Not sure where to even begin...so Instead I'll begin by leaving links to a few other articles of interest. They cover a vast subject line under 'food safety'...but feel I must let others, more versed in this topic, lead the way by their years of research and study. Cause I tend to follow what I read with emotion, and break it down to 'street' level, how it effects me and you level, but before I do that...I want to share 3-4 links to kind of set the tone of this section. 1. Is the industrial food supply harming us?Oh, and I will only link articles that are free of adds...no BS...no commercialized articles that simply want you to buy a product...none of that...only dead serious articles written by people with no commercial interest at all what so over...like myself. In other words, no info-mercial BS...if what they write simply leads to a 'book' or 'product', than no matter how good the article, I can't, won't link it...and that's a shame. But to me, if one is genuinely concerned about a issue, or subject, than they should show that concern, as I do, without linking every gosh dern thing under the sun to profit... 2. America's toxic food supply is killing usOk...link 2 (in red...all links are in red lettering) seems to kind of be saying what I want to say, only better, and with harder facts and research...and is from a News blog titled 'Social corruption'...never heard of them until now...but the article seems like a good read...a scary read... But they seem to be honest folk like me, and have nothing to sell, accept good ole fashion information that benefits people, and not industry... 3. Dead FoodAnd finally link 3...I posted it cause the Author uses a term that I think it totally appropriate for this subject matter, and that is 'Dead Food'...eating dead food... Anyways...that's all for now...I think links 2 and 3 are the best...but link one I like, cause it's so 'as a matter of fact'...as if written by some farmer or something from 4-H club... I'll be back later to post more thoughts on this subject matter that many seem to not care much about, even though health is everything, health is you...without health, there is no you...

My personal suggestion is to stay away from milk and sugar. I think they're pushing 'probiotics' towards end of video, and again...I'm not endorsing that until I find out what it is. To me, if you simply eat right, you won't need any biotics. But none the less I found the information shared in video to be very profound. This should be taught in all schools, cause if we're not healthy, what are we?

Braeburn apples are genetically modifiedI left a apple in a vehicle for weeks, at least two weeks or more, found it today in bag, and it was as crisp as it was when I bought it. That made me really upset, cause that told me instantly that it was a genetically modified apple. I felt like cursing those who did it, I felt like saying to them. 'How dare you mess with the food, even fruit, I and others eat, and depend on to be natural'It just upset me, I felt deceived, I mean if this thing, apple, doesn't decay after two weeks in vehicle, than what does it do to our bodies, while in digestive track? It is totally evil to genetically modify foods without telling consumers, getting everyone sick these days with all sorts of mystery ailments... To jepordize every ones health for PROFIT is wrong, to use consumers as sacrificial lambs, is wrong. And everyone knows an apple should decay after a few days, not months or years. I mean if bacteria won't naturally break down an apple than it may as well be made of plastic. Bio plastic basically, that not even bacteria can break down, does such an apple even have any living nutrients in it I wonder? Sorry, I just don't need for my fruit to have a shelf life of 5 months. Man is killing man, and all for PROFIT

What annoys me about genetically modified foods is that there are still many people who depend on the naturally occurring vitamins and nutrients within vegetable and fruits, to self medicate.
When these naturally occurring nutrients are removed or altered for better taste and appearance, than it's like eating 'dead food'.
The commercial industry doesn't care about nutrients, or the healing properties of berries, all they care about is that an apple can sit on shelf without rotting for up to 5 weeks, while looking as shiny and bright as a marble.
Lots of people avoid going to Doctors simply cause they eat right, but when scientist owned by large commercial firms, begin removing or altering healing properties of foods, in favor of looks and taste, than where does one turn?
Not everyone has land in which to grow on produce.
I'll take bad tasting fruit, packed with nutrients that help fight off illness, any day over genetically modified fruit that tastes like candy, but has had all nutritional properties removed.

I just purchased carrots from grocery store, carrots so full of unnatural pesticides or something that couldn't even finish eating one carrot without getting that 'gagging' sensation, when your body is telling you something inside the carrot is 'toxic' and to quit eating it. Man is sick...sorry, and scientist who F with every ones health by changing food at molecular level, or by treating it with who knows what, so that when you eat it you want to gag. They all make me sick. The healing properties of fruits and vegtables are being taken out of them for the sake of shelf life and mass production, and as a result people are getting sicker, immune systems are breaking down, people aren't able to fight of disease as well on their own, forcing you to go to doctor to receive more fake synthetic medicine. One poisonous food industry supporting another synthetic drug industry. It's all so sick and sinister, but because Money is god, not much can be done. The average person, unless growing own food in back yard, is kind of captive to it all. We live in a day and age where money, profits, set policy, not virtue or ethics.

Chemicals chemicals chemicalsSeems the older I or we get, the more sensitive body becomes to chemical additives. I mean at first, when first aware of such things, you lay off the obvious artificial foods, treats, sugars, ect, but then has time goes on, and body becomes more sensitive, then you really start realizing how broad the whole chemicals in food thing is. You start to realize that unless you grow it from own backyard, there's chemicals in practically all commercial edible items. So what do we do? Not sure. I just know bodies becoming more sensitive to all the chemicals in foods we eat.

Sad how grocery store bought tomatoes don't 'rot' or spoil now like normal Tomatoes
Lately, tomatoes I've purchased at a few major chains, well they don't 'spoil' like natural fruit, (yes fruit), instead they turn into paste.
Which tells me they've been genetically modified.
If natural bacteria won't break it down, than how does natural digestive bacteria in gut interact with it?
If I were ruler, those who genetically modify food without telling others would be publically flogged.

Man, scientist hired by corporations, take medicinal properties out of produce, in exchange for 'texture' and 'taste'.
Before pharmacies, food was medicine, certain foods, vegetables and fruits, roots, plants ect.
But in modern times, with over commercialization of farms, the need to produce more, the need for produce to retain longer shelf life, farming corps have hired scientist to modify produce to varying degrees.
Sadly this constant modifying has reduced or totally taken out any medicinal properties fruit use to have so now you're basically just eating 'dead fruit' that tastes good, like 'candy'. (It's how disrespectful they are to consumers who actually want to live long healthy lives)
I just bought a bag of grapefruit from major food chain, my mistake, should of went to farmers market.
And the grapefruit are basically useless, sure they taste good, but all the acidity, thin peeling, has been modified out, no seeds, either, always a bad sign.
If I wanted something sweet, with no medicinal value, I could of brought a bag of candy.
I know how real, natural, grapefruit is suppose to taste, the kind that's so potent that just eating half of one clears up your sinuses and makes you feel instantly better, vs modified big farm grapefruit, that has near quarter inch think peel, and has less acidity than an Orange.
It's no wonder so many get sick now, stay sick, and have to run to doctor, spend billions, trillions, collectively on health care, cause to stupid to notice or care what putting into mouth.
Is why I particularly hate, dread, going to the doctors office in urban areas, where people have diets of soda, captain crunch, and fast food, then see them in doctors lounge with legs swollen up like logs....just gross.
It all starts and ends with diet, or what you're putting in your mouth.

When scientist mess with our food, they mess with our healthLately I just notice the tomatoes, at least where I stay, all seem genetically modified or something. 1. After a few days in fridge don't spoil like tomatoes use to, but rather turn 'pasty', mushy, which tells me certain natural enzymes removed. 2. I remember when tomatoes were crisp, had unique taste, you never ever forget that from garden grown tomatoes. Todays store bought tomatoes no longer have that 'sweet crisp' tomato taste, but again rather taste 'mushy', and or pasty. And after googling some images, I see my sumicions were correct! This pisses me off. I despise scientist who mess with our food, and then don't tell us, or I should say the companies that hire them, and order them to do so. Again, food is medicine, and when they deny us natural food, they deny us our health, and no wonder so many people getting sick now, have emotional and mental imbalance. Instead they take the medicine out of natural food, and force everyone to go to doctor and be prescribed synthetic, lab created cocktails. I guess I'm going to have to create a porch garden again, or farmers market shop again, to avoid these horrible man made vegetable Frankenstein produce.

When I eat deli chicken from Publix, after wards my 'gums' begin to 'itch'...sign of hormones or other unnatural chemicals added to food.
That sucks...cause now will throw out 9 dollar box of deli chicken, will do so cause health more precious to me now than 9 dollars.

There's absolutely no reason for anyone to buy store bought lemon-aid anymore, I certainly do not. If I want lemon aid, I simply buy whole lemons, then dice them up, drop them into old Gator-aid bottle, ect, or old water bottle, add water and drink. When the lemons sit in water, the water absorbs the flavor naturally, and I don't ever add sugar. Same with any fruit, actually, and I know that's nothing new, in that people have been mixing up fruit in blenders for decades, but that being said store bought artificially flavored drinks is still a billion dollar industry, so obviously there's plenty of people still drinking that store bought cancer causing, high fructose corn syrup drink stuff.

In that in the news, they're finding out that many people who work in Meat Plants have Corona virus, but before the Corona virus what did they have??? The Zone is never wrong, the Zone should be your source of information, spread the word please.
