Hi, I'm Simeon...and I'm creating this thread, in the 'community of dolls' to help encourage, and advise others on how to stay fit, and all that fitness involves. Did you know fitness goes well and far beyond cardio?. Although cardio is a major part of staying fit...fitness also involves.. 1.Your feet 2.Your hair 3.Your skin 4.Your mind 5.Your diet 6.Your teeth 7.Your ears and eyes 8.Your environment 9.Your job 10.And me... I'm not conceited or anything, but I do have important advise to give that could help you stay fit if you apply it to your life, ok... First off, to loose weight, you must burn more calories than you eat...so how about going into your kitchen and reading the labels, and learn how many calories you're injesting with each serving. Then figure out how many calories you burn by.. 1.walking, jogging, swimming, basketball, tennis ect. And make sure how ever many calories you've injested for the day, that you burn off more during exercise. And this is just for starters...maybe I'll make a chart for you in a future post. But for now I just wanted to introduce myself.

Man, what do you know about staying fit? If you want to stay fit, like me, and be a stud, than you've got to pound away at the gym, ya hear me? Raw meat, if ya can handle it, if not than 4lbs of steak a day, or hamburger meat, 4 eggs, protein powder and lots of milk. Then go to the gym, squats for the legs, bench press, bicep curls, abs... No pain no gain...do it the old school way man...none of this new age sissy workout stuff...

Hi, I'm Mike, and this is my workout partner Ken. I would be the one with the dark hair, holding the punching bag, Ken is the blonde. We'd like to chime in. In my opinion, the best way to stay fit is to find a workout partner. Workout partners are good at motivating you to get out of bed, and head to the gym. You need someone to keep you motivated and having a workout partner, as well as a friend, fulfills this. We like to wrestle...wrestling really helps with the cardio, and all around fitness...and keeps you loose. But that's not all we like to do together...we also like to bike ride together, play tennis, jog, go rafting, sky diving, scuba diving, dumpster diving, and mosh pit diving... He has my back, and I have his, that's the benefit of having a workout partner, and or best friend.
