'Let me love you tonight'...
Back when big brother picked on you, but kept you safe. Back when family meant something, camping trips.
Back when hugs were ok. Back when you felt loved, felt you had a purpose in life, and were going somewhere.
Back during hot rods, and soxy Saturday nights. Back when rural American ruled supreme, innocent yet hot fun.
Back when men were 'Cowboys'...a bit rowdy, yet responsible come Monday. Back when women wore dresses, and didn't mind.
'Let me Love you tonight'...
Back when mechanical bulls were the crave Back when the fourth of July really meant something, and stood for something in the hearts of citizens.
I love this, what I call 'Prairie rock music' type of music, sound...Ranglers on the range, prairie, just singing, during much more simpler times...
Here on the Twylight Zone, your spirits live on and the wonderful memories you bring so many.

These days are so gone...at least in most places.
Actually, the further away you get from cities, and the more rural areas become, or small town, the more this vibe still exists a bit.
Not all things city are bad, but the welfare communities they support are, and the crime they generate.
I come from the prairie land and oh how I miss it...and one day so badly want to return.
I hate, dread, urban SE areas...the people are foreign to me.

Right down the tracks
Been trying to hunt this song down here for so long..for sure a 'heartland' type of song.
But sadly, this rural, hippie/cowboy type culture dying out quickly in America.
And sad to see it grow, cause when I grew up it was types like this I looked up to as a youth.

Chevy Van!
Oh my gosh, this song for older prairie land types, hippie cowboy types, dust bowl small town types, who are older now, but in your prime, this was the song.
Live long and strong in the Zone!

Strange way
Back when songs were magic, and back when the heartland was pure and at its best.

These songs, above, and those that will follow, is when America was at it's peak. Before social media, before a lot, sure racism existed, but it was more like high school hall type of racism, in that once people got to know 'you', all was good, a kind of naive human nature playfulness, yet once those who finally embraced you did, it was like you were their own brother or sister.
I so miss this era of America, and is why so many, back then, wanted to come here, when done right and correctly. Back when you had to actually learn the history of a nation before you migrated to it.
Sorry, but today's immigration policies are an abomination, compared to days of old.
That aside, at least here in the Zone, old times and memories can still be enjoyed through song and music, which has stained the memories of those still old enough to remember.

Midnight hour
I got one more silver dollar, but not gonna let them catch me now....wow. I miss this heartland, prairie land rock-n-roll soul from like the 70's.
Most of these outlaw hippie cowboy types have past on now...what a shame...
