I bought a bunch of lotto tickets the other day, and lost them, that probably means I won, I mean that's usually how it works.
You finally win big, then end up losing the ticket numbers.
It's like you just can't cheat fate, if fate wants to always struggle, it's like fate always wins no matter what.

Yes Man I've long played with the notion of following this characters strategy of just saying 'yes' to any and everything and seeing what happens. In the movie, him saying 'yes', more than 'no', good things eventually occur, but in real life, not so sure,..maybe it would be good though, in the end I think most things balance out regardless. But unlike him I really don't have people asking me anything or to do anything or to go anywhere so I have no one to say 'yes' to, other than my own inner thoughts or worse yet 'spam', as in adds, offers ect...but who wants to always say yes to 'commercialism'?, you'll go broke doing that....but maybe I could learn to say 'yes' to certain online job opportunities, ect, investment opportunities, ect. I don't know, we'll see.

I feel so much better waking up the next day when the place I stay in is clean I mean there's nothing worse than having a bad weekend, or days off, and then waking up the next day to a messy place...as such I like to clean before going back to work, it makes me feel 'zesty', like that soap commercial. Clean, tidy and Zesty. When all else fails to boost my mood, I clean.

I wonder if years from now, like 1000 or so years, maybe less, when the British Empire fallen, if Geographers will dig up the Kings and Queens graves and display them in a museum, the way Egyptian graves and tombs have been disturbed.

I need to 'fashion up'
I remember when in school, as in K-12, and every new school year parents would take us hobbits to stores to 'fashion up', basically, even though that's just a name I invented here and now.
But same is true even as an adult, especially if a male, often times older males forget to 'fashion up' for the new season.
Well not me, I need to 'fashion up', for many reasons, but main reason it simply cause it'll make me feel better, and it's easier to dress when almost anything you grab from closet looks good and modern.
Right now, I could probably dump 30% or more of what's in clothing closets to goodwill, and probably will soon.

Yes style and fashion are a part of 'health' over all health, can't be wearing dead beat colors to work or out in the public, nothing wrong with wanting to maintain a fresh vibrant youthful appearance through clothing.

I just got back from shopping, cheap, discount places all around, but got a few neat clothing items, some shorts, some active wear, ect, and ended trip at a Dollar Store...more inexpensive retail items, what do I care.
One time I actually saw a Porsche parked at a dollar store.
Look, at my age, I just want to look good for cheap, the main thing though, regardless of clothing worn, is your body and face, for if your body and face are all bent out of shape, clothing won't matter or fix that.

To order or not to order
Why do most of us go to retail online store, load up 'basket' and then when it comes time to place order we 'pause', and spend minutes, even hours, trying to justify what we're about to buy?
Why?, cause we're cheap, that's why.
Here's what I've learned, life is short, healthy life is even shorter, and if alone, if you don't buy an item or items for yourself, no one else will, and if you don't buy it now, you will 'sooner or later'.
So to me, just buy now, and forget about it later and just move onto other needs.
If need internet modem, than buy it, and stop wasting money on using Xfinity modem which adds up over time, if going have internet for rest of healthy life, the savings could be in the 1000's, even though have to pay a bit over a 100 now for one time purchase.
If need shoes, buy them, if need memory cards, buy them, batteries ect...even a wig or boots, a dress, whatever, if want it, buy it, cause better to have it, then go broke, than to be broke, want it, and can't afford to buy it.

When things, places, other people at those places, stop being 'cool' to me, I stop wanting to go out
I need a oil change...don't want to bother going to 'Jiffy Lube', and that's just one example. I just don't like going out to places anymore cause places and most people just no longer impress me.
It all just seems like a futile exercise to me, there will be no 'attraction' between people, I'll just be seen as some luddy duddy costumer who doesn't know anything whole they'll try to sell everything to..and the guys working at the shop will just seem like average run of the mill workers to me with nothing interesting to say or add to my life...they may as well be cardboard cut outs to me.
Sad to say, but I think when people stop 'arousing you' soxually, it just makes going out less fun or exciting.
When way younger, going out was always fun and exiting, why?, cause regardless of your gender there was always that possibility of either being attracted to someone or someone being attracted to you, always, it's what dominates you when younger, the possibility of meeting another no matter where it may be.
When younger, as in still in grade school type young, would stroll along with Mother at times just for the possibility of meeting that 'special person' while out and about or at store.
But now, forget about it, this idea that you're going to meet the dream of your life at Jiffy Lube oil shop, please.
I wish I lived in the country still, I'd have more fun just changing the oil myself, while having a few beers, than by driving to some urban area Jiffy Lube and being treated like a dunce by the personel there while they try to sell you extra services, as trained to do.
And then trained to scare you 'Umm, sir/ma'am, looks like your brakes need replaceing, we can change them for a dscount, or windshield wipers, or this or that, it never ends.
And then no matter what, whenever you leave, just seems your car is never the same, always a squeak, or this light comes on, or car pulls to the left, just seems car never the same once mechanics get their hands on it.

I'm really trying to follow this concept of saying 'yes' to everything, as in opportunities, but if not careful can easily go broke quickly signing up for this, paying for that, and not getting any fiscal return for it. Right now I need to say 'Yes' to signing up for a online certification course, but of course it costs money, and it's the money part that makes me want to say 'no'...but if keep saying 'no', I won't ever get anywhere.

Reality show on former lottery winnersWish they'd create a reality show on former lottery winners, those who won $5 million or more. I'd like to know how they're doing today. 1. Did they blow their money? 2. Did the grow their money? 3. Are their lives better or worse since winning lottery? 4. Did winning lotter effect marriage in good or bad way? 5. If single, did winning lottery find them love? This and more, myself and others would like to know about former lottery winners. I think it would make interesting reality show. That a tragic story from 2016.

I'm now the same age as certain 'celebrities' after they have passed years ago, so ye, they're dead now...but now that I"m the age of certain celebrities when they were alive, they just seemed so much more mature than I am, had so much more responsibilities than I do.
Maybe public life just does that to you, forces you to mature, at least when in front of a camera or being interviewed on TV

Continued from above.
For instance I'll see some classic actor, who while alive was say from 21-35, to which I wasn't born yet or very young...yet when I become their age, I compare them to me, and they just seem so much more 'together' and 'mature'.
