you won't make it. (Two people need long attentions spans, Authors and people who create and then run small businesses) For one, the forms you apply for are reciprocal, in that they're annual, once filed, the State or County expects you to update them with annual income reports. You can't just file for these forms, pay your applications fees, and then just cause business fails, or you lose interest, then forget about them, cause the State won't. They, the State, will expect annual income report, and or if no longer in business than file yet another form telling them 'I'm no longer in business', if not, and they think you are, could be fined late fees for not filing obligatory forms. It's all about revenue folks, that's all it comes down to, taxes to the King, or State. The State power or powers have simply replaced the King, Kings courts of old, taxes are still gathered now as back then, and the only purpose of all these forms is to 'track you', track your taxable income. These forms do nothing to help you succeed, all they're designed to do is take a % of your money should you succeed. Anyways, it's not easy and must be very organized if want to create own small business. Cause once you do, you're on public record, where anyone can look you up down town, in a way that's good, cause at least they'll know you're legit, but also opens you up to liable, and that's where the whole LLC vs partnership vs sole proprietor filing of your business comes into play. The above link helps explain all that better than I ever could right now do to time limitations.

The number 1 reason why many businesses never take off or even get started is do to self doubtI can attest to that. Self doubt kills 'forward movement' of any project you have in mind. Especially if have a history of 'failing' in the past or failing to follow through. Here's the mental steps many go through 1. Wow, what a great Idea I have, I bet I could make money off of it and soon quit my job, ye.. 2. Oh wow, I didn't know it cost money to get this license, that license, pay this fee, that fee, be certified in this and certified in that.. 3. Oh wow, didn't realize just to get started have to first build model of business or concept that I can then use to draw in sales, and run adds off of...hmm, more $$$$ and I haven't even made a cent yet... 4. Oh wow, I need these tools, those tools, this shop, that shop, this vehicle, that vehicle (that list varies depending on what type of business trying to create from scratch) 5. Do I need a Lawyer or attorney, I mean what if someone steals my idea before it even takes off, what if company that already has capitol simply steals my business plan or model?... 6. Ah heck the weekends here, I'll get started on business next week... And that's usually where the idea ends. You can only over come all of the above hurdles by taking small baby steps at first, on task at a time, one stressful phase at a time, and then move on. It helps if already have other source of income cause can then pace it all over months, even years, if need be, depending on nature of business. Some business have about zero overhead, other businesses have a ton, especially if leasing a public building space to run business out of, vs using own home or vehicle or even bike. Of the above I'd have to say building a model is the most important when first starting, the model is like the skeleton of the other parts of the business that will build off it, give it structure and support and shape. A model is what you'll use to create advertisement with, and allow others to see how company will function and deliver goods as promised or services. Model includes 1. Cost of product or service 2. Physical location of business, or if contractor, type of equipment to be used, or if hair dresser, place of location, type of equipment ect... 3. How will business look to costumers?...need pictures of business or product to be sold, or service, people want visuals, is why 'virtual office space' has become popular. 4. Need to know how much profit you will keep for self, and how much goes back into business 5. And if serious, need to go ahead and get your Business Identification Number, then after that apply for 'fictitious name' through your State, then get local business license number (Bingo) to which is publically registered for all to see...now you're 'legit', and on the registry of small businesses, and if someone wants to see your license, 'whamo' you whip it out and show them or have it prominently displayed at place of business. You will only do number 5 if serious, cause if you don't do number 5 first, or get started, than you'll greatly limit the size and growth of the rest, and or will be working only at flea markets selling your goods or services under someone else license. That's all for now, more to follow.

That's all for now, more to follow. To add to the above you will also need the following for your new business 1. A business number, Fax machine, copy machine and scanner (if working from home can get all in one) 2. Will also need a website, in todays world, you really do need a website where people can visit your business and study it over and over again (you know how people are), future costumers want to be able to 'see' your business, become familiar with it by visiting site online, over and over again, until finally they decide to use it. 3. And you'll need business cards, that's a must, lots and lots of business cards and even larger flyers that you can print from home copy machine, or have professionally done...(with the cost of copy machine inch, it might be best to have them done at a print store, but before printing cards, best to have website on the card. But suppose could get away with cards with just numbers, at first, until get website. Many lower end websites are free, or charge small fee to use per month, but if have own business, best to get own domain eventually. In future posts I'll have links to all this stuff, as I myself am going through the process, and will share as things unfold. And when applying for business ID card, will be made aware if you need extra insurance for whatever business you're trying to go into, just be prepared for 'mess' during initial stages, the Government has it's hands in everything for those trying to do thing legitimately, is why 'the black' market does so well, cause they by-pass it all. So really only honest people get tortured by the Government through fees, permits, taxes, ect. Again, this is for people creating first time small business, others may laugh at reading this and say 'Gee, how basic is this all to me'....but it's not basic to first time business types who have no prior experience. I don't get paid to write any of this, so what I share is genuine and heart felt. I'm learning to and just happen to be taking those who read this along on journey with me. To be continued...

Some are earning over over 25,000 a month simply to blog, I probably write more than anyone on the planet (except last 10 months when was into something else) and have never gotten a dime for all the free reading content I provide, nor has anyone ever help or show me how, amazing how that works. I still think it's a club, people in the club help each other, went to school together, this that, but if not in 'the club', simply seen as competition and thus others will just watch you starve and waste your talent. Jesus supposedly died for our sins, yet we can't even help a person with talent get a leg up. Some may find this link useful about 18 ways to earn money outside of 9-5 type of job. www.dollarsprout.com/make-money-at-home/

Does any of this webinar get rich type stuff even work???
deleted content
I don't know, seems there's always a 'catch', in that the truly wealthy don't seem to ever want to share their plan with others.
Seems only the 'fake' wealthy types, interested in helping others gain wealth, at a cost of course...I could be wrong folks, you decide.

No wonder so many do things outside the 'Gov' in order to make money and survive
I swear the Gov is like the Mafia, they tax and regulate you to death, this fee, that fee, and when I say fees, I'm talking like 10 gran type stuff, this tax that tax, well if already poor, how can you rise ahead if don't have $20,000 dollars in fee or licensing money!!!!!
No wonder so many just go underground to earn their side money...can you blame them?
