Land, where to buy cheap land, if not wealthy Where to buy cheap land if not wealthy, cause what's the point of buying land if the land costs so much that have to work so long and hard never there to enjoy it. That's the fools model, the borrow and be in dept until your dead model, lets see if maybe there's other options. Let's begin

10 people at $15,000 each, could afford this farm/ranch 10 people or 5 couples, at $15,000 each, could afford to pay cash for this farm/ranch, and to me that's how you have to do it. I know, I know all the side issues, quabbles, who has ultimate ownership, this and that, but all that aside, unless the 'poor' pool their money, like the rich and wealthy do, than the poor will always be poor and paying $1000+ a month individually for rent in some cramped urban apartment. Listen here folks, here to tell you that the wealthy pool their money all the time, is why you have 'ownership groups' and 'corporations' and so forth, they pool their resources all of the time, but then snake talk radio hosts like Limbaugh/Hannity, will tell you that when the poor try to pool their wealth, to get more or gain leverage, that that's communism', what a pile of donkey Kong. For if the poor don't pool their wealth, than the poor will never have nothing and simply continue to send their individual wealth up top to the rich. Rush Limbaugh happy when millions send their individual wealth to him, buy buying his books, or 'Tea product', or hats ect, he happy happy then, but when the poor, the working poor decide to send their wealth to each other, than Mr Rush calls that 'communism'. Again, Donkey hung mush. Life is short, healthy life is even shorter, and this idea that if apart of working class have to struggle all life, and then live meagerly when old is fool hearty. I want to live a little bit while still someone young and some what healthy and able to enjoy it. I want land, but don't want payments, cause payments to that land means you are nothing more than a slave... I need to create a website where I look for 10 or so people, who have cash money, that when combined we together could buy from 10-20 acres or more even, buy out out right, and then live on it as we all see fit. I've been pushing this idea for over a decade in other places, but always get distracted.

Missisippi elevated home for sale $42,000 More info from seller here.... www.landwatch.com/wilkinson-county-mississippi-recreational-property-for-sale/pid/408740962 Now I could probably afford this on my own, but, but, the thing about cheap land or even homes is why are they cheap? And the main thing is being able to find work nearby, now if work from home, fine, any place will do, but if your income depends on warehouses, or industry, than buying cheap land 100 miles from nearest employable place could be an issue, but to just get it started, start thinking outside the box, and with this low price you'd only need 4 people with 10 gran saved up to own in.

My thing is this, I'm tired of using up majority of income just to pay rent to 'wealthy groups' who own property cause they combined resources to do so, as in apartments ect.
Yet if poor, shamed into doing the same and called a communist by the likes of wealthy class Rush, but rush has his, mansion on the ocean, jet ect, cause he duped people into sending their individual wealth to him...sure he has lung cancer, but you know what, we all get sick, all of us, but what we all don't have, like him, is wealth to give us the best care on the way out.
If me or you get lung cancer tomorrow, no one will care and we'll just be dead soon with no fan fare...so not sure why I should cry for Rush louder than millions of others who get sick, don't have millions, and so simply die within weeks or months.
That aside, as much as I hate, repeat hate FB, I may need to create a FB page just for 5-10 people interested in buying land together, a ranch or recreational farm or something, and pay cash for it, so we can live however we see fit...
I don't care if white, black, gay, straight, Indian, handicapped, male or female, I just want to live free for a while while still have health.

Land use to be cheap in the Dakota's and all until fracking and oil.
Other remote areas like Wyoming or Utah, maybe, but they have long frigid winters, but if around loving people, long frigid winters don't matter.

The thing about paying cash for land is it takes the burden of having to be employed way down, could work part time job or even profit off of land, if cash paid for
Is why in order to work, land has to be paid for in cash, cause having land paid for just takes a world or burden off of those who live there, then just have to come up with yearly taxes, if anyone interested please add comment.

More great wonderful desert land, but it's in the middle of nowhere yourcheapland.com/subdivision/deming-ranchettes/lot/543/ I mean who doesn't want land, lots and lots of land, the thing is, buying land in the middle of the desert, although seems 'soxy' at first, how would you earn a living once there? I mean unless independently wealthy you'd still have to commute to a job, and or I suppose just use land for weekend camping or RV retreat? I would of jumped on this if younger, and or even if had family and strong sons to help me develop the land, but as a single person I think I'd be overwhelmed unless could hire labor help. Not only that, but if get injured way out there in the middle of no where could be a issue. If I win the lottery or come into some money while still healthy, I"ll be the first to call, but until this I guess I can only dream and ponder about 'what if'.

Ye sure, I could afford to buy a parcel of desert land in the middle of no where, but what would I do with it at my age and stage in life? I think buying land in the desert makes more sense if a part of a 'collective' as in a group or organization or even apart of a large family with plans to settle, but if just two people or alone, not really sure the benefit, unless like add says, just sit on it as a investment and wait for value to go up. I almost think just owning a RV or Travel trailer is just as good as owning land, in that can move around, park in different 'sites', or campgrounds, without having to pay land taxes and upkeep and so forth.

When the Indians reigned, none of this land was 'for sale', it was just there for anyone to enjoy, then the greed of the colonial powers begin moving in, and Realitors and bankers and more, and now they've yogarted the Earth, this idea you have to pay a 3rd party for 'land', when you think about that, it's really kind of a sick notion.
