When healthy can eat just about anything and organs will filter out the bad stuff, but when older and organs not as effeciant, got to really be careful about what you eat.
At least I do.
I've been ill for a few weeks now, about a month, no, not bed ridden ill, but just 'not right', in pain, do to infection or something...can tell body just on the verge of defeating it, and this period has forced me to really pay attention to what I eat.
The more I stay away from just man made stuff, processed stuff, the better I usually feel.
But if eat bad stuff, it's like by evening my muscles on right side of body, in the arm area, are on fire, which tells me they're being irritated by certain ingrediants in certain foods.
Like having a open wound and pouring vinagor on it. Well if fighting off infection, nerve cells are more exposed and so if eating foods laced with toxins, the pain starts.
I know it's the food, cause when off, the longer away from work and stay away from junk food that I eat at work, the better I end up feeling, that and way less stress when at home.
Not all jobs are good for you.

I think the stuff man puts in our food literally has a corrosive effect on our organs and joints, or speeds up the corrosive effects.
I rarely go to the doctor, as such it forces me to pay attention to the cause and effect of diet, foods, and other habits related to health.
And instead of always rushing to the doctor, I pay attention to body and make adjustments as needed, and can tell you it's the crap industry puts in food that's responsible for much of what people suffer from as they age. FDA, CDC, both, now days, in the pockets of powerful food industries.
People sit around in church waiting for the 'Beast' to arrive in some dramatic fashion from the sky, as described in the bible.
Well, I think the beast is already here, has been here for a while, working through the souls of man collectively. I think the beast would almost be or seem nice, compared to what man has been doing to man over the centuries.

Your pain may be caused by the ingredients in processed junk food I can't medically speak for everyone, but my recent bout with pain, muscle and nerve pain, I do believe can be attributed to the ingredients in processed junk food or snakes. I mean have you ever read the ingredients on the back of the packages? They read stuff you'd make a bomb out of, with all the chemicals in them. It's basically sweet chemicals. I don't have time to go into it now, but have been battling pain for about 5 months, and so just started reverse engineering everything I was eating, cutting this out, trying that. At first I thought it was parasites, and maybe it is or was, and took natural herbs for that, but the pain would still come back, mainly on my left side...like in waves, and so I was wondering why sometimes it was there, other times it would subside. Then realized the pain in my muscles always evolved around my work schedule, why? Cause it's usually and only at work do I eat junk snacks, as in chips of all kinds, sweets ect, stuff you buy at fuel stops, gas stations. I don't know if it's the parasites reacting to those ingredients, like a drug addict on crack, or if it is or was the ingredients themself having a corrosive effect on my nerve endings. I even thought it was alcohol for a while, so stopped drinking, but sure, alcohol not good for you, but it wasn't the alcohol, it was the ingredients in junk food. The yellow cake this, nitrates that, and other words I won't even attempt to spell. All I know is I feel better now, the pain is nearly gone, and as such it's like having a new life, cause as we all know pain drains. Being in pain all the time just drains you of your energy, emotional energy and physical energy as pain is very distracting as you body tries to cope with it. Anyways, in wrapping this up, if in pain, you may seriously want to consider restraining from all processed snack foods, I mean all, even beef jerky, cleanse your body, fast for a few days if you can, and then start over and see how your body reacts to being reintroduced to food. I'll have more comments on this and my own progress as time allows.

I was doing OK, health wise, last few days, until today, when I ate some deli food, as in ready to go food at like travel centers, like 'Loves', ect or 'Pilot', even a Gate gas station. Not sure what ingredients they put on or in the pizzas, but seems whenever I eat, my gums get itchy or irritated. It's something they add to it for sure, cause if I make homemade pizza, I never get that feeling. Also, certain dressings, I think white dressing is the worst....like how you buy pre made salads, cool, but my advice is not to use the Newman white salad dressing that comes with it.
But ye, if not for the reaction to the deli foods I ate today, today would have been a decent health day. Just towards end of day, I began getting the sniffles and all, like allergy feelings, nasal stuff...but now that home, it's all done pretty much past through my system.
Really gotta be careful what you eat out there, no telling what kind of industrialized ingredients they put in deli foods, to make them shine or look better.

I can say without a doubt, they're, big industry, and the stores that buy from them, are putting something, ingredients, in foods, that are harming us.
As well as deli foods, as in chicken, ect...to go stuff.
Gums begin to itch, or swell after eating...to be continued.

I've gotta go shopping for food, and I really don't feel like it.
And also, fruit, salads, anything you get from even like 'Gate' gas stations, ect...they put stuff in or on that food that's not good for you... Anything you buy that's pre made, be it salads, or fruit, there's just something 'off' about it, they add stuff to it to make it last, and it's the stuff they add, lace it with, ect, that's bad for us humans.
Flea market open air places are the best place to get groceries from, if don't have them in area, than of course grocery stores are second best, but buying stuff from corner stores or travel centers, is the least healthiest option.

Lately, there's some ingredient they're putting into deli chicken that causes my gums to become irritable Is it like steroids they're feeding commercial chicken that like in store delis order from? Or is it something in the flavoring? or dyes? I just know as of late, whether it's Chester chicken, or like today, a totally different place, I just know whatever they're adding to deli chicken, fried chicken, my gums become irritatable and feel itchy after I consume the meat, even grocery store deli chicken.

If I completely stopped eating everything that's bad for you, I'd lose weight and become really skinny. It's not so much the food, but rather what big industry puts in the food (additives), that's harming us.
But unless make from scratch at home, it's hard to avoid foods with additives in them anymore, unless shop at a specialized health grocery store.

There is some ingredient or ingredients, that they're putting in deli meat, as in pre-prepared meat you buy at travel centers, fried chicken, ect, that's not good for your gums....and also even in grocery store bought meat now. I'm sure it'll come out later, probably why older people are all suddenly having teeth problems and being bombarded with denture and teeth ads...think about that..

Lately, the food I buy rots or molds before I can eat it. Not trying to get fat, but also don't like wasting money on food that molds before I can eat it.

Oregon cracking down on small farmers who grow their own food
Talk about sickening.
When the government tells you you can't grow your own food, that's an issue definitely worth going to war for, cause food is life. And these government bastardds, as far as we know, could soon start placing vaccines in our food supply without telling us...look it up.

This video, watching this guy talk about food, totally drove me to the grocery store.

Chicken sausageChicken sausage actually tastes pretty good...taste better than chicken hot dogs, which taste like paste. But chicken sausages taste pretty good, like real sausage, texture and all.

I'm totally realizing how what you eat affects not only your physical prowess and health, but also your mental prowess and health and mood.
Lately I've been drinking more milk, again...not a lot, but more. Also, last night before bed, ate like 3 cups of cereal, like some cornflakes mixed with nuts type of stuff...and I woke up in the oddest physiological state.
It's the ingredients stupid!
Whenever I go or revert back to eating what others do, than I begin to suffer like others.
I need to stick with what has gotten me this far, and not fool myself thinking that what was bad for me years ago, still isn't bad for me now.
