Elliot Rodgers was his name.
a 22 year old male from South California who 'lost it' this weekend and went on shooting rampage.
Throughout the day I've listened to his 'manifestos' that public radio stations played.
But because this is the Twylight Zone, the angle here is always different.
Oppressed, socially oppressed 'black' males view privileged types like Elliot Rodgers as already being on top of the social and economic ladder.
I mean there are so many truly 'ugly' (by societies standards), down trodden, socially regected, racially ostracized males of color who would of gladly traded places with this spoiled 22 year old hobbit, who's dad was wealthy, who was driving around in BMW at age 22, who had decent looks, looks that no one would fear or suspect of anything while on the streets.
Really not sure why women rejected him, unless he just totally lacked personality beneath his exterior.
I know everything is relative to what you yourself go through, and experience, but still...this 22 year old Rodgers had it better than millions of other youth, both youth of color and white youth...seemed he was living a charmed life, if his only issue was not being able to find a girlfriend.
If I saw them on the streets I would of thought they were gay or gayish, cause they kind of have that closet 'cross dresser' look about them.
I could definitly see them in a dress, with make-up on, and heels, and wig, at some gay or gayish club, dancing around while entertaining hetro men.
I notice the majority of these mass shooters tend to have a slight 'feminine' look about them.
And maybe that's why they get picked on and or rejected by 'women'.
Cause most women don't like their men to be femanine, most women like contrast, and want big, rough, cowboy or jockish males, to contrast with their feminality.
Elliot Rogers probably would have fit in better within 'same sox' social circles...cause he certainly has the profile of someone who's 'gay'.
But for whatever reason dude insisted on being 'hetro'...and trying to make it as a hetro, even though he couldn't be accepted within that realm.
So rather than 'turn gay' as a way to get affection, he decided it would be better to commit mass murder, and suicide.
The negative stigma attached to being gay, is still very silently pervasive in many areas, where guys like Rodgers would rather commit mass killings, than explore other options of affection.
Maybe women didn't like him, but maybe a lot of males would have.
I mean who knows.
Anyways, lots more to follow as time allows...
