I'm watching a TV show or Documentary on wjct or PBS about super weapons of Nazi Germany, which got me to thinking, wanting, to compare Nazi anti Semitism vs todays Islamic anti Semitism.
I mean other than Nazism and Islamism sharing a common dislike or hatred for 'Jews', the two belief systems couldn't be more different.
Nazism is totally a DNA or genetics based ideology
Where as Islamism is totally a religious based ideology
Nazism gave homage to one man, the Furor, Hitler, and the idea that one ethnicity (white Europeans) were genetically superior to all others, and should inherit the Earth simply based on skin tone, and other traits people have no control over.
I mean if one is born 'white', it's totally by accident, and not choice, like a random lottery or something.
But on the other hand Islamism, which is religiously based, could really give a crap about skin color or ethnicity, and rather focuses on spiritual commitment to 'Allah', a spiritual entity or some would say 'God'.
One could not be a Nazi unless by chance one was born 'white', which kind of limited it's growth and appeal to others, where as Islam, regardless of color, will embrace anyone, anywhere, any time, as long as one commits to 'Allah'.
It's why Spiritual or Religious movements tend to be much larger and long lasting than DNA or Flesh based movements or 'racial movements', which tends to by nature be very limiting in those who can join or be embraced.
Islam is global, where as Nazism (other than smaller neo Nazi groups) never spread like Islam, to where whole Governments are functional and operational that believe in views the Nazis would be condemned for.
I mean could you imagine if Saudi Arabia was a European nation?, they'd be condemned for their anti Jewish views and no nation would do business with it, but since Saudi Arabia is a Arab nation (many of which may as well be white), and claim Islam as their religion, others seem to excuse their behavior. (and cause they sit on so much oil).
Religion seems to give people, or even whole nations, the right to be as racist as they want, if proclaimed in the name of God.
And maybe that's where the Nazis failed where as Islam continue to grow and spread globally in that Islam embraces anyone who embraces it, where as Nazism only embraces 'white' people, and is totally a DNA based movement.
If Nazism had been a 'God' or Religious based movement, who knows.
