Better to have what you don't need than to need what you don't have(not really an original concept or saying, but applied to todays struggling class it means don't, do not, pawn your stuff at first time of fiscal stress!, keep what you have, cause down the road, when on feet again, what you have, did not sell, will be of value to you again)
