In the past, whether European, Indian, African, Asian, or any other group of people, race or color, in the past, only the best of the best got to reproduce through careful selective procedures, marriage and accountability being one major filtering process of the past, that in some communities have all but been eliminated.
In the past, regardless of what culture one came from, reproduction wasn't taken lightly.
If a male wanted to marry or reproduce with a female, he, the male, had to pass many test, he, the male had to first meet the standards of the village, village Chief, or Father or ect. He the male had to prove himself worthy to pass down his seed. (same thing occurs in nature).
But in todays world, or I should say some sub communities, that 'test', has all but been eliminated, and today people are allowed to reproduce, who in the past would not have been fit enough for Father, or Chief, or King/Queen to allow to marry daughter and pass genes on.
That's why today, in many areas where marriage is no longer honored, like in hoods around the world, or in America, people pair, males, unworthy males, with no good traits, are allowed to reproduce at will, as such you can physically observe the deteriation of species where this is allowed to occur.
It's why when I go, travel, to urban areas, where marriage has all but been thrown out the window, you can observe male and female reproducing with no 'standard' in mind.
And as consequence, you can observe such off spring getting shorter and more midget like.
People are becoming shorter, and more dwarf like, in areas where marriage and selection is no longer considered before reproduction.
And they're becoming dumber.
Again, this has nothing to do with color or race, but has everything to do with 'selection'.
In the past, even villages in Africa, or Asia, didn't just allow free for all fornication and reproduction.
If a man wanted the right to marry and reproduce with woman, he had to first prove himself worthy to woman's Father, family, village....and this is how good biological traits got handed down, the same way good strong horses are bred.
It's the same with 'whites', upper echelon white families don't just allow their daughters to reproduce with some Junkie heroin addict from Brooklyn, instead upper echelon white family carefully screens daughters prospective dates/husbands, and as such only the best are allowed to marry and reproduce, IQ is taken into consideration, and other factors.
And it's why some families, some people, are 'pretty/handsome', cause they are careful and selective.
Yet you go to poorer areas, where men who look like goblins are allowed to reproduce into women who have no values or standards, and the off spring come out looking and behaving like ORCS (link in red).
In todays society, thugs and goons are allowed to reproduce, who have no pedigree, no intelligence, whom in the past would have been outcast.
And the result, in some communities is blood and violence, and degeneration, de evolution, you're seeing the evolution process go backwards in some communities, not forward.
And this can be found globally in any areas where the process of 'selection' is done away with, and all and any are allowed to reproduce.
Even nature itself, doesn't allow this, and is why wild animals, the males, battle for the right to reproduce with female, and female selects male with strongest traits to keep species strong.
But in the ghetto, and in the hood, males who have IQ's lower than Rams pictured above, are allowed to plant their seeds in women, males who didn't even graduate high school, males who can't even speak proper English, males who lack any sense of morality, or divinity, allowed to reproduce their seed into women who are equally as dense.
Cause and effect...
And then when violence breaks out, and you see such Mothers on the news crying over sons death, but yet Mother...
1. Allowed son to listen to filthy rap, which promoted destruction and self hate.
2. Mother herself listened to nothing but slop urban R&B where player type males pretend to actually care about women, when in reality they're just as unholy as the rappers are.
3. Mother, instead of playing clean wholesome music in house/apartment, blarred R&B and rap instead.
4. Mother not holding hobbits to high standards, not willing to date, seek men outside of degenerate hood types.
5. Mother not teaching own hobbits about God, or a God, and values, 10 commandments and stressing educating.
Yet Mother acts surprised when son shot down in streets and cry's out 'This violence must stop'...

You can't continue being a fool, living like a fool, and in the end expect good happy results.
