Cheap land, places I've called

80 acres for $19,000 dollars, in Wyoming not far from major interstate

That's a lot of land, sure is, only problem is it's smack dab middle in the desert and Wyoming has some pretty subzero cold winters...that's fine if rich, and can afford to buy land and then build on the land a cabin or even a buy a fabricated home or even a decent RV.

But even if do that, unless income source is online you'd still need to find a job.

Or, or, could pool resources with others and form some kind of expanded community on the land.

Either way, this guy offering $440 down and $194 a month, that's a bargain to me.

But again, for me the site may be just a bit to remote, sure I could maybe finance this land, all 80 acres, but then what?

I'd have all this land in the desert, but live far from there, what would I do with the land?

I guess I'd figure that out later.
