Ever notice that most terminal, or office managers tend to surround themselves with people who have subordinate personalities.? I've worked at several places where I've seen this pattern, where every time the terminal manager is a control freak, and doesn't like or want competition, and so hires people, staff, or support staff that are quiet and soft spoken and obey orders, but they never hire anyone just like them, who's hungry and wants it all. I've noticed this pattern repeated at various places over and over again. They, Managers or Bosses, always seem to surround themselves with people who have passive personalities, or no personalities at all. This is really noticeable when Manager or Boss goes on vacation or gone for few days and all the energy, fire, is gone. The other office staff seem like zombies with no initiative or fire. I kind of find this disgusting for some reason. I blame both the Manager and the Staff. Can't stand moochers, people who use other peoples energy to pretend they're contributing to success of company. And it annoys me that Managers and some Bosses, deliberately hire people who are passive so that they can shine the brightest. Much more to follow...I want to expose these types, spell out their character traits and insecurities.
