Patents and licensing, things no one tells you, instead most would just rather see you struggle, instead of sharing stuff that could of made you rich decades ago, years ago.
But unlike other places, the Zone does like to share info, for info is power.

I mean it just amazes me the things people 'close' to you know or knew, and never bothered sharing with you until you stumble upon information yourself, and then they tell you...'Oh, I already knew that'...
Well then why didn't they share it with you?, you ask yourself.
People hoard information for some dam reason, information that could really help you out, save you years of hardship and trial by error, yet they, some, know this and don't help you...why?
There's so much info that if average person knew about self enrichment, that if they knew, they wouldn't be average...I'm just the type that when I find stuff out, I like to share, even if it's with strangers who would not do the same for me.
But strangers not my concern here, rather it's those in 'your' or 'my' life who for the life of me, seem to like watching you struggle and stumble, rather than help you out....
Life is short, healthy life shorter, why not help those you can when you can, instead of waiting till they're old and useless then sharing what you knew.
The more I learn about 'Man', the less I think anyone if fit for Heaven.

Let's start with this, most say you need, must have a patent, well this honest Joe here states why you may not need one, and shouldn't get one when first starting out...listen and learn
Honest Joe's like this are priceless, cause like me, they love telling you the truth and saving you time, money and agony.
But again, it's just their opinion, in the end you have to decide what's right for you...

The process of getting your idea patented can mess with your mind, and here are some reasons why.
1. It's not cheap, most Attorney's that specialize in Patents charge from 5-7 gran, and if you don't have that type of spare change, you must really convince yourself it's worth while.
2. Even then, no garruntee, cause they have to do several layers of patent searches (and if not done right, all effort will have been in vain)
An Attorney will gladly take your money, and give you bad news later, but some places like 'Invent help', places that take you through A-Z, well with them you have to send your idea into them, just send it in or email it, for strangers to look at and decide if it's viable for them to proceed, so say you do this, and they tell you 'Nah, this idea not going anywhere, it's not original ext'
So now they tell you that your idea is not original or that there's no demand for it, then what?
What do you do, just give up?, or do you keep trying, maybe craft and sell it yourself on street level market or create smaller off the radar niche for it?
Anyways, one can spend hours at night thinking about such scenerios, and hopefully the following posts and videos will help you decide.
One thing for sure, the whole process is a lot easier, less risky, if you already have plenty of cash money and can patent several of your ideas and just put on the shelf until able to find manufacturer willing to partner with.

Also, can easily spend 8 gran on all of this, and still not earn a dime, or can take that 8 gran and market product yourself, but then always take the risk of someone with a lot more means, or a company, seeing your idea, stealing it, and because they already have manufacturing capabilities, they could make your product better, mass produce it, patent your original idea and lock you out, while in turn they're earning millions off your idea, and legally there'd be nothing you could do about it.
So have to ask self, is initial 5-8 gran getting product license and patented and or developed by 'invent help service', worth it if then product turns out to be a hit, and you become a millionaire.
But again, it's a gamble.

This is why you gotta be so very careful about using 'Invent help' type of services
Many people getting ripped off and played by these invent help companies, where they take your money, but never follow through on the marketing or patent or licensing.

This guys invention actually took off and sold millions, but turns out the Attorney's he trusted were just as corrupt as street types hanging out on the corner
Wow, if you can't trust Attorney's, than who can you trust?
It's why this guys solution in video below, may be the best option for some.

Can't stand people in positions of trust, who are just as evil, dirty, as those on the streets...at least those on the streets more honest about their 'natures', where as those who hide behind 'titles' and 'suites' try to hide their ugly intent.
