being sober means waking up, and sometimes forgetting that you're, well, sober.

When I stop drinking, my mind become powerful.
When I stop drinking, my mind is full of clarity.

Even though a drank yesterday, I feel much better than I should today. I think it's cause I exercise and eat right, and have been taking a lot of vitamins as of late.

A drank yesterday, and the day before that, and the day before that...yet, oddly enough, I feel pretty energized and healthy, now why is it?...I ask myself.
1. Been taking a lot of vitamins lately 2. Stopped adding sauce to my food, as in ketchup, BBS, ect..or have cute down drastically. 3. I still exercise
And I can't really think of anything else I'm doing as to why, despite my drinking, when off from work, I seem to feel pretty invigorated...physically anyways, now how I feel morally is a whole other discussion.
I've been in my body my whole life, and still trying to figure it out.

I had to attend a safety meeting today...I looked pretty fit, for one who drinks beer...probably the fittest looking person there.
The safety Lady even made a comment about 'You look like you stay in shape'.
As such, on the way back home, that comment motivated me to not stop and by some booze or beer. Not saying I won't tonight or tomorrow, but sometimes just being noticed for your fitness can go a long way in helping one or 'me', want to take care of my health better.

It's a sad thing when one feels they must be drinking or drunk, in order for the day to be fun or have meaning...a sure sign of physiological dependency on booze.

I had like 2.5 cans of beer today, then stopped
I had like 2.5 cans of beer today, then just stopped, but just those two and a half beers, kind of or almost ruined the rest of the day. And I drank early, like before noon, so the 'down' came around 3-4 pm or so, it totally went against my natural energy cycle, not to mention had coffee also.
But look, I just stopped, and I felt I should of known better, and did, but this imaginary creature in my head kept prodding me to drink.
Well, I stopped, and glad I did, now maybe I can salvage what's left of the day.

Was about to drink tonight, had 1 can of beer, then stopped, why? Cause just was feeling so naturally good I was like 'Hey, why are you drinking?' I haven't drank since Wednesday, and have been working 3 days straight, and off tonight, so figured I'd have a drink to decompress from working a string of days, but then just started feeling so naturally good, that I was like 'You don't even need beer or booze'...so I stopped. I feel better than I look. I feel decent, so decent, cause when I work my string of days, I workout while at work, take vitamins, and don't drink, and I guess that's enough to, I don't know, restore health. I guess the only reason for me to drink now is to get into a goofy mood, but I've always been somewhat goofy, even when I didn't drink. Oh well, we'll see how I feel tomorrow. Moods are just odd and change quickly sometimes. I mean you can go to bed feeling happy and vibrant, then wake up feeling somber and depressed. I think food has something to do with it, maybe dreams also. It's why I don't take calls before bed, cause one bad phone call can totally wreck the good mood you're in.

Drinking is a downward cycle
1. You drink to forget how much you hate the environment you're in, to num you to that which you don't like. 2. But by drinking all the time, it prevents you from being able to do what it takes to change that which you don't like.

Drinking has no doubt comforted me over the years, but it has also made me lazy, as in I don't do the extra things you need to do to make life better for yourself in the future.
Drinking will always make you do the minimal tasks required to get by.
Over all, drinking has hurt my progress in life, not helped it. Drinking is something you should do, and not feel bad about, if you're like terminally ill or something. But if healthy, drinking will just complicate your life.

I'm home a bit early today, I don't know what to do with myself, cause yesterday and this time, and the day before, I was drinking. Sure, I could drink now, but I have to work tomorrow, and I no longer drink if have to work the next day.
But ye, not sure what to do with myself, cause normally if it's this time of the day and I'm home, I'm usually 'off work' for a few days and usually slamming down some beers...not good.
But still I'm pretty healthy cause I workout and eat right.

I've explored both worlds of being sober and being drunk, and I can tell you being sober is a much more happier path, realm and world than being drunk all the time. For sure.

I think there's like multiple sides to us all
Like lately, when I do drink, I do so more in moderation than did in the past, and I think that's cause there's multiple sides to 'us', inside of us, a responsible side, a reckless side, a playful side and so forth.
But like the responsible side is like 'OK, stop, that's enough'.
And I listen.

I still drink, but not as much as I used to, do to work scheduale, that being said, I also workout, and body has never felt better in years. I workout, take vitamins, and when do drink, pretty much only drink beer now, not liquor. Not that that's good, I shouldn't be drinking at all, but I do, like millions of others do. But still, millions of others get sick, do I want to get sick, on day, like millions of others? I think not, as such I need to wise up more when it comes to even having a few beers on my days off.
