You're out of shape when your own body starts feeling heavy to you
You're out of shape, or not in optimal shape, when your own body starts feeling 'heavy' to you.
Or when you dread bending over to pick something up, or when just walking around in your own body, even if naked, feels like you're lifting weights.
When your own body begins to become a burden to you, than you're for sure out of shape.

The sucky thing about getting older and staying in shape
The sucky thing about getting older and staying is shape is you have to workout, there is no if and's or what's about it, if want to stay healthy, you have to workout, you have to make the time to work out, if not, your body will begin to break down.
When younger, whether you work out or not, you're bodies still growing, ext.
But when older, when start going 'down hill', you can't be neutral about your health, you have to put forth the effort to be healthy, or your body will begin to break down and a noticible rate.
And that's what sucks, cause working out, when older, can just seem ultra boring and dull, cause no one cares about your physic, the older you get, so you're totally doing it for 'self'....not to look pretty or handsome, but simply to stay healthy, to alleviate aching joints, or soar back do to poor posture, do to lack of muscle strength.
The less you workout, the more side issues will come from aging.
I mean look how quick some athletes physically fall apart and begin looking like everyone else, just a year or so after they retire.
Once athletes retire, look how fast they begin to look 'mortal' again.
I mean look at past pictures of MJ, and compare his last year in NBA, and then 2 years later, it's like two complete different body types, face and more.
And then just think, most of us never workout like athletes, so many people begin looking 'mortal' the minute they leave school, or college, or any where where physical training isn't mandated.
Me, myself, I'll like get on a two week workout regiment, and then just fall off big time, like totally lose interest, then suffer in minor ways.
Cause when not is good muscular shape, it even effects how well you sleep at night.

According to Dr Rabbid Togglebocker, from the University of Tanzania, according to their research, the sugar from bubble gum, chewing gum, will do way more damage to your teeth, the enamel on your teeth, than chewing tobacco does.
The sugar in chewing gum, bubble gum, for more acidy than the nicotine in chewing tobacco, and chewing gum, with sugar in it, will rot out your teeth far quicker than chewing tobacco will.
This, according to the experts.

Who has $120.00 to spend on vitamins?
Who has $120 bucks to spend on vitamins?, and that's a low estimate if want whole shabang.
And then you have to repeat that every few months since vitamins are consumable and run out.
And good vitamins cost a ton, like at GNC and other type places. Grocery store vitamins are less pricey, but are they as good?
And dollar store vitamins, nah, probably nothing more than paste.
I think for now just eating good foods is good enough for me, like red cabbage, lots for fruit, veggies, fish and so forth.
And since stopped drinking, energy level off the roof, energy is surging, I never realized how much alcohol was draining body, flushing out nutrients, but since stopped drinking, wow.
Not sure what to do with the energy, in a way a bit edgy and agitated do to all the sudden energy.

Still learning about what to eat and what to avoid Was humming along a few days ago on lots of ENERGY, then last day and a half, all I want to do is sleep, feel drowsy, so asking self 'why?'. Diet, that's why, I added something to diet which I have excluded for a long time and that is breakfast cereal...particularly Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Bunches of Oats, like most multi grain or textured cereals, claims to be all healthy and all, but in reality they're loaded down with a ton of sugar you'd normally avoid...the worst being corn syrup, here's the dangers of consuming products with corn syrup in them... draxe.com/nutrition/high-fructose-corn-syrup-dangers/ I can't believe they still allow this stuff to be used in food, that's how bad it is. And Honey Bunches of Oats has plenty of it in it. They like add enzymes to corn syrup and other stuff that your body can't break down properly since it's not naturally occurring in nature (another instance of man thinking he knows what's best, as a result countless millions suffer health issues). But ye, after I type this, I'm going to throw cereal away, or scatter it outside, and let the ants and birds deal with corn syrup. I value my time off, and need as much energy as I can get to maximize my off time, so when suddenly found energy gone, and feeling drained, I got upset at self for deviating from usual diet of natural foods, and as such I paid a price as all this corn syrup crap messes up my metabolism, oh well, live and learn.

Energy is everything, energy is life
Energy is everything, energy is life, and when younger people, we, take for granted that thing called energy, and just feel we'll always have it no matter what, but as you age you soon realize that's not even close to true.
If you want energy, sustained energy, you have to eat right and avoid many of the harmful processed foods prepared for mass delivery or production.
With energy, things can be bad, or going wrong in life, but you still feel good and optimistic about it all, but without energy, things can be going right, and do to low energy you'll think or feel you're depressed.
And I'm mad at self, cause I should of known better than to buy and eat cereal loaded down with all that corn syrup and other additives that just throw your energy level off, at least it does mine.
It just hit me like a pile of bricks and stole my energy, probably cause all that energy is going towards digesting all that artificial sugar.

You don't really need a doctor to stay healthy, simply pay attention to your body 'While healthy'. I know in todays ego filled world, unless a 'expert', you're never quoted from since didn't pay $100,000 for common sense, in most cases. Well this expert on my own health is here to say to again avoid foods with high fructose corn syrup in them at all costs. Lately, whenever I'm off work, I feel great and full of energy first day or night, but then once I start eating foods out of fridge and cabinet, my energy begins to go away. 1. When working, I pack lunch, and basically only eat fruit and other light stuff, no un-natural sugars at all. 2. But when home, I begin to clean out food in cabinet and fridge, not only that but also use way more 'sauce' as in flavoring sauce, B-sauce, mustard and so forth. Well here's the deal, I through out cereal last week do to high fructose corn syrup, well that corn syrup is also in most and every sauces, even Ketchup...also grape jelly has plenty of concentrated high fructose corn syrup, so in other words if I want to stay on my high energy roll when off work (that's when I need and want it the most), than I've gotta make yet more dietary decisions and stop using a lot of sauce on food, and stop eating grape jelly, unless burning off calories instantly like at a physical labor job. But if at home, and lounging and all these artifiscal sugars allowed to stew inside of body, you'll get really drained as body go into extra drive to break that crap down, when it really can't cause doesn't have natural enzymes in it. And that's why I feel so drained when eating junk food, cause body puts all energy into trying to digest that crap, and the sugars and all. Solution?, avoid junk food. I feel 'down' after eating junk food and sauces for one day, can't imagine how peoples long term health is effected who continue to eat junk food for years and years into old age. Diabetes, organs shutting down and worse, for sure....wise up.

Certain foods, things we orally consume, body tells me to stay away from as ageThere are certain foods, things, we ingest, that as I age, body tells me to stay away from or else. And oddly enough, mainly when 'drunk' or recovering from being 'drunk' or drinking...I know that sounds odd in that drinking isn't good for you, but that aside, stay away from following if want to live longer healthier life. Death foods 1. Cooking oil, gross, not sure why we use this, animals sure do not, and when drunk, or have hang over, your body is blatantly honest about the type of stuff that will make you vomit and shouldn't eat at all. 2. Barbeque foods, grilling with barbeque sauce, grilled meat, yuk, not so much the meat, but rather the altered chemical state of sauce when grilled. When upstairs drunk, or recovering from drinking, the smell of Barbeque on the grill below by neighbor makes me nauseated and want to puke, it's toxic to the body. 3. Basically all artificial oils and grease, and sauces, the stuff in these are death. 4. Salt, sodium, sugar. All this stuff makes me want to vomit when drunk or recovering from being drunk. The older I get, the more raw or steamed vegtables agree with stomach. Thick oils and grease, not so much, artificial sauces, not so much. Cooking is great, if cooked with as little oils and grease as possible. As older post states, I should know this stuff, but what happens is will clear fridge, cabinets of all unhealthy foods, but then months later stuff finds it's way back in, cause I guess when feeling totally healthy, one starts feeling 'invincible' again, and so start getting reckless in what one eats. I know I do, a few years ago I swore off 'sauce', sugary sauce, but now I look in cabinet and fridge and there it is again. I need to learn to eat food with no sauce at all, and I bet just by doing that would feel 5 years younger in less than a week. I've already given up drinking, but that won't really matter if still injesting foods that can potentially be just as harmful or worse.

Really thinking about getting a air fryer Not sure why I haven't gotten one yet, it would be totally perfect for my type of diet. It's one of those things where it seems like a lot, 60-230 range, for some reason when buying for out health, that seems expensive, but will spend same amount or more on absolutely nothing one weekend out, or in 3 days on junk items, and not think a thing about it. Back to Air fryers, as stated a few posts ago from 2017, thick oils and grease, a no no, I swore that off years ago, yet when trying to cook eggs, anything that must be fried, there's really no alternative, except now... the air fryer! I mean if I could eliminate the need for any cooking oils, that would be great!! It's why I've so cute down on meats, is do to the amount of oil it takes to cook them, and I don't have the patients to bake, if hungry, I want to eat 'now', not 3 hours later, cause then won't be hungry anymore. Air fryer's, theoretically, should solve all of this...I wonder if can cook eggs with them? I notice in microwave, eggs tend to explode, big time, and so do chicken gizzards, like grenades, and so do raw red beats. Air fryer should solve all of that. But also hope getting air fryer doesn't make me want to start eating junk food again. But it's not so much the food as it is what you put on the food, notice how animals don't use sauce? I guess to carnivor's the blood and guts are the sauce. OK, I'm feeling better now, energy beginning to come back, didn't do anything special, just I think bodies about done cycling all that high fructose corn syrup crap...not even coffee helped me earlier, so spend most of day sleeping, that same deep drowsy feeling I use to get after drinking...and would eat the same way, only the feeling of drowsiness would be worse. Hopefully after typing all of this I will have talked self into ordering air fryer, we shall see.

Was into health long before Covid BS struck I was into health long before any covid nonsense struck. It's those who make sudden 'mad dashes' towards products when 'have to', that make life harder for the rest of us who 'did all along'. Then what happens is our normal supply of healthy stuff vanished over night, bought up by 'panic shoppers' or buyers, who only do things when 'experts' advise it, instead of just listening to body, you body will tell your a lot if you just listen. Think about it, regardless of your religion, regardless of your politics, color, gender, orientation, favorite sports team, favorite Soap opera, regardless of any of that, if you're not healthy, none of it matters. Health is everything, health, your health, even comes before your job. Cause minute you lose your health, that job you so thought appreciated exploiting you, they show their appreciation by 'letting you go, and giving you a company ball cap or pen, after your skill and labor earned that company 100's of thousands, or even millions over your time there, and all they do on your way out is give you a ball cap or pen and say 'good-by....next!'.. I no longer work any job that jepordizes my health, that requires me to wake up at odd times of the night, thus depriving body of valuable healing time. At 40, 50, 60, I want to be healthy, not rich with broken body that I need cane to walk with do to riggors of job or jobs worked, screw that and screw them, your, our, health always comes first. Better to be homeless and healthy, than to be rich and on hobbitney diagnostic machine.

Also realizing just more likely to eat stuff before it spoils, if just put it in a blender and drink it as a drink. Including vitamins, heck, just dump them into the blender also!
