More and more affluent, or at least 6 figure and above, U.S. black citizens are repatriating to other nations, perminately.

Well Ludicris, the rapper, they prefer African women, the same way the beach boys preferred California babes.

If people treat you bad, poorly, and you're black, one can always blame it on racism.

But if and when people treat you bad or poorly and are white, I wonder what a white person blames it on?

More whites, and other 'non black' types moving into this area now

And where I stay, apartment complex no longer accepts housing vouchers, no section 8, nothing and nada, either you have to be employed or tough luck.

I've always been employed, and have always paid my rent with the sweat and blood of my own labor, so it's nothing new to me, but for some it is.

And they're being driven out, one by one, unit by unit, and being replaced by either white folks, or Hispanics or Asians, and or other darker toned people not considered black.

How does that make me feel?

I could care the less, cause I never mingled with the black folks here anyways, nor they with me, so I could care the less.

Section 8 types, who are usually women, are what bring the crime element around, as in their man friends, who then cause trouble for others at night, so as long as these new tenants are of the working class types, I welcome it actually.
But it comes at a price, cause where white folks move, rent always goes up, and if I were white I'd be upset at that, cause the white folks living here aren't rich, if they were they wouldn't be living here.
