There was a time when people would first 1. Get an education, maybe go on to college, trade school, or the military... 2. Get a job, with the skills learned from that education or training... 3. Find a mate and get married...then get a house or apt together... 4. And finally, after saving and planning, then have a hobbit or two... That use to be the model... When people followed that model, got educated, then married, then financially stable, then had hobbits in a controlled planned environment (multiply that by millions)...than society, as a whole, was a much more stable place to live in...with a lot less social issues...and a lot less unruly, delinquent hobbits, who have now grown up to fill the prisons across the land....  Crammed prisons and jails, are the results of surplus babies born without Fathers to guide and or love them, born into single mother house holds in public housing...or now, with the advent of HUD and section 8...public housing can be anywhere...as landlords just want to get that garunteed money... But the results have been devastating... Gangs, inner city violence, pimps, prostitution, dealers and so forth... Just look at Chicago's inner city woes... More American deaths in Chicago than AfghanistanThere's more killings of Americans in Chicago than in Afghanistan...amazing... Or look at Detroit, or Los Angeles or any other major city where the Government feeds and encourage slothy, irresponsible behavior...the results have always been the same...violence and decay... Physical decay, mental decay, moral decay and spiritual decay... The bible warned against 'fornicating'...people ignore that now days, and pay a high toll...the offspring do... Everyone does, as the offspring take out their violent behavior on everyone else... If not for Welfare...women would not 'sleep around'...and would be much more choosey over whom they dated...cause they would know that once pregnant...no one would help them but the father... (That use to be called marriage) And before welfare...women waited until they were married before having Ducklings... And as such, 'Dad' was around...and Dad was usually 'stern'...maintained order in the house. And as such...males were nervous to approach women who had Fathers in the home... Back when the boyfriend had to meet 'Dad' and get his approval before dating his daughter... That's when society was much more 'balanced' and stable... Cause the home functioned properly...Son and Daughter did not want to let 'Dad' down, or 'Mom'...who worked as a team to raise the family...set goals for their hobbits, standards...and the hobbits didn't want to let mom or dad down... All that is lacking in today's urban, and even some rural communities... I never really realized how 'evil' welfare was, until I moved up close to it... The Moynihan Report (1965)Amazing how the report written by, at the time, the Assistant Secretary of Labor 'Danial Moynihan' has come true for a certain segment of the urban welfare class... Moynihan report historyAt the time, it was contriversial to some...but over time, has proven to be almost prophetic to others, as he described the perils future generations of the urban class would face do to the effects of Slavery, Jim Crow laws, and Welfare... The report has totally come true, at least to those stuck in that cycle. He also described to a 'T' how the new emerging matriarchal inner city families, would have a devastating effect on hobbits raised in such an environment...where the males are cast aside, as far as having roles in the family, and used basically as 'breeders'.... 'Clutch' Why are so many urban babies born to single mothers? And the effects.In my personal opinion, whether applied to my own life, and decisions, or that of others...when you cast aside 'God' and his commandments...you pay a price...often times a very negative one, whether indivisually or collectively, there's a price to be paid for disobedience... And anyone who has ever live in or near a housing project or in areas where most of the mothers are on Government subsidies, knows this to be true...  What hobbits learn and observe in the home at an early age, forms the foundation for thought and reason as an adult... I don't feel like quoting stats and all right now...heck just pick up your local paper, watch the news, and you'll see enough stats on your own... Just observe the behavior of youth raised in traditional two parent house holds and contrast that with housing project, or section 8 raised youth... Big difference in manners, respect, speech, behavior and so on. Dad, is the enforcer arm of the family (a good one anyways)...and fear of 'Dad' teaches youth to grow up and have a healthy respect for other adults and authority. Dad also protects the home from Chaos and disorder (again...a good one does)...which instills in hobbits a sense of confidence and security and well being... I'm not saying Mothers can't do that either...but most mothers caught up in the whole urban cycle of Welfare, are having babies, while themselves are still mentally, and socially underdeveloped and often still fooling around (fornicating) with other men. As such, males take on less responsibility, loose respect for females, and start seeing them only as...well just watch any rap video and you'll see what I mean... As long as the Government keeps feeding and encouraging this type of behavior through Welfare...the cycle of urban destruction will continue...it's really that simple.  Regardless of what type of logo is put on EBT card, it's still welfare...others living, feeding self, off the backs of the labor of others, through tax revenue. It seems where I stay, I can't go to grocery store without some single woman pulling out some kind of food coupons, vouchers ect. And many don't even have hobbits anymore, are in their 30's, 40's, way past time hobbits are out of home, yet still qualify for food coupons. And at least if you have a food coupon, at least know how to use it correctly. Half the time the cashier has to explain how to use it...and the person using it just seems mentally slow. And that annoys me, cause it tells me they're not striving to do better, to be better, and that EBT lifestyle is a preferred lifestyle over trying to achieve something. Mind you, I was homeless before, and never once asked for or qualified for anything. And if I had, still would not have asked. I guess it's all in how you're raised, expectations you have for self, put there by stern parents, and a community just as stern. But if one has never had that...I guess one has a totally different framework of self. I say about 30% of folks on EBT really need it...might be in college, or recently divorced ect. But where I stay, I see far to many who don't need it, and just use it cause they can... Receiving things for free just changes your personality...I've seen it. I've been around those who work, or have business...and I've been around types that receive free stuff. Worlds apart in mindset and attitude. One, you could sit down, open paper, and talk about an array of world issues...the other, you could sit down with, open news paper, and unless talking about their hair, their eyes just gloss over. It's a big turn off to me...to see, conversate, with adults with the mindset of a 10 year old. But in some areas, that's all you see, every single day, adults living off the system with mindsets of 10 year olds... With no intention or incentive to change. And that lifestyle really does eventually eat away at ones self esteem. |

Its bad Government policies, charity, that's producing the type of people, mindset, and violence that exists in so many urban areas...
Other peoples tax payer money in Idaho, is being used to spawn hobbits born of single mothers in projects across this nation, who grow up without guidance...and learn from others in that environment how to embrace dark principles.
It's an ugly cycle...when you witness it up close, only then do you realize how ugly and destructive it is...

Government Welfare is not the answer or solution to helping people long term. Unlike Mayor De Blasio, of New York, I live next to, around, shop with, such recipients. I see the destructive behaviors such people develop over time, and that their off spring inherit, and it's not good. 1. Welfare teaches women/men that's it's ok to be irresponsible, cause there's no consequences for bad or reckless or immoral behavior as long as you get paid regardless. I live around such types (link in red), and it's not always pretty. 2. Welfare teaches young women to not use discretion when seeking a suitable mate, in fact, welfare encourages fornication, sox outside of marriage. Welfare encourages women to not be as selective when searching for a mate, Welfare all but tells young women that marriage isn't even nessisary anymore in starting a family. Then these young Ducklings, raised by single mothers grow up to fill the prison systems, but not before first commiting crimes that hurt others. I see it daily, hear the sirens...  This new Mayor of New York will destroy the city by encouraging such behavior! He will create a whole new generation of Fatherless Ducklings, who will grow up angry and bitter, without guidance, and fill the prison systems to capacity. If women knew ahead of time that no free Government money would be available, women would once again become much more selective over whom they slept with, and as a result more men would get their acts together. Personal responsibility should be what this Mayor promotes, rather than free money for those who sleep around. |

What's scary is now the majority of urban females see single parent households as normal
Sadly, in this case, the majority of urban black females see being a single parent as normal (and so do males raised in that envirornment)
Marriage, the idea of marriage, has become all but a after thought in urban communities now, where women have been conditioned to simply see males as 'breeders', and Government handouts as 'the father', for themselves and their Ducklings, and then wonder why offspring grow up so jaded.
It's moral perversion.
Then wonder why community is plagued with anti social, violent criminally minded populace.
Black females seem to be in denial of this fact, that the majority of prison population comes from them, raised by them, in single parent households.
It's shocking the contrast you see in society between 20 or less miles of separation by single parent homes verses two parent homes as you drift more to the suburbs.
Color has nothing to do with it.
As you drift more to the suburbs you even notice black couples with enough sense to get married, do better in all category's, and their hobbits behave way more responsibly.
Parents, meaning two, Father and Mother, working together, make their hobbits feel way more accountable to authority.
Dad fulfills the role of authoritarian, tough love, without that then all to many times the cops become the 'tough love' that hobbit never got from father.
Consequences are consequences and just because one is black doesn't mean one can defy biblical principles and expect there to be no consequences.
Sad that the idea of marriage, the need for a loving Father, has all but evaporated in the inner city, where women don't even dream of marriage anymore, they dream of simply getting pregnant, and having other tax payers pay to raise their hobbits, who then grow up damaged by this, and end up in jail.
The males breed, go off to jail.
And the females, have babies, and have the Government take care of them, just like in the days of slavery.
This sick mindset has been handed down in some communities.
Urban black women don't even know how to hold a relationship together anymore and will subconsciously drive the man away, sees the Father, any dominant male figure, as a nuisance, as black females have been conditioned to raise their hobbits in the absence of men.
This is gross, and the rest of society is paying for it.

Government sponsored communities One can only wonder of the horrors that went on here while place was up and running. Where two parent households are not allowed, where women become conditioned to simply breed, and the males ablidge, breed, then because of no family role, seek it in a gang, other Fatherless males, who find their identities on the streets around the worst common denominators. Now Governments have simply changed the lay out of projects, instead of having them all in one place, have simply spread this destructive mindset, culture, all over the city through housing vouchers ect.
