There's something about the whole trucking enviroment that makes my body 'sick'.
I don't know if it's the food I eat while out there, or is it the sitting?
But I just know I always feel joint pain when I get off from working a string of days together, but at home I do not.
I'm thinking it's ingredients they put in certain deli foods out there, it has to be something in the food.
For a time I thought it was my drinking, when off, but it's not, it's something in the food I eat while out there.

⬆️⬆️⬆️ Continued from above
But I can't starve self while out there, when I work, I work pretty long days, and you do build up an appetite, and eating makes the job more bearabe. Sometimes I do prepare stuff before I go, but usually fruit.
I think it's something in the food, cause I'm off now, have been since Saturday, and I feel fine, other than booze related stuff.
My stomach is growling even as I type this, cause I eat so little, and way different than when working.

What is it about trucking and driving, that just makes your body sick?
I mean I can be off, at home, drink, do whatever, and at the end of the day I still feel more healthier than when driving long hours on the job for a few days in a row.
What is it about driving, eating the food out there, that just degrades your mind and body?

Let's be honest here, when's the last time, a female, ever walked into a travel center, where truck drivers fuel, and said to herself 'Gee, that trucker there looks oh so soxy'.
It just doesn't happen, cause today most drivers like sickly, old, frail, out of shape ect.
And today's younger urban truckers totally lack any type of personality.
Is why I cannot do the otr stuff anymore, my spirit with wither up and die.

Also most drivers, otr types, have a simple routine
1. Drive 2 Eat 3. Sleep
And that's it, no exercise, when's the last time you saw a trucker at a truck stop jogging or even walking? At least having a pet dog, gives some drivers reason to walk for a bit, but outside of that, you never see drivers exercising.

Some seatbelts can be toxic to your body
Soon I'll try to share info and maybe a podcast about how some seatbelts, that companies insist you wear, can or might be toxic to your body, and for women, possibly cause breast cancer...more on this to follow.

Are the vehicles you ride inside toxic? And if this applies to cars, how much more does it apply to semi trucks? And with truck drivers, especially over the road types, they literally live inside the truck for days, weeks, even months, breathing in all kinds of industrial toxins. Including some seatbelts that are laced with toxic dyes and metals, as in nickel! The industry is killing us, cause we're all disposable.... www.cartalk.com/content/your-car-toxic-3

These interiors are slowly poisoning us, maybe even causing cancer in some, organ failure in others, especially if a truck driver OTR and inside the truck for weeks at a time.

If I find out the truck I'm driving in, which is newer, is responsible for how i've been feeling lately, I'll quit in a heartbeat. Cause I should be in the best shape of my life, but if breathing in, and touching toxic fumes and steering wheel, and ect all day, not even good health can counter that.

Truckers should definitely get this interior cleansing tool
I've always wondered about driving all day in traffic, breathing in the exhaust of vehicles all day long. If you think about this stuff to long you'll go mad and lose your mind.
