Rest, rest is so important, for without proper rest nothing else matters, and your health will decline. Sleep well odd types who follow me, us, the zone and more. Are you saying you're a Vampire, is that why you need your rest?

Shutting it down, organized activity for the day that is.
Just gotta stop when enough is enough.
That's the key to staying young is not burning self out on stuff that really doesn't matter.
Even your own personal health comes before that which you think matters to you, for if health goes, it all goes.
When it's time to stop, than just stop and escape into something else, if not bed than yoga or TV or playing with your pet, if have one. (And obviously family, if have one of those also)

And just like that out of time for the day, wow.
When work, have to segregate time between what you love to do and what you're hired or paid to do.
Those who are blessed get paid for what they love to do, those who are not blessed have to come home tired and hope have enough energy to do what love to do, even though no pay involved.
But one thing I don't do is stress body out, cause if you do you age quickly.
When body says stop, I simply stop, no matter what, I'm just rebellious like that. No pay or project is worth my health or me getting sick do to not getting proper rest every night.
Rest is a healing process the creator built in, and still people in labs study how does rest preserve health, but it does.
It's why truckers, or others who wake up at odd times in the night for job look so 'spent'....and for what, a stupid pay check?
NO wonder hospitals so cram packed with sick people.
Listen to the advice here............get your proper rest, bed time, no matter what, and see what happens.
Yawn, hello bed or couch.

It's that time for bed.
It's just that time for bed and escape, where when you lay down, societies low expectations of you just no longer matter.
For when in bed, whether have soft feet or rough feet, it's just you and the sheets and memories of when 'were precious' and actually mattered to whatever.
Society throws away ______, where as the Zone does not.
The Zone still see's you as being precious.

Dreams....= anything your subconcious mind can imagine.
1. Always wanted to be a pilot, but not, well in dreams you're flying
2. Always wanted a family, but couldn't or didn't, well in dreams it's yours
3. Always wanted to be popular, loved and like?, well in dreams it's yours.
4. Always wanted to make up with high school sweet heart that never could in real life?...well in dreams it occurs.
Bed and dreams go hand in hand, regardless of your this or that.

Anyways folks, it's that time, time for bed or couch or cot.
It's that time for bed and dreams.
Did you all know when you sleep is when hair grows, and body restores, particularly around or between the hours of 3 am to 6 am.
Is why people who work jobs that make them wake up between those hours tend to age faster.
Is a job worth your age?

You gotta know just when to stop, particulary if an artist type, for if don't stop, shut down, when should, you just end up making noise. (referring to bedtime, knowing when to go to bed)

That bed time again, such an odd thing, but nessisary if in the flesh.

Rest is key to life and longevity.
Jobs that you work that disrupt that neccissity are fastly aging and killing you...(again forgive spelling, just haven't the time right now to correct)
Years off of your life and health for your boss?...is it worth it?
Time for bed folks....go to bed please and rest.

I go to bed pretty early now, some laugh, one use to laugh (no longer in contact for now) cause they thought was hobbitding at how early I use to go to bed, and still do, bed bedtime and rest is key to longevity.
But also, longevity is kind of useless without purpose.

The thing about bed, if you go to bed to early then you wake up at like 2 am, wide awake, not sleepy at all, cause already slept, so body wants to dance, but your spirit does not...so you lay there, tormenting self with thoughts, past thoughts, future thoughts, what if this, what if that, and or maybe even reviewing dreams.
then about two hours later fall back to sleep again, if lucky, but if not, than super groggy when actually have to wake up in the morning.
