Oh gosh....
Bed calls me now...the laying down of.
Here's what I notice..pay attention.
When I lay flat, back hurts after around 5-7 hours of sleep.
But when have legs propt (or however spelled) above head, no such back or spine ache.
Sleeping flat is bad for your health, is what I conclude.
Rather sleeping as if 'folded up' is better for your health.
Like those craft matic adjustable beds, but can craft such beds on your own by just getting creative...OK...

Trying to sleep, or go to bed or couch, in the dead heat of summer without any a/c can be a trick.
A/C has been out since Sunday, but you do get use to it, of course have to sleep totally _____, and with fan blowing directly on body, and spread out to dispense heat and all.
But tomorrow, a/c should be fixed.
People have it worse, so who am I to complain.

Bed is like medicine, when or where everything is still, even if can't fall asleep, still, just laying there in the darkness, in peace, is like medicine to me and others.
For when all is still, really nothing can hurt you.

Bed, sleep, rest...wow, so under rated, yet so needed if want to stay healthy.
Is why with me, no matter what, no matter what, when reach that 'moment' of stretching energy, I fold every time now....
I totally cave into 'rest' or 'bed'.
No matter what.
Cause health = proper rest, health = not stressing thy body.
Tomorrow can wait, and will arrive with usual issues and problems, but once you get sick, no return, just hospital bed, large medical bill and then death!
You are your own Universe, and if a good person, I don't advice sacrificing that Universe for nothing or no one, cause once gone, even family will 'Tread over you'....huh, what?

I often find peace and comfort at night, by laying in bed (when can't sleep), and pretending I'm every other person but myself, in the physical that is.
In that I pretend I'm super cute, super desirable, and wanted by all, and slightly abused by all.
It's a good feeling actually, when actually just the opposite in real life.
To pretend yourself into another's body, of your making, as if in 'your' realm of imaginative reality, being that person would satisfy your ills.
Fantasy, that's all it is, fantasy and imagination.
But as long as it comforts, and doesn't hurt anyone, than so what.

Time for bed, gosh darn it.
Sometimes I wish days were 40 hours long instead of 24 hours long.
Or at least your off time from work.
No wonder so many people are depressed, knowing that after long or nice relaxing sleep, have to wake up to ugly, meaningless 4-12 hour job.
Where you show up, and regardless of how hard you labor, will never get 'rich' or ahead of bills.

Tomorrows coming at me like a raging bull full of nothing.

Bed, or sleep, simply temporary escape from the inevitable (Can't believe I spelled that correctly)
I don't exist.
As such have to comfort self.

I always sleep on my back
I always sleep on my or me back...it's so comfortable, and always with legs propped up on something higher than chest.
Never sleep flat
Sleeping flat is so bad for your health, OK.
Knees should always be slightly or big time, elevated above chest.
Anyways..
My usefulness for this evening is done....sleep well.

Bed is, our, sanctuary...why?
For many reasons, but mainly for escape.
To relax and be 'nothing' again' or 'whatever'.
Sleeping or resting in bed is like a equalizer.
In that we all have to do it, in order to restore health for next day...whether a saint or a devil.
And whether a saint or a devil, when we sleep we're at our most 'cute' state of life.
Vulnerable to whatever, vulnerable to flesh based monsters as well as spirit based monsters.
And then the Dreams that come along with it further enhance the experience.
When we sleep, we can love ourselves again, after all day long society tells us not to.

Tech companies think we're all stupid, and think we all like being harrassed by 'site' we visited days ago, as in 'Pens' or 'Flowers' ect, then think all of us rational types, don't mind being stalked by same add for days or weeks no matter what site we go to.
I mean imagine if such add a 'human stalker' in real life...
Some guy or gal, who fallowed you around at work, at home, in church, while shopping, always telling you to 'buy batteries'...
So if it would bug us in real life, why don't programmers of adds realize the same thing applies while on line?
Tech people just assume we're all that dumb I guess, or simple.
That 'Oh gee, there goes add from shop I visited online the other day, err, I think I'll hit link and buy from them now, even though wasn't interested 2 days ago'.
Oh well, when getting paid millions, regardless of effectiveness, to do what annoys people, you just stop caring. They don't care anymore, as long as in Silicone valley, what do they care.
Time for bed.

It's like meditating, if done correctly.
Looks, class, status, don't matter when body is 'resetting' self.
You can extend your 'youth' by simply knowing when to 'stop' for the day...no matter what, when that time arrives, just stop, relax and listen.

Thing about me folks, I just go to bed, drop dead, when time to do so, stress on body, illness = when resist bodies, and minds, need for rest.
I mean when time to drop and stop, just do so, cause by doing so it'll give you physical longevity.
Your bodies impulses never wrong, we fast forward to bad health when ignore that.
Later and sleep and also dream well.
