Low wages are designed to keep the stupid coming back for more, as their health declines...then when dead and gone, replaced by 100 others.
Live for self folks, not industry that brainwashes you into believing should sacrifice health to profit far away investors who could care the less whether you breathe or die.

To me, biggest thing to 'health' is simply getting enough rest.
Is why, no matter what doing, how far behind on project, goal, ect, once I reach that 'body telling you to 'stop' moment, I listen and stop.
The way I look at it, would rather be healthy and behind, than ahead and sick or sickly.
Also, avoid 'red eye' type jobs, are jarred from asleep do to alarm clock type of jobs.
It such above will destroy your health, and make you age before your time.
Is stupid pay check worth your rarest if rare life here on Earth?
If fighting a war, or doing so to save own family, yes, but if destroying own health, simply to allow fat investor guy to go golfing on Friday, than no....you decide.

I eat health, and because I do check this out
As you age, you tend to eat healthier as you realize you're not going to live forever, but at least while alive want to be sturdy.
Things to avoid
1. Sauces, all sauces
2. Fried crap, like fried gizzards, ect, at convient stores...nothing but chemicals dumped into food...death
3. Learn to eat salad, ect, raw, without dressings or ect...or minimum of
4. Sleep well...meaning when tired, stop everything and just relax...please...this so important.
Life will continue after your dead, so don't feel as if your extra effort matters...
life will continue after you're dead, so don't feel as if your extra effort matters
5. Avoid stress, and negative people
I'll stop there...
And learn to love, and help others, love and helping others keeps you healthy longer..
Learn to love, and let go of 'labels'......
to be continued.

I can barely stomach regular processed food anymore, of any kind.
The more you sustain from it, the more when you do eat it, you're able to note, or taste, all the sodium and other chemicals they pack in food now days, foods are packed with chemicals, and no wonder people so sick now, like in mass numbers.
Every single drink they sell at stores, is bad for you, all of it's bad.
So instead I just buy lemons, chop up, put in bottle and add cold water, I mean better than nothing and has cleansing effect on the hobbitneys and liver.
The only time I eat poorly is when to lazy to pack a lunch, then end up eating what I call 'death food', food you buy at corner stores and so forth, or even corner store delis.
The grease they use, everything, is just bad for your health, all of it is, any food designed for mass public consumption is bad for your health.

I think the only reason why still alive, or haven't had heart attack is because
I think the only reason while still alive or haven't had heart attack or diabetes is because
1. Stopped eating store bought sugary drinks = mass sugar
2. Stopped eating read meat, like steak, pork ect I still do eat meat, but in small portions as in if mixed in with Taco Bell stuff (if even real at all) or ect.
But as far as slabs of beef, steak or pork, cut out years ago, even chicken, in that store bought chicken or deli fried chicken doused in all sorts of heart killing chemicals and industrial grease.
3. Plenty of rest and sleep no matter what.......years ago stopped working jobs that require you to wake up at odd hours of the night or day, screw that. Rest is near number one in importance when it comes to health, and no job is worth my or your health.
Would rather be broke, old and healthy than wealthy, old and sick.
4. Sodium, salt, ect...but could do better job in that still eat chips from store out of bordeom when at work, flavor is addictive, companies know this, and so does bacteria in your gut which aim your appetite, but that's for another post.
5. I avoid stress, I avoid stressful people and stressful situations, no matter what. Stress will age you quicker than smoking will.
6. Laughter and sense of humor, laughter and sense of humor will heal you and keep you young, laughter is medicine to your body.
7. Exercise
8. Self exercise...cough
9. Constantly dreaming and striving for more, even if not achieved, just striving for it keeps you healthier than if not striving for anything.
10. Just being stubborn.
Anyways, those 10 things above are what keep me going, thus far anyways.

Night time is for rest
Night time is for rest, I've following this self imposed rule for years, and is why healthier than most, cause I 'rest' when I should, and stopped working stupid, life sapping jobs that expect you to rush to the grave while working for them.
Industry is not my god nor the giver of life.
I think of all the people in the past that worked worked worked, and now are dead, dead and forever dead.
Makes no sense to me, maybe for a while when young and hustling to get buy, but after a while working odd hours, different late shifts, or jobs where gotta get up before 5 am, I mean unless such job making you very wealthy, than why do it?
And there is no 9-5 job that will make most wealthy, unless maybe a Union job or silicon valley tech job, but that average job just pays enough to get buy until health fails.
It's bad enough being poor, I figure, so than why give them, your job, the world, your health on top of being poor.

It's funny and sad how some of us try to live up to 'high school years' when it comes to fitness.
Years later, trying to compete with self, as if still in high school.
Actually in high school, I didn't have certain bad habits I have now, like drinking beer, chuckle.
But if didn't drink beer, and sometimes harder than beer stuff, I'm not that far away from high school senior peak of fitness.
Bad habits are what kill a lot of us after high school, college and or military.
Co worker of mine, their older brother found deceased do to over dose this past weekend.
Why are we killing ourselves??
When young, just being alive was a thrill, didn't need a drug or booze to add to that.
Where have so many of us gone wrong, as we age?

It's not really about how long you live, but rather how healthy you are while alive.

Sad that can't even eat store bought meat anymore do to all the hormones, and chemicals, injected into meat. Can't even eat supermarket meat anymore, whether from deli or meat department, in that these freagin companies, injecting meat, meats, with so much hormones, that when eat, 'gums' begin to itch. It's the hormones!!! Why can't MAN just leave crap alone? ? Why does man insist on killing 'us', the population, just for freagin profits for a few investors. It really pisses me off, F corporate food scientist who are paid to kill us, just so investors can earn more. Food is medicine, and freagin 'man', has even screwed that up!!!!!

Cut 1/4 pounder BK hamburger in 4 slices
I rarely eat fast food, but today, bought a 1/4 lb hamburger from BK.
I cut it in 4 even slices, like a pizza or something, and ate two slices, or .5 or 1/2 of hamburger...will eat the rest later.
I guess all I'm saying is can easily train self to not gulp down whole hamburger if simply slice it into slices.
Can make one 8 dollar BK meal last twice as long, make two or 3 meals out of it for self.
Oh well, like that really matters to anyone.

What almost got me sick today wasn't the Corona virus, but rather food poisoning from some chicken I purchased at local grocery store (deli). To be fair I won't mention grocery chain, cause I just figure it happens from time to time.
But I just through out 9 dollars worth of deli fried chicken, oh well, hope the wild critters outside enjoy it.
Also, I so hate eating 'W' bread that the other day bought Roast Beef sandwich from corner store, then came home, stripped off white bread and replaced with own wheat bread from fridge.
Bleached W bread has about zero nutritional content, and can't still believe people eat it.

Just got back from park, thought I'd step out and burn some calories, even though appetite has all but gone away since not working, I mean I literally have lost the taste for meat, I get hungry now, I think vegitable's or fruit or nut combo.
I did drive by grocery store on way back though, place was packed, I wasn't having any of that.
I'm just not a 'herd' type.
During this whole Corona episode, I've only been shopping once, and appetite dropped big time, that's called survival, others, seems others appetites have gone way up.
When I drove past grocery store, all the ____ women looked fat and plump, as usual, I guess their response to stress is to eat even more food, my response to stress is to lighten up and conserve and pay attention to health.
And eating more food is how people keep getting sick, I mean especially meat, but food in general, what a good way for any type of virus to spread.
I've also bought zero amount of TP during all of this...had plenty already, and again when don't eat like a cow or bull, very seldom have to use the restroom.
Eat eat eat eat eat, Americans are very spoiled when it comes to food, and eating all the time.
Grocery stores like every few blocks, fast food every block, corner stores and more, the land of plenty, yet so many still have very ugly dispositions, cause they don't appreciate it until been someone else around the world.

Who doesn't want to stay healthy? That being said, it's easy to get caught up in the whole nutritional vitamin supplement market, the only thing is they cost...big time. I just got off of the site 'critical health news . com', it's all one word, one of the Doctors who runs site was on Coast to Coast radio last night, the man really knows his stuff, but like vita packs, herbal packs, this that, cost from 30-199 bucks... That's fine if last whole year, but the thing is if convince self you need supplements, than can get pricey. They're like designer vitamins. But I also understand buying cheap vitamins, like at dollar stores, is worthless, cause they're not packed with what label says. I think eating right, and exercising always best solution, but the thing is now days a lot of vitamins taken out of food through the whole mass production process. GMO's ect. So one can easily be eating food with all minerals and vitamins stripped out. There has to be a cheaper alternative, but here's the guys page in case curious. The Doctor is very hyper intelligent, and I say that about very few...so the fact that I'm sharing him here says a lot. Good vitamins and herbs are good for your body, if can afford them, but then again you can't put a price tag on your health. I've got vitamins now, but of cheaper super market level, I think I'll do my own research, maybe visit local nutritional store, if even open right now. Anyways, just thought I'd share, cause that's what I do, is share information that I think will help others, at least here.

In case some of you reading this may be 'fat' or 'plump' or older, or even younger and 'fat'.
Umm, Oysters do have plenty of Zinc in them, and Zinc, I guess, according to what just read last night, does have viagra effect.
Yes, Oysters, even canned Oysters, are good for you, unless a 7-Day Adventist.
According to 7-Day Adventis, if you eat non scaled sea food, you're violating gods laws and will be sent to hell.
