Some are happy with their 'set norms', but others are not. For instance, if an attractive woman and use to getting compliments, than of course you'll be happy with your role in society, but what if at opposite end of spectrum, and always told you're ugly and rotten and dangerous, when you're really not. What if you're told you're societies boogie man/woman/person, when you're really not, then what? Well then 'art' allows such a type or people to express other sides of them that most refuse to see. Art, theater, allows all sides to live, and not just the side society wants to see. No one was born to be 'ugly' or a 'monster', and to me it's so very selfish of anyone to assign that role onto another without first getting to know them, but people do it all the time. But not here in the Zone. The Zone is about art and expression in it's so vastly different forms.

Snake oil  I created this abstract very long time ago...I do more gif stuff now than still photos, but there's still something kind of neat about a totally still photo.

Old classic portrait art photos like this bring back memories of a different time and space within my mind  Looking back, I'm glad I was willing to explore self through abstract art, cause youth, a youthful appearing body, is fleeting, and once it's gone, it's gone, then you just have old age and a stiff body. So if don't explore self-expression while younger, than when?

 Yes, that's me underneath the monster. I use to be into creating stuff like this, haven't in a while, but maybe I'll start doing so again. Again, there's just something more classical about still art. Although here, I simply fused myself into an already existing art piece, and added and tweaked a few other things and details. |

Bending Reality Bending Reality? But isn't that what art is about? How come those around you can appreciate other peoples art, yet same types incapable of seeing your own artistic expanse? The greatest canvass in the world, is yourself.(That line will be stolen from me and used by others for centuries to come, assuming the human race is still even on earth then)
