Cool song
Lots of cool newer alternative rock type songs that don't get much play, but in Zone will from no on out.

Esperanza Spalding
Younger babe who studied music in Oregon (Either State or University) and really has down classical laid back jazz sound, no compromising in this song here, totally lounge...no groove, or any sign of modern R&B.
And that's why this song has made it into 'The Zone'...

Underworld Royalty
Don't have time to explain how I discovered this song....
It's a Bonnie and Clyde modern day love song though, basically...

Wasn't sure how I'd feel about this one until I heard it.
Snoop did a good job at keep original Jim Morrison spirit alive in this song.
I mean most artist, when they do cover songs, they totally bury the artist they're 'covering', but Snoop Dogg goes out of his way to keep Jim Morrison front and center, now that's respect.
That's one artist respecting another.

Today's the first day I ever heard this Rap song of Mumble rap vs Lyrical rap.
It's unique in that the rapper plays both sides of the equation.

Wow, what a song, I'm going to end a show with this on Saturday, so appropriate.
I don't really share this site here with what I do elsewhere....I just like it to remain quiet here to be honest.
I mean I could link this site to my other site or sites like I use to long ago, back when the internet was way more sane, but to do that now all you get is spam, noisy people, and more...who needs it.
I like this place quiet, just the way it is, for the few who happen to stumble upon it on their own.

I like this video, song, why??
Cause it's gritty...kind of reflects a darker side of heartland living.

This song came out in, I think, 2011?, but never heard it until minutes ago, yet to me it's an instant classic that needs more exposure, and is why eternalized in the Zone 'Hall of Fame' for newer songs, beats, from all genres, that for whatever reason get over looked by the mainstream.
This song, when you listen to it, the beat count is so up lifting, it's forever going up.
It's positive rap, disguised as 'hardcore'...but don't be fooled, it has a positive vibe, you may not, but the song does or I would not have posted it.

Never look back
Decent newer song I discovered by accident less than 5 minutes ago while putting a show together.
