Ordered some powder vitamin C today No sure what took me so long to do this, but finally ordered some powdered vitamin C today, to help boost immune system, I should of done this years ago. But lately with corona all up in the air, in ventilation systems, I feel I need to boost immune system, not just from corona, but all the other stuff floating around out there and on door knobs. And it can't arrive soon enough, wish I had some now, I'd snort it like cocaine, just hobbitding. But ye, I feel my bodies a crying out for some more immune strength, I don't think order arrives until Saturday, that's to long, may buy some pill forms tomorrow and take like 3 tablets a day, and fish oil tablets as well. I'm getting older now, and that really sucks. In pictures, video, on the outside, can't really tell, but on the inside, I can feel it. I can certainly feel it more and more, age is creeping in, darn. Anyways, time to lay down and dream and let body heal.

Can't wait for powdered vitamin C to arrive Can't wait for powdered vitamin C to arrive, can't wait for that 'cleanse', that feeling of body being even more cleansed than already is, and I also ordered some 'cleanse' bragg's vinegar also. Health is everything, skin health, mental health, spiritual health, it all adds up. I'm also going to start meditating more, maybe even read up on yoga. The more you can do to counter the negative things you see in the news and media now, the better.

Food shopping
I should go to farmers market, but here's what I learned about doing that, at least if single, is that you end up buying way more than you can eat before it spoils.
The deals at farmers markets seem to good, and are, but then you end up buying more than you can eat before it spoils, produce that is.
A lot of fruit only has about a week and 1/2 max, before begins to spoil, if that...as in any type of berries.
Apples last near forever in fridge, so do oranges, but grapefruit, depending on what kind, can and will spoil also.
So you think you're saving money, but could be throwing money away if what you buy spoils before can eat.
And cucumbers spoil quickly also, same with tomatoes.
When it comes to produce, you really can only buy week to week.

Powdered vitamin C arrived today, thanks to Amazon
Powdered vitamin C arrived, and have already taken some, cause I feel immune system needs boosting.
This is good, I think, and hope.
Also bought some low grade supermarket fish oil, in chewable gel capsules.
I feel healthy, but not 'healthy type healthy' if you get my drift.
In that it always feels 'cold' is just lingering around the corner, it feels like I could get sick, but don't but only cause lucky so far.
Kind of like a perminant pre cold type of feeling.
I want to crush that, and hoping vitamin C in powdered form will.
I mean there's just so much stuff in the air today when you go out, not just covid, but 100's of other air born bacteria.
Just need to give body's own immune as much as fighting chance against it all, our bodies constantly being invaded by 1000's of microbes a day.
Going to take short nap, will update you later on if I notice a difference?
And if I do, it could just be the plaseeboe effect (in my mind only)

$95.00 dollar later I've got some food in fridge again, but can barely tell
Amazing can spend $95 bucks on groceries, put it away, open fridge 10 minutes later and can't even tell you bought anything, boy how food is expensive, especially if you eat right, lets see if can remember what I bought.
1. Milk, half gallon
2. 3 cans of sardine steaks
2. 2 cans of oysters
3. Red Cabbage
4. Red beats
5. grapes
6. 3 lemons at 89 cents each
7. plums
8. case of water
9. sweet pepper sauce (very good will do review on it later)
10. hot sauce
11. carrots
12. some cheap steak, came to like $7.50 (once a month thing, if that)
13. blue berries, and some other type grapish fruit.
14. 4 apples
And that's basically it, maybe forgot to mention 1 or 2 items, but it all came to 95 dollars.
And other than the sauce, and maybe cans of sardines, most of it will be gone in less than 10 days.
And that's just for one person, if had family of 4 I'd be doomed.

Outside workout vs Inside workout
Outside workout vs inside workout, I think it just depends.
Depends on the weather, your mood, and more.
I usually get more out of outside workouts, they usually last longer, cause when outside you don't notice 'time' as much, as when walking around a park or trail or jogging, you don't notice time as much, but when at home, all you notice is time, and workouts seem to linger on and on, and can feel more like self torture.
And when 'I' do my workouts away from home, I usually feel like I've accomplished something for the day, where as in home workouts, not so much.
And when workout outside, I do believe you get a further range of body movement vs inside workouts, at least for me.
Bottom line for me, I've gotten out of the habit of working out outside, so thinking about it dread, I mean I can workout inside naked if I want, but when working out outside, have to get dressed, make sure hair is combed, as if going to the store.
Also, a lot of other things can happen, vehicle can break down on way to rec park, or gym, or may not start up when ready to leave, so you add extra risk, distractions, when working out away from home.
And for me, there's no social element to working out outside anymore, I mean where I stay there is no 'soxy' other people working out also, no chance of impressing anyone.
Everything is just socially dead where I stay, working class hood type area, where the women get burned out early in life.
However, I will force self to do so, since came up first on the things to do list today, as much as I dread it.
Working out begins to really suck as you age, cause you're doing it more for your health, and not to show off to anyone.
Doing it for your health type of workouts are very boring to the mind.
Oh well, let me get dressed and get this workout over with.

Continued from above
Well I did it, went to rec park, walked, sprinted a bit, while tossing balls, maybe did around a bit over or under 2 miles...ye I know that's laughable, but was working out while walking fast in the heat.
And it flew by, if did same in home, would of seemed forever cause environment never changes.
You do 100 yards, your staring at the wall, you do 5 miles, your staring at the same wall.
As far as my mood?, I feel exactly the same, which means I'm lout of shape, officially out of cardio shape.
I'm in good shape, but not the type of shape where you feel good after a workout.
when in good shape you feel vibrant after a workout.
Anyways now that got that dark horse out of the way, can move onto other things.

The Powdered Vitamin C did work, and does work Obviously I'm no doctor, but can say taking that powdered vitamin C is helping to boost my immune system....how do I know? Cause that whole 'pre-cold' feeling I've had for weeks, goes away after taking powdered vitamin C. In a way we're all our own doctors and we're all our own 'first responders' to self. No one will respond to your health before you do, and since we've been in our own bodies our whole entire lives, no one knows how the body should feel, when healthy, other than yourself. What I could eat and gobble down years ago, I can't anymore. Years ago I burned up way more calories, so could get away with eating more junk food, but now if I gobble down junk food it doesn't metabolize in a healthy way, instead probably turns into fatty tissue and is absorbed by hobbitney, or liver and other organs that tend to fail as we get older. But eating right, taking powdered vitamin C, taking Bragg vinegar and more, can help off set the normal rigors of aging. And quit frankly, I'm happy I still have a body I can be happy with, even proud of at times, and have fun with in art. What, should I want to be and look old?...hell no! You to can have a wonderful body if you take care of it (and it helps to be a nice person on the inside as well) Dang, after writing this, now I feel like getting in a quick workout. And remember, stay fit, stay happy, and as a result you'll stay young...oh and again it helps to have a loving spirit on the inside. For nothing will age you quite like 'hate'.

Not working out like I should lately.
I think who you work around effects that.
I mean after a while, working out, being fit, becomes meaningless to self (if you let it), when all you do is show up to work, or while at work, work around slobs, who are either fat, old, and or grey, or all 3.
People who are just beyond their soxual peak, who no longer care about 'sox appeal'...it just wears you down after a while.
People who don't compliment, people just wore out by life...people who stop taking care of themselves, maybe been married forever and no longer think looking good for others matters anymore...usually you find this in blue collar world, where you're valued more for your labor rather than looks.
Brad Pitt, could should up looking sharp at some construction site or warehouse or road crew job, and totally get ignored, and just told to 'pick up that shovel boy, and dig'..
Well that's just kind of me, sadly to say, a Hollywood, GQ type stuck in a blue collar environment..and now with corona shut downs, limitations, no where to really go to shine even when not working.
Regardless, I can't let my dull environment lull me away from physically working out and keeping in shape and looking good, no matter how pointless it may seem at times.

Regardless, I can't let my dull environment lull me away from physically working out and keeping in shape and looking good, no matter how pointless it may seem at times. Take female truck drivers for example You never see a slobby looking female truck driver, even though when at work, female truck drivers perform the exact same duties male counter parts do, but notice how female truck drivers still always manage to look 'glam', no matter what, where as their co-worker looks piggish, dull, bland and dirty...why is that? Cause one's been conditioned to care about looks, how they look, and the other, usually the male, has not. As men age, especially if married and blue collar, they just feel their looks no longer matter, and so show up to work looking bland and ugly, and don't think how that could effect other peoples moral...I mean who wants to work around bland ugly types all the time? Looks, how you 'up keep' yourself does matter, I wish more people realized that in the blue collar world. Take note from women, they try to look good, when in public, whether in blue collar world or corporate world, I wish more men would take beauty notes from women. And there's nothing sissy or 'soft' about caring about how you look.

May force self to go on 'food fast'
May force self to go on 'food fast'.
To me, that means to not eat anything in my place for 2-3 days, nothing, and see the effects.
Having muscles aches, and I do know it's all about what we consume, that's where all things good or bad happen, but we consume so much that it's hard to know what exactly it is causing aches, so sometimes just have to stop, totally stop, let whatever's in system flush out, and then start up again slowly, and write down what you, I, ate, like a scientist and then study reaction.
It's the only way to really figure out what's going on, allergic reaction?, toxic chemical in food, caffeine, bad tea, pesticides in fruit?, could be anything, but won't know until stop doing the same thing.
Could be produce from store that companies are lacing with stronger than usual anti bacterial pesticides.
I just know I can't keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result, so may begin a 2-3 day fast, no fruit from store, no tea, just deli type stuff, instantly prepared stuff while at work, and then see what happens.

Sometimes wish didn't have to eat anything, but could just absorb vitamins and minerals directly, may just try eating health shakes for a while.
Just seems whenever give this up, or that up, than something else you eat proves to be harmful, cause food scientist keep putting harmful chemicals and sweeteners and other stuff in foods.
And no telling what produce is being laced with now to fight corona, no telling what we're all putting in bodies when we eat.

Caffeine
I do believe caffeine is the culprit here, and or certain tea I was drinking, older bags of tea with caffeine in it or something, I don't know, I through it out.
as you age body just becomes more finicky

Bad health will sneak up on you like a right hook, if not careful Yes, bad health will sneak up on you, any of us, like a nasty right hook, if not careful. With myself, just came from the park, walked 4 laps around ball park, a few sprints, and I was like 'What the hell has happened to me since last time I was out here), which would of been back in April or so. So whatever else I've been doing since, has not been working. 1. Treadmill not working, well it does, but finding the motivation to use it lately not. 2. Job not working, getting up, going to work, coming how to tired to do anytning, bad recipy. Basically whatever habits I've fallen into over the last 5 months, are not good for my health. I'd say I'm at 30% of where I should be. Here's another trap it's easy to fall into if have a naturally slim buildA major trap we can fall into, like I've done, is to think that just because on the surface, we still look 'OK' as in not fat ect, that that means we're in shape. Nothing could be further from the truth as I found out today, sure if took picture of self today vs 8 months ago, couldn't tell the difference with body, but there's a world of difference with my cardio health, I"m certain, and just over all fitness. Solution? Re-commit to working out in the park, cause sorry but nothing beats actually walking outside in a park, on a trail, throwing a ball, you just can't mimmick that with equipment, and if can will get bored soon since stationary. Prioritize fitness even over my job! Is why requesting I go back to a 3 day work week, cause the long 4 days, 3 off schedule was destroying my health, sitting all the time not good, then when get home, no time to exercise, nor in the mood, so 4 days can go by and get no real cardio exercise, and then when finally off, to 'spent' to want to exercise. Bottom line, without our health there's nothing, nothing. I'm willing to earn less for my health 'now'....or could earn more, and then when health goes bad do to schedule, would end up wasting 1000's on health care. So I'll take my health 'now', while it matters. More to follow.
