Ok, lets jump right in...I can tell a poorly written, produced, directed, cast horror movie within seconds or minutes of movie beginning...and so far this one here 'Infected' fits the bill of a 'B' horror movie. Credits are still rolling...but here's why I can already tell it will be a bad movie. 1. They use 'Country Rock' music during opening credits... Rock music does not put me in a mood for horror 2. Opening scene, with credits rolling, is of chiseled male model looking dude in barn working and banging metal, like a metal smith. Whenever actors in movie appear as models, instead of appearing as average real life people your likely to see, you know the acting will suck...and the movie will play out more like a Mtv video, rather than play out as a plausible scenario that could really happen... Resume movie... After watching a few more minutes of this movie, I've concluded I can't watch anymore...between the loud annoying Commercial studio guitar rock rifts, and the poor acting...I cannot waste my time with this movie... Verdict is out...this movie is a bomb... Don't waste your time renting or buying it unless you like poorly written zombie movies. Blaring rock music and horror just don't go good together... Oh well, onto next movie. What was it suppose to be about? A cheap spin off of '28 days later' I suppose. But 28 days later series, really set the bar high for 'Infected' movies. 28 days later was well written, well cast, and didn't have annoying rock music blarring in every action scene like some cheap Mtv video from the 80's. And 28 days later actually took the time to establish a back story, took the time to establish a 'enviornment' in which the characters were living in. 28 days later took the time to build up suspense, mystery, through a realistic plausible scenario. This movie here 'Infected' does none of that...just throws you into a scene with a bunch of actors you don't know or care about, no back story, no depth, just screaming people and loud rock music... Time to eject movie and watch different one...

'Tremors' is one of the all time worst horror/scary movies ever in history of movie makingWhether it's 1,2,3,4 or the 5th sequel, Tremors the movie, is one of the worst supposed horror or scary movies of all time about gigantic underground worms that eat people. They look more like gigantic oversized hand puppets at best. The cast of all 1-5 movies are dry as hell, could care the less about any of them whether they live or die. The first one had a bit of star power, but after that it just seems they hired actors right off the sidewalk. And this weekend AMC decides to bore the hell out of everyone by having a stupid 'Tremors' marathon and wasting a valuable precious October weekend on the worst horror movie (s) ever...all of them, everyone of the 5 suck! Nothing scary about them, the evening news is more scary than Tremors, I've watched cartoons that are more scary and suspenseful than Tremors, and whomever at AMC's program department, decided to bore people with Tremor movies this weekend, should be assigned to janitorial duties for 4 months. This movie, all of them in the series, sucks....and I just simply turned TV off rather than waste time watching this garbage.

Another horror movie that absolutely sucksThis movie sucked when it came out, and it sucks now, decades later as AMC played it the other night apart of Halloween scare fest or some BS. There's nothing scary about this movie, a bunch of crying and tears and stupid stuff about a cast I could care the less about. This movie is not scary in the least bit...however there is this one villain agent who brings a bit of 'punch' to movie, his job is to assassinate the fire starter, whom his agency sees as a threat to mankind. You can kind of see a bit of the 'X-men', and their 'mutant' theme play out here...and this movie came out I think in the late 80's? or early 90's... Point is it sucked then, and it sucks now, and shouldn't be categorized as horror or scary, should of never made it to the big screen, if anything a made for TV movie (back then) or a Disney movie. Program directors on TV who air this movie for Halloween should be fired or re assigned to janitorial duties.

Why most new horror movies suck
Cause those who make them are dense.
And think just throwing a bunch of 'white' people in a film, who get slashed up, is enough to make movie effective....wrong!
Kind of like why does modern Country music seem cheezy?
Cause the people writing or singing the songs haven't really been through nothing and are simply riding on the tradition of those before them.
Same way with horror.
You have to understand what scares people in order to make good horror film, you gotta understand 'the streets', trends in cultures, attitudes, behavior, in order to make good modern horror movie.
And just throwing a bunch of lip stick wearing blondes in movie, with demon or psycho killer, just doesn't cut the cake anymore.
Blonde haired white females aren't the only ones victimized anymore, not that they ever were.
And this idea that monsters, demons, only go after the priviledged class is really beginning to turn a lot of people off.
In real life, monsters go after ugly women as well, and Asians, and black females, and males and gay people and transgendered.
But according to Hollywood and script writers, monsters only seem to prefer going after blonde haired women.
Which obviously tells people the ones writing these scripts are males, Caucasion males who live out their bloody fantasies through these screen plays.
Most modern horror films are nothing more than Porror films...corn + horror = Porror.
Grown males who still think adolescently, who are given massive movie making budgets to share their Porror vision to millions.
People are wising up to this sh_t, and is why so many of these films flop these days at box office.
It's not 1950 anymore or even 1980's or 90's.
To script writers, quit injecting your own personal lusts through screen plays and movies.
Less and less are able to relate to your narrow vision of lust horror films.

Ouija Board 'Resurrection'Don't waste your time buying or renting this movie, there are episodes of the Simpsons that are more scary. Movie sucks so far..only about 17 minutes into it, but movie, B actors, actress's are all flat. It has more of a corn feel to it, the actors act in this movie the way performers act in cheezy corn movies. Characters suck, background music sucks, there is no build up. Not sure why this movie was even made. Don't waste your money...you can get more scared by going online and reading peoples true life accounts of encounters with a Ouija board than you can watching this movie. (if movie gets better, scarier as it progresses I'll let you know)

Hell Raiser{ Judgement
This remake or continuation of the original 'Hell Raiser' movie is nothing more than what I call 'Porror', nothing more than some suck dude, or dudes, who so lack creativity that all they do is mix corn with horror.
So very cheesy and really robs traditional fans of the Hell Raiser franchise, actually this new remake on Netflix actually insults those who appreciate real horror.
I can't stand when stupid dudes out of film school insult us viewers by thinking we're all so dense as to simply want nude women covered with blood in horror movies...that's what corn is for!
If people want corn, than view corn, but for those of us who actually like a good story line, than please leave the corn out of horror!

You can tell sick minded males still run Hollywood with the sick violence on female movies that keep coming out.

In the above movie, in the beginning of film, there's a seen where scruffy male (typical) is led to a old house...fast forward...strapped atop a table, made to bleed out, and 3 younger women, all of them naked, allow is blood to be dispensed from pipes and pour all over their naked bodies, like a ritual. For the life of me how is that art?, and what women would want to be seen in such a scene, on the big screen, for millions to see and watch, including old classmates, family members ect. I saw zero artistic value in that scene (I turned channel soon after that) A scene like that is more likely to ruin ones career than make it...but I guess people so desperate to be seen in a movie that will do just about anything just for a few seconds of fame, even though may never get cast for serious role ever again, but at least they had a few seconds of Cinematic fame. The stuff that gets published out of Hollywood is sick, and if common types wrote about the types of stuff being published in Hollywood, most common types would be hauled away. Oh well, money talks, everything else walks.

Every horror movie is the same, here's the thought process
Duh, well gee, I'm a white male, I"m now able to compose a horror movie.
Gee, lets see, since I was a teenager I always lusted after blonde haired women, ect, so now that I'm able to direct movie, duh, I'll live out my fantasy on film, with a horror twist....ye, that's new and original (they think to them self or selves)
'OK, duh, find me some blonde women, lots of blood, and through in some nude scenes'
'Urr, I'll simply write this movie out as if living out my own sick fantasy of slashing only pretty women to death in the movie, but because it's a movie, my peers won't think I'm weird, instead they'll nominate movie for a Oscar'...
________________________________________________
It just gets old, very old, same o same o in horror movies, I mean can I not find a few horror movies out there that aren't simply simplistic views of what males fantasize about in their minds?
Is there any true horror art left, that appeals to thy spirit instead of thy flesh?

I mean why are men so obscesed with seeing pretty women get chased and chopped up in horror movies? What is that about?
After all it's mostly males who direct these movies.
Why are males in Hollywood, so obsessed with seeing those whom they're attracted to always get chopped up on film and in horror or scary movies?
Why not their enemies get chopped up, why always those they lust after get chopped up?

Can I not just turn on movie channel and see some regular horror movie that doesn't evolve around some dudes blood lust for white blonde women??
Is that so difficult?
Obviously it is.

Yes, how many Ted Bundies (serial killer) now simply head off to film school, so they can live out their blood lust towards women on film, and in art? I mean when you go to Netflix and type in 'Horror', all the movies look like corn covers instead. always the victim blonde women being chased by a demon or boogie man. Patterns, I tell you, in the over all scheme of things, ah let me stop. All I can say is so many held back from advancing as a civilization do to a few greedy types at the top

I see what you mean, I mean every single scary movie cover, on Netflix, looks more like a corno movie, with cladly dressed female being chased by this or that monster.
Who are these dunce males, who direct and fund these movies, who are allowed to stunt the growth of humanity?

Deadware?...ahh
I don't know, this movie had the potential to be so much more, to many slow dialogue scenes ruined it. This should of been a fast paced movie, then maybe it would have worked.
Cut out the dialogue fat.

Snoop Dogg 'Hood of Horrors'
Sorry, but for sure have to put this 2006 Snoop Dogg 'Hood of Horrors' production in the 'B' movie section.
The opening cartoon scenes are the best part of this production, but beyond that, ugg, bad acting and production all the way. But maybe that's just me, others may have liked it, or will like it now.
Basically it's Snoops version of 'Tales from the Crypt'.
