CNN coverage vs FoxAnother Jet liner goes down, an Asian one, and once again CNN is on it... Non stop commentary on the downed jet, all sorts of retired 'experts' ex pilots ect. This expert, that expert... Like the Malaysian airplane disappearance, CNN will milk this story for all they can, no other news will be talked about accept the disappearance of this Asian Airline. CNN will get on one story and focus on nothing but it. Not sure 20 'experts' can tell me anything I don't already know on my own about a downed or missing aircraft. Oh well, that's just CNN's style.

On the other hand, Fox News seems obsessed with only covering issues about racial strife. Fox News seems obsessed with 'race', racial hatred, and supposed social strife. They'll cover downed airline for a minute, and then rush to get back to racial stories and headlines.

Turn on Fox News and here's all you get1. Black Conservatives who hate the President.(hmm) 2. Bengazi 3. Police worshipping (the only wing of Government Fox hosts seems to like) 4. Al Sharpton Bashing, or any other civil rights leader who's of color. (And cheers whenever 'black' youth shot by Cops or neighborhood watch) 5. Obama bashing, or stories related to him. 6. Women who look like models, yet spew ugly bias opinions about others they disagree with. 7. Obama bashing, or stories related to him. 8. 'Obama Care'9. Old men who 'hate' the President and Al Sharpton 10. More Obama bashing. And that's about it.

CNN obsesses over snow stormReporter/Reporters: 'Look people it's snow, look at me, I'm standing in the snow, look at the car drive by in the snow, now look up at the sky and see snow falling onto your face, or our lens, now back to more breaking news where it's said to be snowing across town as well'... In the meantime lets see what's on Fox News... Hannity: Obama baaad, Israel good, Netanyahu good, Putin good, Obama baaad'Bill O'Reilly: Obama baaad, Israel good, Netanyahu good, Putin good, Obama baaad'...

Some quick notes about CNN and Fox News coverage over last 24 hoursFirst CNN CNN correspondence don't know enough about aerodynamics to realize reason planes left wing suddenly dipped into bridge was because it stalled. It bugs me that reporters seem clueless to science then rush to have on experts as if general population is as dumb as they are about basic stuff....maybe CNN correspondence need the 'experts' to explain simple things to them but doesn't mean general population does. Also CNN had on Dr Ben Carson and Senator McCain this morning getting their analyst of various issues, and not sure why. It almost seems CNN and Fox News swap guests to lure audiences from one show over to another. I like the job CNN has been doing lately with their politically neutral presentation of the news, the last thing I want to see on CNN are politically charged guest who keep inserting their personal bias on politics into every single story. CNN has been a refreshing departure from Fox News lately and I hope neither show cross contaminates each other. If I'm in a mood for cartoonish rhetoric I'll turn to Fox, but when I want to just relax and watch non partisan news I turn to CNN Ok, now Fox News Nothing ever changes on Fox, the show has never evolved since it's inseption. The correspondence continue to be a paid campaign add for Republicans. They continue to cover stories like 'Obamacare', which makes me want to puke. And they continue to continually insert their nasty opinion about the President into just about every story they cover, as if still mad and bitter that he won election some 6 1/2 years ago, as if trying to perform for a cert demographic of viewers. But here's where I have seen a bit of change recently. Their insistence that ISIS be referred to as 'radical Islam' seems to have changed a bit, they don't seem to be pushing that theme as hard. Fox News correspondence behave like high school hobbits in my opinion, like a high school news show would and this insistence or obsession on President not referring to ISIS as promoting Islam demonstrates that. First off 1. Fox News correspondence and guests are not elected officials (some are), but even the ones who are aren't President and aren't dealing with foreign nations in area, who themselves are Islamic nations. If President, U.S. expects help in the region, U.S. can't then insult 20 nations that have large Islamic populations by constantly demonizing Islam in it's phraseology. I think the President was right on this one in that it's really not a fight against Islam but rather a fight against mad men, some who may happen to be Islam by default, the way people use to always assume America was a 'Christian' nation...but obviously not every U.S. Citizen is a devout born again believer. People who have been released from ISIS say while in captivity the group never tried to convert anyone or read Koran to them or anything. ISIS is about power, modern day pirates in the desert, assassination fellow Muslims. ISIS is a secular organization more inline with Saddam Hussein's 'Baath' party. Smart people who are studied know this, Fox News obviously does not, who seem to just be interested in sophomoric American partisan presentation of the news. Fox News insistence on politicizing everything really does keep them in the Jr leagues, and why it's harder and harder for them to get serious guests on their show now. Most people already know the drill, appear on show just to have Bill O'Reilly or Hannity talk all over you, and Megan Ryan yell at you from across desk, and cutting to commercial break before you can respond. Fox News doesn't want their guests to speak or share news contrary to their views, they just want their guests to be lectured to, and made to look like fools in front of their viewers. And I'm really glad CNN has gotten out of this political game cause after a while it becomes a big turn off. As a viewer I'm capable of deciding if what I hear is true or not or whether or not I agree with guest, I don't always need Fox News correspondents 'thinking for me' as If viewers to dumb to think for self. That's the ultimate insult, and is what feeds the very large ego on Fox, is that they think their audience needs them to 'think' for them.

Fox News coverage vs CNN Coverage of daily news stories
First CNN
In todays news, Harrison Ford crash landed his vintage airplane on a golf course, but only suffered minor injuries, and in New York LaGuardia airport a passenger plane shobbitded off the runway, no deaths reported, just minor injuries, and breaking news, we just learned it's snowing in the Artic, and have sent reporters there to bring you live coverage of the snow fall
Now Fox News coverage of todays news stories
All Democrats bad...ye...ye...Obama bad..ye ye, Putin good...Netanyahu goooood...ye ye...bung hole.
Plane crash, maybe, ye, maybe...liberal inside...bung hole...
Oh ye, President bad...bery bad...bery bery bad...
And that sums up this episode of Fox News broadcasting vs CNN's.

CNN Coverage of News stories vs Fox News coverageFirst CNN's coverage of Louisiana Airport shooter who was shot by Police, but expected to recover. I learned from CNN that man ran into Louisiana Airport last night with large knife and Wasp spray where he sprayed one TSA or other officer in face before being shot by local police, where suspect is in hospital recovering. Actually I didn't learn this from CNN rather learned it from them covering Mayor at Press Conference. Just straight up non opinionated news, where cameras allow 'players' in events to speak and share their own ideas and viewers make up their own mind about situation. Now Fox News coverage of Airport shooting. Hardly nothing, they showed it for brief moment, but Fox News correspondent spoke all over Authorities who were giving conference so couldn't hear them. Fox has a habit of doing this, always injecting their own analyst over stories being covered...not sure what's fair and balanced about that when correspondence always injecting their own personal take over live actors at events. Then after that Fox News immediately went back into campaign mode for GOP by covering or corresponding to stories they spin to make current administration look bad. 'Obama baaaaad, Netanyahu gooooood'
'Hillary Clinton baaaaad, Obama care baaaaad, food stamps baaaad'.... and so on and so on. Not really news to me, just bi-partisan opinion.

There is a clear difference between how Fox News covers riots vs CNN
1. CNN
CNN is focusing more on the issues that may have caused people to want to take to the streets to begin with. CNN is also interviewing families of former people slain by or while in police custody.
2. Fox News
Fox news tends to focus on the violence, the fires, and the rioters.
Fox news sees the police as being the victims, and the rioters as being the devils
To me, police abusing citizens are wrong, and looting just to loot is wrong.
Not sure why it has to be one or the other.
There can be two wrongs.
But each show seems to cater to a different demographic.
Fox News likes to have Mark Furhman on, the former L.A. detective that worked O.J. trail.
He clearly holds blacks to very low regards, yet he's Fox New's main go to man in these type of stories.
Where as CNN tends to interview, seek out the opinion of victims families, or their attorney's.
Fox never listens to what the 'blacks' are actually saying, trying to express, and instead just keep focusing on the fires in the streets.
CNN tries to actually listen to the frustration or decades of, that made some want to take such action.
Black males interviewed by Fox on the streets kept trying to tell Fox that cops routinely harrace them, whether they've done wrong or not...fox never responds to those allegations and instead keeps focusing on burning garbage can in street.
Fox only wants to present one narrative and that's 'Black people bad, all police good'
And CNN presents a narrative of 'Maybe the police did something wrong, let's go and listen to what the citizens have to say'.
Again the two networks appeal to different mindsets or biases.

Fox News programing vs CNN programing this past week/weekendFirst CNN "Please sing alone folks, Ok here we go...
Life is good, I feel so fine, I feel like opening up a bottle of wine
The President is great, sweet like cake, the rebel flag is down on my part of town...
Rah rah rah ha ha ha, same sox marriage in now apart of the law..... ....Ok, not sure what that was about, now lets see the kind of tone Fox News set for their viewers this following week and weekend. 'Life is bad, your life is bad, every thing is bad, the world will self destruct next
week, the President is baaaaad, his wife is baaaaad, his hobbits are baaaaad, the economy is bad, the world state
of affairs is baaaad, the middle East is baaad, my hair is baaad, everything is bad, cry cry cry, pout pout
pout, blacks are baaad, whites who voted for President Obama are baaaad, removing rebel flag from State
property is baaaad, please tune in tomorrow for more bad news, and now a commercial break'....hmm Ok, both networks definitely put off or out different kind of energies this week. I guess you have to decide which network more fits your personality, I guess that's what marketing is all about. More comparisons to follow...good day...

News anchors think they're their own class of wisdom, privilege and 'prestige' within themselvesWhether on Fox or CNN more and more they're becoming annoying, with how little the seem or pretend not to know about the world outside their studio walls. Hey Carol CostelloJust because U.S. special forces drops in to rescue 70 hostages that are about to be executed, does not mean President has done an about face about permanent 'boots on the ground' (a term I resent, and a term active service members resent also). You sit in your studio all high and mighty totally oblivious to real world covert operations taking place around the world all the time while you sleep in comfort! Sorry Carol Costello, but the Pentagon doesn't have to run their black opts operations through you every they draw up and or execute a plan. The only reason why you're able to sit in that anchor chair on TV is cause men died, shed blood, continue to die, shed blood, so you can sit their and make stupid off mark comments about.. 'Oh duh, I thought there was going to be no more boots on the ground in Iraq?' (good grief) Tell you what Costello, if you were one of those 70 (probably Christian) hostages, about to be slaughtered, if you were in that group, would you not be grateful as hell that an American special opt unit dropped in and saved you? Or would you instead his and pis over the fact that 'Hey, U.S. boots aren't suppose to be on the ground?'Sorry but peoples lives are way more important than your Ivy league logic. Get a clue, and none of you will ever impress me until you start using your brains, and quit acting like you're the host or hostess of 'Entertainment Tonight'.

CNN coverage of Paris attacks vs Fox News coverage of Paris attacksCNNCNN focuses on the victims, and the ones who committed the acts of violence, which evidence points to ISIS, and or independent wings of. CNN, in all their coverage, does not ever attempt to tie what happened in France to any state side elected leader in a blameful way. At least on this issue, CNN does not attempt to use Paris tragedy to attack 'said' political foe or foes. FoxFox News and their guests, coverage of Paris tragedy... Waa waa waa, it's all the Presidents fault
Waa waa waa, President Obama should do more, it's all his fault, it's all the Democrats fault!
Waa waa waa, there would be no evil in the world, no terrorist, nothing bad would ever occur if not for Barrack Obama, waa waa waa
I can't stand the President, the President sucks! Every things his fault, waa waa waa'And as usual, minutes after Paris attacks, Fox news focuses their rage, outrage, on the President. And it will get worse on Monday when all the agitators of talk radio, and Hannity, ect, get back into their studios, they will spend all week, not bashing the terrorists, but using terrorist incident to relentlessly bash Barrack Obama and stir up the same usual hostility and hate amongst their listeners.

CNN view of world vs Fox News view of worldCNN presents one view of the world to their audience, Fox News presents another. 1. President Obama a. Fox view to audience Worst President ever since the history of the world, worse than Satan, even presented as Satan in movie about Jesus.. linkb. CNN view 'CNN rarely talks or covers Presidential news, so much so that the President took a jab at them at yearly News correspondence dinner2. ISIS a. Fox Isis is coming for you, they're in your home town, in your closet, and under your bed, run, run to the hills, and it's all the Presidents faultb. CNN Isis owns the middle east, look at them parading around all the time, conquering Iraqi towns and territory, look at our non stop coverage of them, we give them free commercial air time3. The economy a. Fox The economy is terrible, worst depression since 1920, everyone is suffering, blacks are suffering the most under this President, run to the hills, all is terribleb. CNN CNN doesn't spend time scarying people about the economy, or how they should feel about it. 4. Black white relations Fox a. All blacks and whites hate each other, all blacks follow, love, and worship Farrakan, and Jessie Jackson, all blacks are cry babies and want to terrorize you and your communities, when police shoot blacks, they're always in the right, know matter what, how dare black mothers, parents be upset that their loved ones blown away, all police are good and honorable.b. CNN Lets go to the actually people on the streets and see what they think, how they're reacting and what they're saying and let you the audience decide for yourself(CNN realized better that it was cop shootings that ignited outrage, not blacks simply hating whites)(big difference) And I could go on and on. As flipping between both channels tonight, it was so clear that both networks present life in a totally different manner. CNN still loves tragedy stories, bad weather, plane crashes ect, they'll dwell on a plane crash or mud slide or heavy snow fall for weeks. Fox tends to ignore officer on black citizen shootings when it appears officer at fault, but Fox loves picking up story only when blacks take to the streets and look like wild. Fox tends to come into racial stories only and if it's the blacks whom look bad, that's the narrative they like presenting to audience. Whatever your bias, either channel will feed that bias depending on the story.

Listened to Presidents last State of the Union address
I listened to it in it's entirety, and got from it what I did.
If one is positive, they focused on what we have in common.
If one is jaded political cynic, than, well...you know the rest.
One thing I don't need is paid, employed commentators on Fox or CNN or any other news network injecting their own opinions and interpretations of Presidents speech.
I have a brain, am learned, and don't need the services of paid ratings driven commentators on any channel injecting their own personal opinions of Presidents speech.
Again, it is what it was.
I think his delivery was very energetic, wish I could speak that well actually, for that long a period of time.
That aside I won't inject any of my own personal thoughts about the content.
I respect the man, that office, whether Dem or Rep or Independent.
And I don't think being mean, cruel and ugly towards him makes one a patriot.
I just think it makes one ugly, and non Christ like.
Be well Mr President and have a good night.

Commentators and repeated guests seem to have occult relationship with one anotherAn opinion is an opinion, and not sure why guest on CNN or Fox feel their opinions about any particular matter is superior to anyone else's. They, both networks, recycle the same guests over and over again, not sure why. And Fox with their obsession over... I just don't get it.... It's like they're put on these shows to just agitate the hell out of viewers who actually work, have jobs, and build stuff. Not really sure what these career opinion givers do or contribute other than opinions and agitation. I'm equally annoyed by both networks, especially when hosts or guests give opinions about certain candidates. Again, obviously opinions are always bias, so what's the point of hearing from a bias opinion pendant? I wish they'd just go back to news, and let us, the viewers, form our own opinions, based on our own lives, backgrounds and needs.
