Treadmill hell
Treadmill hell, is how most people with treadmills relate to them just after a few months of owning one.
There's just something really boring about them, more boring than reading a book even, at least to me.
But at times they're necessary if weather outside is to hot or cold.
It's more fun jogging or exercising outside, or hiking.
I myself miss climbing rocky hills as a youth, but where I stay now the terrain is flat.
Bottom line, workout and stay fit whenever and wherever you can.

I've been off since Saturday night, haven't exercised on bit, I've drank, done other things, but haven't exercised, so I think the first thing I need to do this morning is go exercise, go walk in the park.
I'm still in shape though, but as of the last month, been slacking big time, while drinking more, not good.
I need to go walk this morning, it's what my body and mind are telling me. I'm right at that verge of still being in shape, and the line of falling out of shape.
I want to stay on the healthy side of that line for sure.

I'm doing something right, cause for the first time in a long time, the cracking in my thumb joint is going away.
It's like I'm getting younger as I age...I'm not, but at times it feels that way...but in reality, I think it's just cause I'm doing more things right now that effect my health in a positive way.
I have been taking Krill oil pills as of late as in the last few months.

As you get older, you sometimes look back and wonder how you do it, did it?
Or sometimes you wake up in the morning, and wonder how you'll continue on? When all you want to do is stay in bed and rest, but the demands of mans society tells you you must get up out of bed and labor, even though it's unhealthy to do so.
Mindless labor is BS, don't care what conservative says. Especially as you age.
The sound of machinery, engines, noise, ect, it's all disruptive to the body, and unatural. When younger, I suppose machinery, trucks and trains, and engines are cool, but as you age, it all simply becomes disruptive noise that you'd rather avoid.
Aging is only beautiful and wonderful when wealthy enough to not still have to worry about the same stuff you did when 19.

About to order some vitamins 1. Krill oil (fancy fish oil) 2. Lutein (good for the eyes and other stuff) Ye sure, it costs, but so does falling into bad health, health is everything, it really is. These are not the brands I ordered, they're just random brands I shared. (These are not the droids you're looking for) Sorry, couldn't resist that.

Not that drinking alcohol is good, cause its not, but I will say this, I notice my health evolves more around what I eat, and more work environment more so than in alcohol.
I don't think it's alcohol in and of itself that's so bad, but rather all the stuff we eat while drinking. The chemicals, preservatives, and whatever else they lace food with now, coloring, transfat in fried foods, and yellow cake this yellow cake that ect.
Cause when I'm at home, and only eat what's out of the fridge, I always feel fine, even if, when, I drink, other than the usual hang over feeling, I feel fine, no aches, ect.
But the minute I 'step out', and eat foods at travel center stores, ect, that's when the aches will start coming back, or when I'm at my job, where I sit and drive for long periods at a time.
So ye, I'd say my job environment and what I eat, seem to effect my health more so than a few beers now and then.

Could parasites be the cause of the pain in your body?

I wonder if vitamins made in 'China' are safe? I took a palmeto vitamin before going to bed, and now heart, circulation, feels odd. Or is it something else? I ate before going to bed also. I'll read tomorrow, where these vitamins were manufactured..I mean fetynal is pouring in from China, can I trust vitamins, ordered from Amazon, that are form China also? Not saying they are, haven't checked yet...one sec...I want to know. Nah, says manufacured in St Pete FL, 'Saw Palmetto' herbal extract. I should of read the 'side effects' first...hmm... www.drugs.com/sfx/saw-palmetto-side-effects.html

I mean, seems like any lobbyist can buy out the FDA these days, just to get products OK'd. Some of the side effects for men, are down right scary, including becoming impotent, among other things

Stress
Another way to stay healthy is to avoid stress, that's really important, especially the older you get.
I try to deal with stress now by not worrying about things until I have to, in other words I try not to think about things ahead of time until I must.
And also, be weary, avoid, keep out of your life, those who stress you out by burdening you with things you can't do, or if 'do', it comes at great harm to self, as in fiscal harm, ect.
People good for you, are those who keep you in their life year-round, and or who alleviate your burdens without you having to ask.
As you get older you begin to instinctively know who's good for you or not.
Not everyone is blessed with large families, or lots for friends, like characters on TV. When it's just yourself out here in the world, you really have to guard your life against those who want to complicate it.
Life is not the movies, that's for sure, and good works, in reality, aren't always rewarded. Good works, in reality, means you often have to go without, so that others who don't care about you can get bu.
Not every issue or person is worth carrying about.

The thing about health, as you age
As you age, get older, there's less people who will care about you, as many of those from your past are out of your life, dead, sick, broke, ect...and of course your parents are either old, or dead, so the older you get, your health is really all you got.
I need me to be healthy, I need me to be healthy for many reasons, for one, so I can get more out of each day.
The shorter life gets, the more I need to get out of each day, that means I need sustained energy, means I have to be able to work a long mundane job, and come home, and still have the mental and physical energy to get other non work related stuff done. But if sick, or sickly, or drinking, ect, I just cannot do that.
I really do need myself right now just about more than ever, in that I'm older now, and that youthful cockiness is beginning to fade as reality begins to step in.
I mean my general health is fine, almost great at times, if only I'd step out of my own way and not fall back into bad habits at times, like drinking or eating foods I shouldn't, as in chips, and certain fried foods at stores. But ye, I need 'me' to be healthy right now if I'm to make the most out of whatever time I have left to make things matter to self on this Earth.

Avoid stress and stressful people.
I think older people instinctively know that.

In this world, money, or the idea that you need lots of it, can in and of itself bring you a lot of stress and destroy relationships, as well as self, along the way.
