Back when Rome Stood for Something
Back when Roman, Romans, had 'balls', and were guards of their nations and culture...now look.
Popes and Bishops have become nothing more than sandal wearing, rose pedal tossing oddities.
They kind of went from one extreme to another.
In the past Catholicism and Islam were natural rivalries, kind of like Notre Dame and the Trojans.
But today it's as if the Catholic Church and the Popes and Bishops have all been castrated!
They continue to wear sandals, and throw rose pedals to those who would conquer them, are conquering them.
The old Roman Guard would never stand for this.
And it's because of their stance in the past, that many today, are allowed to thrive in Europe, even Muslims who are denied basic rights and liberties in own nations flee to Europe to 'thrive'.
Where has this old guard gone?
And not only that why does the Catholic church insist on electing or appointing old yoda aged Popes??
No disrespect, in this day and age of WWF, MMA, Rock Stars, youth and vitality, Popes should be appointed who are young and able to relate to people, and project strength and vitality, not age and frailness.
If it were up to me the next Appointed Pope would resemble this.
They would be a young nobleman passion and a plan and some 'fight' in them!
No more BS'ing around with Popes in their 70's and 80's who can barely walk and or swallow their food!!
The Church needs to wake up, or it will die, or eventually just fade...same thing.
