Alcohol and physical fitness
Not going where you think I am with this.
Where I'm going is personal observation, and that is I notice, the more fit I am when I drink alcohol, the better my body handles the alchohol, the better my mood is while, during and after drinking.
But I also notice, say when I stop working out for a few months, that when I drink same amount, I feel terrible, mood drops, ect, even get body aches some times.
Now why is that?
I'm no scientist but so can only guess...and my guess is when the body is fit and healthy, the body can take not just alcohol, but many other 'contaminates' better, absorb and expel, but when the body is sick, or sickly, out of shape, when organs not functioning to maximum capacity, than whether alcohol or any other contaminent, it only makes sense it would have a harsher effect on your body.
So what does that mean for me?
It means if I still want to enjoy the 'fun effects' of drinking, I have to remain in shape to do so...dang it, for when out of shape, drinking becomes more of a depressing activity, maybe 1 hour of 'buzz', then followed by like 10 hours of doom and gloom feelings and mood.
Being is shape just makes life easier I guess, whether drinking or walking up 20 flights of stairs.

Vinegar seems to have some amazing healing properties
Not sure what it is about vinegar, well maybe I am, I remember as a hobbit if you put vinegar on a worm, it would squirm.
And maybe it acts the same way inside the body, in that it makes bad bacteria squirm and kills them off.
And I don't mean the watered down type of vinegar, I mean the strong vinegar, distilled?...the strong stuff that burns going down your throat.
Cause you're throat and nasal area, for some reason, is where bacteria loves to harbor and build up, so swallowing vinegar just kills all that crap, I guess.
All I know is it works for me, can't vouch for anyone else other than myself, but I just know the more times a day I take about a spoonful amount of either Bragg vineger or white distilled vinegar, I end up feeling better or not sick at all.
The only time I ever feel ill now, I notice, is whenever I go 'out', as in for my job, and then buy stuff, deli stuff, chips, ect, from the store, then I notice I feel not so good usually the next day.
I suspect 'man' is flavoring our foods with more and more potent chemicals, for taste as well as addiction, yes 'flavoring addiction'..did study on that once and you'd be surprised that there's certain bacteria in our gut that gets addicted to certain chemicals in processed foods, thus makes us want more 'chips' ect...
I really just need to go on a 'fast' and not eat anything solid for 24 hours or more, just clean digestive system out and start from scratch.
Easier said than done of course.

No site online answers the question I want to know about 'being in shape'
It's frustrating cause every ones near dumb to me in that when I type in a question it never gets answered correctly.
I want to know when you or your body is in shape, why?, what physically makes you in shape...example, today took a brisk walk around a field, then started jogging about 1/4 of a quarter mile, and body just felt real heavy, legs felt like lead ect.
So my question is why?
I've been both in shape and out of shape, and I want to know physiologically what makes your body in shape?
When in shape is it cause you're getting better blood flow?...better blood flow means more oxygen gets to your brain and muscles thus heart doen't have to strain as much??
That's what I want to know.
When I'm in shape I can job a mile and feel great, when out of shape I job 100 yards and want to collapse...what is going on within the body that makes that difference?
And no stupid site online answers that, instead they give stupid 'list' responses as in '10 signs your out of shape' type of BS!
From my own education, I do know cardio health is the most important health, and I can only relate that to circulation, blood flow, and if out of shape I can only guess that veins and arteries are more restricted, thus aren't able to flow as easily, but again why?
How does jogging reverse all of that?, is what I want to know.

Fitness sites online are stupid as hell to me cause they don't give proper answers, everything is about 'weight', the only way they measure shape is by how fat or thin you are...bogus!!!
Why is that bogus??, cause I've been thin and also still very out of shape!!!
There's plenty of thin people who are out of shape, and can't jog more than 100 feet without tiring.
But freagin online magazine and health sites to dense to understand that.
There's more to being in shape than simply your body weight...you can be as thin as a pipe and be in terrible shape, or you can be a 300 lb football player and be in great shape..duh and super duh.

Yes like being in shape involves so much more than just how you look in the mirror, the way online magazines sum it up...being in shape involves so much more than that, like. 1. Heart or cardio health 2. Muscle being strong enough to support your weight and keep your joints aligned properly, the less muscles you have, the more pain probably have in knees or knee area cause means more ligiments rubbing together or even bone on bone I've heard, but that's for when usually older. 3. Skin health, is also apart of fitness, so is the hair, and eyes. 4. foot health, proper shoes ect 5. Even mental health is apart of fitness I mean there's so much more to health than just some fat lady looking at self in mirror and wishing they were thin, like Magazines sum it up as.

Is why I'm going to start doing 'squats' again, and no I don't mean heavy gym type squats, but enough to build muscle ton in legs so bone structure properly aligned and as such less knee pain at times. The stronger and more firm the muscles around your knees are, the less pain, = less grinding. This is apart of being in shape that online sites or 'Yahoo answers' ect, don't properly explain. Being in shape is more than just how fat or thin one is.

I eat health, and because I do check this outAs you age, you tend to eat healthier as you realize you're not going to live forever, but at least while alive want to be sturdy. Things to avoid 1. Sauces, all sauces 2. Fried crap, like fried gizzards, ect, at convient stores...nothing but chemicals dumped into food...death 3. Learn to eat salad, ect, raw, without dressings or ect...or minimum of 4. Sleep well...meaning when tired, stop everything and just relax...please...this so important. Life will continue after your dead, so don't feel as if your extra effort matters... life will continue after you're dead, so don't feel as if your extra effort matters This blast from the past post from 2019 still true, but lately 'sauces' are what body mainly telling me to avoid, big time...even salad dressing which seems to be saturated with artificial sugars now... So now, no sauce on anything, unless I make the sauce myself from scratch, that's to include mustard even, all the things that traditionally make the food I eat taste better, Oh well I need to get over that and learn to enjoy natural flavors... The artificial sugars they put in sauces is like to sugar what crack is to cock, it's just way more concentrated And no doctor is telling me any of this, I'm simply listening to body. 5. Avoid stress, and negative people I'll stop there... And learn to love, and help others, love and helping others keeps you healthy longer.. Learn to love, and let go of 'labels'...... to be continued.

Mood health
Mood health.
Why do our moods change so much?
Seems every 24 hour cycle my mood is different during exact same time of that cycle.
As in 3 am one day your mood is one way, than 3 am 24 hours later, mood is different, and 3 am after that, mood is another place, what makes our moods fluctuate so much every 24 hour cycle?
I have some general guesses
1. Diet
2. situational environment, meaning people we encounter during that cycle, events, news we hear, in coming information and so forth
3. Health, general health (but even that seems to fluctuate on a 24 hour cycle
With me, I want a more consistent mood, tired of feeling good one day at 'said time', then 24 hours later not so good, or groggy, or sad, or upset or depressed, or even jolly...I want to figure out why my mood tends to change from day to day.
But my biggest hunch is diet, for we are what we eat, and I'm going to start writing down everything I eat, a food journal of sorts so I can then go back and see if there's a connection between what I eat and my moods.
But I also notice my moods tend to fluctuate most when on job cycle.
In other words when I'm off work, in a more controlled environment, my mood tends to be more consistent, but when I go to work, and deal with all the stuff 'out there', then come home, it's those days that my mood seems to fluctuate the most, but when alone at home, my mood tends to stay the same, and that to is revealing, cause when at home my environment is much more controlled and predictable, but also when 'out there', I tend to eat and snack on things I normally would not when home.
So with that noted, that tells me my mood fluctuation has to do with environment and diet.
Other people and the energy they give off or put out can and does also effect our moods
For instance, if driving home and get flipped off by a motorist, that will tend to effect your mood cause you'll dwell on it, on the other hand if right before get off work, and some attractive fellow employee gives you a hug, that to effects mood, but probably in a more positive way, you'll depart work with a good vibe, but then there's always the drive home.
______________________________________
I just know I'd like to have a more consistent mood, not super happy, not sad or groggy, but consistent is what I'd like when it comes to moods.
Also health can effect our moods to, obviously the better the health, the better the mood, but if have a headache or a toothache or stomach ache, than that usually pulls our mood down.
But I know with 'me', I'm tired of feeling happy and hopeful one 24 hour cycle at a certain time, than when that same time rolls around 24 hours later, suddenly feeling glim about life.
I want to know why the fluctuation?
The mind is a powerful thing, how come one 24 hour cycle 'the mind' makes us feel gleeful and hopeful at say 4 pm, but then 24 hours later at 4 pm, can feel glim and grouchy?
Mood health, this is something I want to explore more with myself and begin to 'fix'.

Well I'm learning to not eat 'sauce' or add it to food, doesn't take long at all to begin to notice natural flavor of food without cancer causing, tooth decay causing, diabetes causing sauce added to it.

I combine the two things I hate the most, working out and work employment I no longer enjoy working out on spare time?, why, cause boring as hell when no one to impress... I no longer enjoy being employed and giving body, time and energy away doing mindless activity with no social reward (but I do it for income of course).. With that being said I've learned to combine the two, in that at my job, often there's a 'lull' or hang over time where waiting around, so it's during this time that I've started working out, and good ones to.. I purchased 'band resistance' bands, and a few other things that make such workouts possible, and not only that but nothing beats walking around or doing lapse with facility and or old fashion push-ups, either way I get my workout on when at work now, rather than bore the hell out of myself doing it when home. And working out at work just more exciting cause at least other people can see you working out, and sorry folks, if you don't know what it's like to be alone, it does help when others see you doing something positive, you can feel the energy, that's called life. And then they're motivated to do the same. So ye, that's my solution to not working out at home, I simply workout at work now, and combine to activities I despise. Added note about work....... I'm not lazy, I like to work, in other words if won the lottery, I'd always be busy, the only difference is I'd be engaged in activities I found useful to personal growth, I'd build stuff, design stuff, help others achieve their goals and more, plant gardens, dig wells, buy a farm and tend to animals, but to me that's fun activity! Showing up to work, job, is not a fun activity to me anymore, is why also taking online classes to try to change what I do, cause after a while a job can start feeling like a worn out bad marriage.

Terrible pain having in jaw area, teeth area, a few weeks ago that literaly made me want to 'die' is now gone, so obviously whatever ingredient in a particular food that was causing it I've ceased ingesting.
But like above posts say, I think it was 'the sauce'.,

Women over the age of 30 need to do a better job at taking care of body and over all health! I can't believe the number of women I meet over the age of 30 who have health issues, preventable ones, mainly do to 'lifestyle' or I should say diet. Bad diet and weight is the main cause of health issues for women over the age of 30...and if urban and black, can be even worse in that when younger, stupid urban guys into 'wide butts', which means a fat butt, which means after the age of 30, unless you deflate that butt, all sorts of health issues will arise, and soon will be driving around with handicap parking in car before the age of 40. Diet and weight women...diet and weight..
