Junk

Can spend near two days clearing out stuff, and still not even tell you did a thing
Amazing how much junk and clutter we in the West, learn to accumilate.
I mean give us space and we'll fill it up with junk.
I've got more items going to take to the goodwill, more boxes to take to dumpster, and it's like I haven't even made a dent, still more junk.
Been filling up large recycle trash bins up with papers, this that, and again, still, it's like I haven't done a thing.
Clutter just like moves into your place and moves into all available spaces we have, but it's us who puts it there.
It's us who over the years continue to buy stuff we already have, we forget we have it and then buy it again...and again, it's why Walmart parking lot, dollar stores, and all other stores are always cramp packed.
More future junk.
Well I need to make another trip to goodwill, and library, to donate some more stuff. At least if I end up moving, all the hard stuff will be done, cause when you move it's not the large items that stress you out, it's all the little stuff in drawers and closets and the junk and clutter, that's the stuff that will stress you out the most.

Clean clean clean, that's all I seem to ever do anymore when off from work, clean clean clean. I use to think the Jeffersons having a made was silly, not anymore, cause I see now that cleaning is a constant process, if you want a clean place.

Junk will paralyze you
Junk will paralyze you, it will mentally paralyze you.
Like even when you clean, to clean you have to move stuff out and around, but by doing that you uncover more junk, and then the junk is just out there, and you space off cause get overwhelmed like
'Dam, what should I do with this crap?'
It just has a paralyzing effect on you, or at least it does with me.
I don't think I can ever really make forward progress in my life until I get rid of all past junk and clutter in life that's just there...stuff, just there, taking up space in my mind and in my physical space.

I will just keep loading trash cans up with clutter and junk, until there's nothing from my past holding me back. I mean if I have to box stuff and put it away, than do I really even need it?
Letting go of the past can be emotionally sad, but when the past becomes a sag, got to let it go.

Even junk on your computer can hold you back and down Even to much junk in your computer can really bog you down, as in pictures, screen captures, old files, this and that, your computer can also, like your house or garage or shed, come a collection of unused unessisary junk. My advice, get rid of it all!

The junk monster Will reclaim my space one corner, one junk pile at a time, just tired of being held hostage to junk, meaningless clutter and junk. If had own place, like I use to, I'd just create a bon fire and burn it all, but can't do that here. And what I don't toss out, I really don't want to go to the hassle of selling it online, cause then have to give your number out, and then here come all the bot calls. I never really get bot calls until I run a public add on C/L, then I start getting all the bot calls. So far with new number, only a few bot or spam calls. I think I'd just rather give what I don't want away, accept for an expensive drone I have, that I'll keep or sell. ------------------------------------ All that aside, just still trying to clear place of junk, working on porch area now, reclaiming stuff, kicking insects out of stuff that's mine, stuff I paid for, I didn't buy stuff so freagen bee's and wasps could live in it! So now I'm reclaiming it all, may not get it all done today, but certainly working on it, cause cleaning can be exhaustive.

Now that I have a pickup truck, I kind of feel like just getting rid of everything, literally, and just starting over.
Literally starting over, emptying whole place out other than the basics.
I'd keep the weights, the treadmill, the mirrors, I love mirrors.
Place is already pretty much gutted, got rid of living room couch over a year ago and never replaced since never get guests.
Maybe could turn place into a office or something.

Junk continues to hold me down, exhaust me Junk continues to hold me down and exhaust me of my spare creative energy. Yesterday had to clear out patio, and so where do you think all that stuff went? Inside of course, now more junk sitting around on the inside. Tempted to rent storage again, I really am, but then that becomes a waste of money over time, can be like 1,200 a year, for junk I never use. Or could just take to Goodwill. I don't even bother trying to sell stuff anymore, takes to long, and you meet to many odd balls along the way. If lived in a old fashion safe neighborhood, would just have a open house/apartment sale, just let people come over and buy what they want. Can't do that now though, again, to many oddballs out there now. And you never have to worry about cardbard boxed with amazon, boy do they love utilizing large cardboard boxes.

Junk can totally bog you down for a whole afternoon, not to mention just wear down your mind as you think what to do with it. I finally just had to dump old tube TV into a dumpster, I don't have time to spend hours searching out proper dumb reciptical, and then to drive no telling how far, pay to have it disposed of ect, hell no, so in the trash it went, good riddens.
Good TV, just outdated by over a decade.
Some lady left it for me years ago when they moved back to Texas.
And also got rid of some female shoes that haven't had luck selling, and I actually got them from when a neighbor moved out years ago and just left a bunch of stuff behind, well now those black leathery shoes are gone to, and still have stuff I should get rid of, it never ends.

I think I need to do another junk purge of stuff in my place, as in papers, old papers, forms, this and that, that I'll never use again. And I have no one to pass stuff onto, no one cares about my past, people don't even care about my present.
Useless clutter just has a way of draining 'you'.

The clutter monster will drain you of your energy if not careful Clutter is bad for our health, mental and physical health. Also, clutter attracts critters, all sorts of nasty critters, rodents, ants, insects, roaches, snakes, germs, bacteria and more. Clutter provided 'gross stuff', a habitat in which to flourish. The more clutter you hang onto, the smaller you become as a person, you become a slave to it. The lady below me had a lot of clutter in their place, and mice, some of which came up into my place. They're gone now, good. But the sad thing is, in the end, no one really wanted any of that clutter, the memories, none of it mattered. And seeing the indignities of that elderly women leave kind of reminded me of my own future fate one day. Unless have a active large big intact and extended nuclear family, there's nothing to hand anything down to to anyone, and in the end the city will simply arrive and take it all to the dump.

Cleaning own place can be mentally scary and exhausting Cleaning your own place can be both scary and exhausting, why?...here's why. Usually when you clean, meaning a deep clean, that means having to decide what to throw away and what to keep. Junk becomes like our lead heel, it weighs us down in so many ways. Yet junk, when broken down into smaller sections, is basically our own stuff we've collected over the years. So, why do we hang onto junk? 1. Sentimental reasons. In the back of our minds, we all have this idea or had this idea, that one day we'd have a large extended family, hobbits, grandhobbits, nephews, neices ect, and who hasn't seen a movie where they go up into the attic to learn about long time deceased relative, and find some chest filled with old notes, drawings, certificates, records, ect. Well, I think we all fantasize about that 'junk' that others discover one day, being ours. But in reality, the real, for most of us, when we die, the city or landlord will just come and throw it all in the trash.I've seen it happen to others before, and when they passed away, no relatives came to get any of it, instead landlord just had it all thrown in the trash. That being said, we still tend to hang onto this idea that one day we'll be famous and beloved, and be able to build or buy some large building, and turn it into our own personal museum for others to enjoy...ye right. Like how Presidents have 'Presidential museums'. As such, tossing away our notes, papers, old bills, old shoes, old clothing, old this and that, kind of feels like we're throwing ourselves away, as if giving up on ourselves....and that can make some of us sad. I mean if we don't have our junk, what do we have, what says we were ever here?Anyways, I was cleaning up back room and just got a bit sad thinking about it, so decided to do what I do best, and that is to write about it in a abstract way.
