Apartment living for B-dolls

Finding a decent place to live as a single male black doll, can be a challenge.

Unfortunatly, as a black doll, I get stereotyped a lot, and most think, expect me, to listen to fowl rap, have a criminal past, and be irresponsible.

This perception can cause issues, when a degreed doll such as myself, is seeking a nice suitable apartment or duplex to live in.

Not all black dolls are 'hood', yet society just assumes you are, and so when applying to live in nicer areas you get lied to a lot about apartment availability.

They just think you're going to move in and start selling drugs from your apartment and blarring rap music from trunk of car in parking lot.

And sad thing is is that many low lifes do do that.

So in a way I can't blame them for stereotyping, but as an induvisual I get tired of always proving to people I'm 'different', get tired of always being lumped in with the worse of the worse.

I blame both hood types, who give us all a bad image, and I blame those to lazy to look beyond color and heritage to see the induvisual instead of common perception.

I'm 'black'...I guess, whatever that really means.

But I have a phobia of other younger black males.

And I stay at same complex as that other doll dude on here, and love, delight, over the fact that this place is kicking out, evicting, all dead beats, which includes black male doll leaches, who Trojan horse into apartments through single welfare women.

New management is kicking them all out, and as such place is becoming much more safer and quitter and much less litter.

Urban black males bring nothing but terror to places they occupy.

Terror and violence and filthy lyrical rap music...

And as a black doll I hate being associated with that mindset, which has shut me out of so many social circles, people just see you and assume you're into all that hood stuff, and shut the social door on you before your able to even say 'hello'.

Now they're bringing in a more diverse body or residents, even country folks, white folks, Asians, working class types, and I love it...I absolutely love it...I love seeing all the ghetto urban types pushed out.

I love it, and get happy every time they bring in a person who's not black or urban.

My own Mother would probably slap me for saying that, but she don't understand todays new Welfare class of black dolls.
No values, no Fathers, the youth terrorize everyone.

I can live with being a minority here, and would rather do that, and be seen as an induvisual, than to habitate a place around a bunch of hood types who don't value life, like to litter, and cackle at styles and trends their small minds can't comprehend.

Or Ghetto women who don't work, have never worked, and collect checks from Government, and as such never seem to mentally grow up.

Good riddens to them all, and I'm so happy that new management has seen the light and is now turning this place into more upscale lower working class community of dolls, rather than section 8 community destroyers.

Whites dolls are more accepting of me, more mature, than insecure odd acting hood black dolls are, who just want to rob and exploit you at every chance they get.

As I stroll through adds looking for possible new place, I see that rent has really gone up, now they want you to earn 3 to 4 times what rent is, after taxes.

So if rent is 700 a month you have to earn $2,100.00 a month after taxes...which means you really have to earn around $3000.000 a month or higher.

3000 x 12 = $36,000 a year as a single person...or at least $700 a week.

And why do they do this?...they do it to keep Section 8 negroes out and away.

But by doing so, also keep out other good people of color who do work hard, obey the law, are respectful of others, quiet, nice, decent, who just don't earn that type of money.

They do this to keep out those who play loud music from car, who litter, and disturb the peace.

But again, it's other working poor blacks, or people of color, who suffer.

And it's why blacks, working class blacks, who work hard for their buck, despise hood types more than even whites do.

Cause 'whites' aren't ever confused or mistaken for being 'hood' or 'gutter'.

But black folks, people of color, are to often lumped in with bad seed do to other people stereotyping.


Whites and Jews and Mediteranians and Asians can fit in where 'blacks' or people of color just cannot.

As such there's a growing bitter class of responsible working class, professional 'blacks' who are really beginning to despise ghetto types who make life hard for us, them, wherever they go.

Hood, thug males, who do nothing but leach off of women, make it hard for responsible males of color to be seen in a good light.

Thugs and goon types who made poor decisions, are like cancer to the responsible black culture.

Cause society thinks it's them who define us.

As such we're locked out of many opportunities and always compared to convient store robbers.

One day, there may be a civil war...a black on black civil war, like the whites had, where responsible blacks once and for all rid community of gutter types, who do nothing but cause pain and misery on all.

What I mainly hate about living in hood area, or apartment complex or community where hood acting folks dwell, is that no one ever wants to come visit you.

Expesially your white or Hispanic friends or associates, everyone has a stereotype at how 'bad' the hood is and as soon as they're driving to your place, and see a few pants sagging types on the sidewalk, they get scared, nervous, and turn around.

Thugs ruin it for everyone.

Thugs don't have to work, don't have jobs, aren't in college, so they can just 'thug' all day long.

Or high school types living at home, they can dress like thugs, cause they don't work, aren't trying to impress anyone outside the hood with true power.

But all these hoodlum types, walking up and down sidewalk, always scare off my visitors, so If I want to hang out I have to drive to their part of town where it's majority 'white' and perceived as safe.

What a bummer.

If you want diversity, than avoid complexes with a lot of single black female dolls on Government assistance.
Who only seem to attract thug unemployed males, who in turn attract, bring with them other thuggish unemployed types who turn place into a dump where all you hear is rap, and all you see is other strange odd shady characters hanging out in parking lot.

Diversity has nothing to do with color, diversity is a mindset, and in the past, the most diverse places I've lived in, or people I've lived around, were white dolls.

By far, the most diverse group of dolls to live around are white dolls, who just seem to be much more open to culture and different expressions, than black dolls or dark skinned South American immigrant types.

White dolls just tend to represent a more broader spectrum of the American culture, have more range, emotional range, cultural range, open to more ideas, where as black dolls just seem closed off to everything accept rap music and urban stuff that yields very little in as far as personal growth.

But if you like litter, trash, people who can't speak properly, don't know how to say 'hello', and just stare at you like some lost animal, than go ahead and move into apartment complex where lot's of negro dolls habitate, non working types.

On the other hand the working class is a bit different and more diverse.
