This may seem odd to some...but I actually have no issues with Phil Roberston, or what he said...
This, from someone who has been to same sox clubs in the past, from someone who has no issue with same sox orientated people, who once had a same sox roommate...and whom at times, have people question my own orientation...
All that said...I totally have nothing wrong with what Phil Robertson expressed or shared.
For one, he expressed it cause GQ magazine reporter asked him specific questions.
If someone asks you a question...you should be honest enough to answer it...
Phil is not a politician, so he answered the question honestly...and I'm glad he did.
I don't see Phil as being hateful, mean or spiteful, no more or less than anyone else in the general public.
Nor do I see him as sharing any different view point than 90% of Pastors and Priests around nation do on any given Sunday/Sabbath morning.
It's all about 'context'...when people delete context from what another says, it means they're being dishonest...means they have an agenda.
I have no problem with Phil, believing in his heart, that homosoxuality is a sin.
That's his right...Just like I have no problem with Phil believing hetrosoxual fornication is also a sin, or stealing ect.
It's hard for me to explain why, in one post, that I have no problem with Phil...
And I also think Phil's type is what holds this society together...gives it it's foundation...a foundation that even gay people benefit from, whether they want to realize it or not.
Just look at Russia, as atheist as can be, yet homosoxuality is outlawed...or China.
Anyways...lots more to follow...
Some posts you may like, others you may not...but like Phil, I'm free to express whatever I want...
(of course within the realm of politeness and decency...a value I learned from the bible).
I can honestly say that the bible has never taught me how to be 'intolerant of anyone'...
And at times observe people are the way they are irregardless of the bible...almost like some are just born prepositioned to either be nice and kind, or cruel...
Much more to follow.

This speech, sermon, by Phil was totally taken out of contrast by those with an agenda to silence anyone with a religious belief.
I've been reading this verse since age 5, and realize the Romans versus he was quoting from covers a broad wide range of 'sins' committed by humanity...not just homosoxuality.
And to me, nothing he said in his speech is wrong when looked at from a broader view point.
Look at inner city Chicago, (500 murders/homicides in 2012)...not do to homosoxuals, but rather do to hetrosoxual women and men fornicating, having babies for generations out of wedlock, producing fatherless hobbits who are raised to look up to gangstas, and pimps, and rappers....end result of that...500+ homocides in 2012...
Can't have it both ways...mothers can't be running out onto the streets crying and sobbing on the news when sons die, yet condemn Phil for speaking truth.
Phil Roberston is not the one running around inner city communities assinating black/Hispanic urban youth.
Phil Roberston is not the one selling crack/drugs, in the hood...
Phil is not the one stealing peoples cars at night, breaking into your home, stealing your personal belongings.
Phil is simply quoting scripture that predicted this type of behavior would dominate, when people removed 'God', the fear of God, from their lives...and he's right...
Even gays fear crime, even gays, uppity gays, live in exclusive neighborhoods away from those without traditional values.
Regardless of what or who I am, I can't argue against universal truth...
Are all people with same sox passion immoral...no...heck no...
Are all people with hetrosoxual passions moral...no, heck no...
But I do know one thing, I don't need militant gays, or anyone else, telling me what I should and shouldn't believe...
And when militant gays start trying to outlaw church, biblical views, or trying to outlaw others rights to express their religious views in a non legistlative format...than somethings wrong...

Do I look like someone whom Phil Robertson would even like, let alone talk too? Look at my portrait, I'm not some rough bearded, Red neck type expressing this. But I do know character...and Phil is not 'bad' or 'evil'...if anything, he's the type who would protect someone like me. His value system is what keeps people safe, not what harms others... Looks can be decieving...Phils looks can be decieving...and so can mine... Although it's not in me to hunt...cause I don't have too...I suppose if hungry enough would... Me and Phil would get along just great, if we ever met...I interact with people like him all the time. They are the least type of people I'm concerned with...

This may confuse some...but Phil I like, right wing radio hosts I despise...
I love, like, morality, when not polticized...

If, and as soon as Phil starts equating salvation, righteousness, or the love of God with right wing politicians, then I'll turn on him...but until then...I kind of like the guy...

I'm sure everyone has heard by now that A&E has allowed Phil to return to show... Here's a news link... Indian Gazzette NewsI glanced the article real quick...and noted this comment from 'GLAAD'... “If dialogue with Phil is not part of (the) next steps then A&E has chosen profits over African-American and gay people — especially its employees and viewers,” GLAAD said Once again, when convient, gay activist compare homosoxuality with being African American... Gays, particularly white elite gays, are not particularly fond of blacks...just go to any gay site, and read posts, posted by black gay people who always complain how exclusionary white gays are. White gays are just as racist, if not more, than Phil...white gays, do not date, or hang out socially, with 'blacks'...just go to any gay site and you will see this to be true. White gays, are racial elitest...so for them to use 'The black cause' in there response, is dishonest. soxual behavior, or attraction, cannot be compared to the color of ones skin or ethnic designation. Odd thing is, if someone took a photo of me next to Phil, they'd think we'd be natural social enemies... But I know better...I've been around people like Phil, and regardless of how certain people try to demonize him, he's the type that in reality, don't care what color you are, or orientation either as long as when in their presence, you act and behave in a civil orderly way... Phil isn't exactly perfect himself...he preaches like he is, but he isn't...he's a raw dog rebel.
