 This has been occurring lately...like the movie, where you hear, or think you hear tones, voices, music being transmitted from electronic devices, like in my case fans...  It's so real that I find myself sitting up, trying to convince myself there really aren't other people in the room... Sometimes it sounds like music or singing...other times like chatter...people talking in the background. It's just odd...don't know if it's just the frequency of air passing through blades or what. Or is it really the 'white noise' phenomina'? As long as nothing touches me when I turn off lights, I guess I'll be fine... |

It got so bad a second ago, like I was hearing deep breathing sounds, that I just turned everything off... Not sure where all these tones and sounds are coming from... But it makes laying down, alone, in the dark kind of eerie... I keep telling myself Nothing is there.But the sounds, the tones, sound like labored breathing, voices...just odd stuff...  |

The whole 'white noise' thing just had me again, so much so I got up to turn off radio I thought I heard playing in background, and volume was already off.
I have two fans on, and maybe it's the tone of the air blowing that I keep mistaking for music, people singing.
It's just odd...
Sounds like old big band era type music...with horns and all.

I do often hear white noise, like when fan is on, I can hear voices, even like a choir singing, as if coming from electricty of fan or other electronic devices.
I sit up at night, at times, to make sure no one in room with me, or illusinatting.

If kind, a true person of love, you'll hear things, but will be OK.

The 'White Noise' thing is bad tonight  The 'White Noise' thing is bad tonight, so much so that a few times I sat up to make sure radio was off, and make sure no audio coming from computer, check for both, yet still hear like 'conversations' in the background. All I have on is the fan, and wonder if it's just the airflow from the fan that brain is interpiting as 'voices'? But it's like I can barely hear full conversations taking place, male and female and even like old 1940's or 30's 'Ball Room' type music, like that one place in the movie 'The Shining'. I don't know, could just be the air flow from the fan, and brain simply trying to 'make sense' of the phonics by interpiting it as voices and conversations, I don't know, I do know it was real enough to make me sit up and write about it

This 'White noise' stuff gets odd some times, cause I have two fans running, love the feeling of air moving over me when I lay down, I can't stand the sound of being in a house or room, with no air circulating.
I love the sound and feel of air moving, like a breeze, but that being said, I swear I'll hear cats meowing, instruments playing, people talking in the background, as if they're in a lounge, so much so that I'll sit up, just to make sure I'm really alone.
I don't know if its the accoustics from the fans, or the air or what, but I swear I'm able to hear distinct voice sounds, or instruments, I just don't know, is it brain trying to 'decode' or make sense out of random sounds from the fans?
I don't know.

White noise from fans, or accoustic noise, is just weird.
When I have multiple fans on in one room, it's like I hear music, a ochestra, voices, conversations, you name it, enough so to get me sitting up out of bed, just to convince self it's not real.
