I go to bed pretty early now, some laugh, one use to laugh (no longer in contact for now) cause they thought was kidding at how early I use to go to bed, and still do, bed bedtime and rest is key to longevity.
But also, longevity is kind of useless without purpose.

The thing about bed, if you go to bed to early then you wake up at like 2 am, wide awake, not sleepy at all, cause already slept, so body wants to dance, but your spirit does not...so you lay there, tormenting self with thoughts, past thoughts, future thoughts, what if this, what if that, and or maybe even reviewing dreams.
then about two hours later fall back to sleep again, if lucky, but if not, than super groggy when actually have to wake up in the morning.
