I know fake macho types will scoff at that, but I bet you the average male above the age of 25, could not dance non stop for more than 30 seconds without near passing out.

Time to step on a body weight scale.
Interesting how we lose weight over night, when doing the least activity.
You'd think you'd lose more weight during the day when moving around, but at least with me, I seem to lose most of my weight overnight while laying still and doing absolutely nothing.
Maybe sleeping requires more energy than we realize, hmm, that's kind of a interesting area of study.

I may take a bike ride this morning, something I haven't done in over a year, maybe 2 years. Nothing like a bike ride to get you out there and up and close to stuff.

When off again, I'm going to try making some natural anti biotics.
A health woman told me to combine onion, garlic and honey, but I forget in which combo.
Either way, I've got all 3, so when off again, will make some kind of concoction and see what happens.

You are not in shape until you're in 'cleaning up type of shape' Don't know what it is about cleaning up your own place that wears you out so much, stresses your heart in ways not even jogging does. I can go walk in the park, jog, play tennis, and won't feel as burned out physically as when I straighten own place up. It's like cleaning up shape is a whole different level of fitness. Maybe do to all the rapid movements and bending and stooping, who knows.

I just know I'm going to vomit or get that vomit gag sensation, why? Cause just tried making some home made anti bodies, which I was told consists of onions, garlic and honey. But I forgot the blend, so I just dropped a piece of onion, small garlic and some honey in a small blender and mixed it all up. And I just know it's going to make me gag, cause for one garlic always makes me gag, but mixing garlic with onions and honey, that sounds like a super gag/vomit event. So will only barely sip it, just to see reaction.

Thinking about become a health practitioner, and getting trained in natural herbs.
The class cost money though, over 2 gran, and as such I'm waiting. Why am I waiting?
I want to make sure it's what I want to do, 2 gran is a lot for a class, and I just want to make sure I'm not just doing it on a whim, then after paying change my mind.

I think maybe in the past, garlic made me gag cause I maybe had parasites inside my body, and maybe it was the parasites that didn't like the garlic. I don't know, I just know as of now, after sipping this cocktail, no gagging as of yet. And again, it's suppose to be like a natural anti body.

seems it takes a long long time to lose face fat.
Not sure why any ones body feels that fat on the face is the last fat off your body that needs to go.

I must say, compared to how I felt a a few months ago, mass improvement since stopped drinking so much and started taking natural herbs, and injesting as tea.
I took some 'liver and gallbladder' cleanse herbs last night, made it into tea, and just had a few swallows.
And I do feel 'clean', today would be a great day if didn't have to work.
Work is a drag cause the hours are so long, it's just a drag, but after today I do get several off in a row.
Also, I'm learning that all food 'out there', that's sold at corner stores, travel centers, ect, hardly any of it's good for the body.
It's designed to look good, taste good, but it's all done with chemicals.
When I don't eat that junk, I feel much better...but habits are hard to break, especially when working, you get hungry, and all that fake food is in front of you when walk into store.
Health is everything, and just like I stopped drinking, now I really do need to fine tune what I put in my body.
Cause I'm learning when body is healthy, it effects our moods, thus it effects our outlook and more.
When healthy, you're just happier, but when sick or in pain all the time do to unhealthy habits, all you tend to think about is death and dying and other gloomy stuff.

I'll probably wake up tomorrow at the lightest weight I've been in probably over a decade, wow.
Today is the first day I actually lost weight while at work, normally I gain weight due to all the sitting and driving, and eating of junk food, but today I came home lighter.
Not drinking beer, and also not eating junk food, is really having an effect.

Gained a few pounds today, but what do you expect, it was a work day, and at work I just sit for long periods of time. And when I work I tend to snack on high calory snacks, like today I ate a chocolate zinger. Can't remember if it was this off brand or the original hostess brand, either way I bought it and ate 2 of them, then ate 2 corn dogs. I only eat like that when at work, cause you're just out there, bored, and around food.

I rarely get sick when just stay home
Seems the only time I get sick, feel ill, is when I 'go out there', into the world for job.
There's like just stuff in the air, pollution, toxins, bacteria, viruses and who knows what.
I think the government may even plant crap in the environment just so lots of people all get sick at once so they, the government can create medical campaigns, which benefit phizer the pharmaceutical company.
Create the illnesses, and thus feed the drug companies that claim to have the cure, seems like such a smoke and mirror effect.
I could be wrong. But just saying, when I stay home, I always feel fine, but when go out, that's when, or I should say it's a 50/50 chance on whether I'll come back feeling just as healthy and good as when I left.

At lightest average weight in over a decade At lightest average weight in over a decade! I should be happier than I am, but am not, life isn't that story book. If one thing goes right, like 10 other things go wrong to balance it, or so it seems. Sure, I'm at my lightest weight in years, but I don't feel so hot. May have to go to the doctor, but I hate doctors, I never go to the doctor, cause they seem 'slow' to me. They don't listen, and only go by what the 'book' tells them. And they look at you like you're dumb. Basically the only reason I, or many, go to the doctor is to get medication that we already researched we need.(trauma Dr's being the exception to that) So basically you have to pay 100-300 dollar to walk into a Drs office to have them tell you what you already knew. But can't get prescription unless the all mighty Dr signs off on it. So I wait, cause usually I can heal myself if just give own immune system a change by eating right and ect. Anyways, enough of that. I'm at a weight I'm happy with, I guess. And no, that's not a dress or skirt, it's simply a very long tank top.
