Welcome to the TwylightZone. A place of honest thoughts, picked up from all, and intercepted from the subconscious minds of many. Eventually you'll find yourself in here too, in one of the many halls and corridors. Hello guests, readers and people... The above post, or 'quoted post' was the very first post on here, the Twylight Zone boards...so many years ago, like 2013...wow, I mean wow...do you know how much has changed since then on the net, how the net operates and or in society and the world?...a lot. Back then it was still kind of the wild wild west of internet interaction, when regular common people allowed to meet and greet online. Not so now, no days it's all controlled, how you get out is controlled, search engines, controlled...the days of meeting random stranger online or long gone. (Unless maybe through apps)...but us dinosaur desk top users or lap top users of long ago have failed to keep up... Ahh the simple days of desk top home computers, when had to wait to get home in order to explore the net...those days are so yesterday. The ugliness of man, exploitation of man, has finally infulstrated social media (or however spelled, yes I still can't spell) Back when forums were the original social media communities, before twitter and My space and FB took over...gross... Back before all information about you sold, and traded on market...gross. Back before adds followed you around online, every page you visit, gross. Those days are so long gone... But this board here continues to survive...so many thoughts and memories stored on here, like a blogistory forum...just type in date, event, topic. Created this cause got so sick 'moderators' telling content writers, that if posted more than twice on topic or thread, they were 'trolling'... Life is long, we live until we die, how is living, while alive, 'trolling'? It would be like telling your hobbit or mild that if they ask you more than 2 questions per day, that they're 'trolling'... It's why so many forums die out, do to demonic moderators who want to control your thoughts. Not here folks...here, in the Zone, thoughts live, right or wrong, they live. One day, someone will be smart enough to write a book about this particular forum and posts, but until then, we trudge on.

Social media a real turn off right now
Social media has become a real turn off as of late.
I mean now hate speech is considered stating anything that's pro American, as if I guess people online think only those in the Klan love America?
I mean what about all the people of color, Asians, Mexicans, Chinese, and more, who are not 'white', yet still 'Love America'.
But online, those who monitor such things, always assume that if you speech proudly about the U.S.A., than you must be apart of some white militia...hmm.
Not only that but like on FB, YT, Twitter and the rest, unless what you post is 'promoted', you get very little views or followers, and that's why I prefer 'here'.
Cause at least here I know I'll get the random reader from time to time, but at least I know it can be seen.
But like on FB or twitter, you have no idea if your post is even sent (shadow banning), so ye you can send it, and just assume it's visible to others, yet may not be.
Years ago before they started all that nonsense, after just weeks on twitter ect, you have almost 1000 organic followers, just common people following each other, learning from one another, but now sadly those days are long gone.
Now the only way you get followers on social media is if you speak as if you
1. Despise the U.S.
2. Despise law enforcement
3. Promote same sox identity or marriage
4. Are a victim of something, particularly the 'white man'..sigh
I mean you can be beat up by a black dude, Muslim person, Asian person, and it don't matter, but if white dude barely breathes on you your stories on CNN the next day.
Also social media is spread throughout the world now, many who control what gets viewed aren't even American citizens, and that explains why they, Non U.S. citizens who work for FB and Google ect, that explains why they're threatened by any Pro American posts.
It's sick, I mean one can be pro Pakistan, pro Japan, pro China, pro Russia ect, that's OK, but if one is pro American, that's 'hate speech'.
Even designing shirts on line, if don't design the most generic of logos, store front removes from displaying.
It's just gross how now days, of all people, it's those on the political 'left' that are oppressing other peoples ability to be heard, I find it gross, and is why I so value 'radio' or audio blogging, in that when broadcasting live anywhere, it can't get shadow banned, whatever you say is heard 'as is'.
Oh well, there's nothing I can do about it accept complain..

Like that one scene from 'Drag me to Hell', when gal, or woman, or lady, gives up all hope of future, she stuffs her face with ice cream, food, until boyfriend shows up and temporarily saves the day.
That's how many of us feel in times of hopelessness, and alone...'lets just eat, stuff face, belly, with food, ye, that will cure what ails us'...not
But at the time it does feel good.
Being alive, after all, is about the 'physical'...and food is apart of that equation.

Lets see, two slices of bread, jelly on them, then Peanut Butter Jelly sandwhich, toasted bread, sun flower seeds also, will all this food make my issues go away? Cure my loneliness?, heal my wrecked life?...

One reason why I could never do this, I doubt isOne reason why I could never enjoy working for such a firm as this... www.aiinsight.com/about-us/ Is cause I literally hate money...money is not my god, and those obsessed with money kind of scare me in that their value is based on nothing or paper. Maybe I'm way off base here...way off base...maybe I'd be good at making others rich, or richer, while getting a commission, but then it seems I'd have to become 'evil' to do so. That's just how I see it. I know...laugh, scoff, whatever, I just don't value money. Geese fly into my front area at times, they have zero dollars, yet totally content and free, more so than myself and others obscessed with money... I'd rather go the path of the geese rather than man...

I'm happiest when furthest away from days meaningless reality or memories, like throwing a ball up in the air, for a while it goes up, but then eventually gravity brings it back down.
Reality is gravity.
All that aside I'm going to hold self tonight, and try to sleep well, and forget that tomorrow even exits...back soon.

I have a new opinion about the Duck Dynasty guy, Phil Robertson. After watching this video of him speaking, before he became TV star, my opinion has changed a bit. I listened to video, and could find nothing to be offended about.. But the way the story headline read was as this (link in red) "Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson anit-gay video emerges..."I listened to his sermon, and found nothing 'anti-gay' about it...no more, no less, than you'll find at any other church on Sunday/Sabbath morning giving a sermon. I actually liked the video, like him as a speaker...he delivers the word of God in an entertaining way. If he is, or was, a part time Pastor, than he's suppose to quote from scripture, that's what religious leaders do. I did here him giving very broad condemnation of immorality...and that's his right. He reminds me more of a old time wise grandfather speaking to you at the dinner table. His sermon, thoughts, lecture, was not cruel or mean...in fact he was far more politically correct, toned down, than publicly aired Rush Limbaugh or Savage or Bortz or Hannity, or any talk radio host. Phil did not politicize his beliefs, the way talk show hosts do. He was neutral in his condemnation of immorality. What I don't like is how now political jackals like Glenn Beck, and Sarah Palin, and Hannity ect, are trying to align themselves with this guy...that's what I don't like. Once Phil Robertson is seen as being apart of the political right, with a political agenda, then his mass appeal will quickly fade. That's what I find tragic, is how now Hannity and Beck will try to politicize Phil, and make it seem like a right vs left type issue...cause that's what talk show hosts do... Talk show hosts aren't in radio for God, or to help anyone, they're in radio to generate ratings and to always paint political pictures over everything under the sun. All that aside...I have no issues with Phil speaking his mind about anything, as long as he doesn't start trying to politicize his view points... 5 years ago, on this exact day, the above post was posted here in the zone, this place really is becoming like memory lane, a historic book marker, so to say.

No main stream BS stuff here, here there's no profit driven media reporter or network shoving predetermined topics down your throat. If you want to think about the fish in your tank, than that's fine by me. Here's another older, but favorite, from years ago. The Zone has always been so ahead of it's time, is why I no longer promote this site, I just think those who are wise and silent, tend to find it on their own.

Order in the Mansion please, order in the Mansion
People come to this room here for logic and reason.
Last night opened back door and there was a Possom as big as a small dog, the thing was very ugly. I could of beat up a cat for sure.
I feel like watching a scary movie as I fade out tonight.
Sorry no Xmas decals, maybe tomorrow.
My other sides did all the talking tonight, so not much to say right now, I'm simply posting this so that I can feel like I'm alive and matter a bit.
Later and happy Xmas ease.
No Holiday crap here man, it's Xmas or Christmas.
Every religion has their ceremony but right now it's the Christian ceremony of Xmas and gifts and family gatherings.
Goodnight

Having a lot of time off with no money to burn, can sometimes be more depressing than work
Having a lot of time off with no money to spend can sometimes be more depressing than work.
You know you're burned out when while at work you say to yourself
'Can't wait for some extra days off so I can find another job'
Then when do have those extra days off, after about 15 minutes of searching you're like 'blah'...and just fall back on the couch.
Why?
Probably cause after a while it all seems futile, I mean a job is a job is a job (not counting career type employment where you went to school for specific training)
But going from one job that pays, say $11.50 an hour, to another that pays $12.00 an hour, doesn't really generate a lot of excitement in many (When younger maybe, but not as you age)
When younger there's lots of reasons why one doesn't mind working crummy jobs, and if a male the number one reason is testorones, sox drive, cause when younger the incentive to work jobs, to just get out of place, regardless of pay is the desire to meet another.
soxual drive, drives everything when younger, but as one ages, that changes, and you're not all excited to go work around of other dead beats that don't inspire you at all.
On TV, everyone looks like a model, whether male or female, even cashier look like models on TV, seems everyone is in their perfect prime on TV or in the models, maids like like Miss Universe, construction men look like Mr Olympia.
In real life, nope.
Just getting up and going to work takes a lot of time and energy and expenses, you tend to spend more when working than when resting at home, especially if have a physical job that burns a lot of calories.
And the whole 'passive income' search?
Oh the scams, or the places that want you to sign up with near zero phone support. It can all be taxing, so by end of Holiday most just end up returning to prior job.
And right now I'm about to nap, later

Why does the Zone continue to thrive and flourish? Why does the Zone continue to thrive and flourish after nearly 5+ years? I'll tell you why, cause the Zone doesn't wait around for others to affirm who or what 'we' are, we being different entities within self or being. If my existence depended on waiting on others to affirm who are what I am I'd of been dead minutes after born. (bad example cause when born, everyone loves you at first cause you're helpless, people tend to love you only when they perceive you as being helpless) Most people actually fear intelligence, and is why blonde females use to have to act so 'stupid' in order to lure men to like them. Expression never ever stops while one is alive, and the zone simply allows for those expressions to find a home, right or wrong, agreeable or not. On other forums, this idea that if you post to a thread more than twice, that you're 'trolling', always rubbed me the wrong way. Example, you raise your hobbits over 18 years, so if at the dinner table if they utter more than two sentences they're trolling? Heck no, thought encourages growth. This idea that everything in life can be concluded upon in one or two posts is beyond absurd, but other forums moderate members that way. Where I believe in letting thoughts roll out and on until understanding occurs, I don't care if it takes 25+ years of posting. Am I just that different than others? Twitter and Facebook are all but about useless now to those of us who like to think. Everyone is shadow banned now, who likes to think. Now, on twitter, Facebook, you have to be some generic sports fan, or popstar fan, or green earth type, in order to be left alone by moderators. Old fashion forum boards, like this one here, are one of the few places where still allowed to think aloud. And I predict as twitter and FB continue to alienate so many, I predict old fashion forum boards like this one here will start making a massive come back as people begin creating their own communities again. Before FB, Twitter, My space and the rest, forum boards existed, many forget that. Anyways, another one for the history books, later and out.

This is what bugs me about how women are portrayed in movies The above scene is what bugs me about how women characters are portrayed on TV and film In the above scene, which is from the movie 'Avengers, Infinity Wars', this powerful overseer 'Lord' type man thing, has in his captivity his step daughter, whom he saved from doom years earlier. Now mind you, this powerful overseer could destroy her in a second, but why it doesn't is do to 'affection' I guess. And how does she thank him for his affection, by trying to kill him, but even then he or it has patients. Now mind you, there's millions of ordinary people out here in real life who are neglected, ignored and unloved, do you know how many people would trade places with this lucky previlidged green skinned alien woman? A lot, that's how many. Scenes like this make females seem very ungrateful and snotty. Most people, in real life, male or female, would embrace the Love or embrace of such a powerful being if it meant being safe, and all that 'influence' stuff would come later, but these characters on film seem to dense to realize how lucky they are, maybe cause they've been loved all their lives and don't know how it feels to be unloved, ignored and neglected. Not only that, but like in above scene, they always look young, good, fit and soxy. Well what if they didn't? If that babe was fat and sick, do you think that powerful being would tolerate them as much? Powerful being simply = a behind the scenes male script writer allowing his own lust to spill unto the plot. In films, it's always made to seem that if a female, you must be at 'prime' and be fit, young and soxy, in order for super hero or villain to see any value in 'you' or them. What message does that send? That if ugly, fat and in wheelchair are of no value to anyone or anything? If I were lucky enough to be that babe from above scene, and some powerful being saw value in me, enough to keep me alive, heck you I'd embrace them, I'd become their Queen. But in above scene the female is actually that beings step daughter, but still. In these movies there is no 'God', no 'Jesus', so the only real value system is 'Might makes right'. So not sure what these super hero's are being so noble for, always willing to die for mankind, humanity, why? I mean look at Earth now, all the corruption, evil regimes, slavery, human trafficing, drug dealers, killings, robberies, Governmental corruption and more. Where in history was humanity so noble and worth super hero's dying for? Even America sprung up on the blood and deaths of millions of Indians, the land just taken from them. This is true almost anywhere on the planet, so who's side is supposed 'super hero' suppose to be on? The side that conquers and wins always feel they're in the 'right', and demonize the side they beat down and wipe out as being 'savages'. In above scene he or it, offered woman a cup of water or something and she threw it on the ground (I mean talk about spoiled and bratty) If only someone would be so nice to me, as powerful as 'it', do you think I, or most, would be so ungrateful? Oh well, only in the movies do 'babes' get treated this nice and super beings go out of their way to be nice to them just so they can throw fits.
