While owners make Billions, minor league players earn poverty wages, yet have the nerves to have a fit over 'voting changes in Georgia' that even 75% of black folks and people of color are OK with? ucommblog.com/section/sportspop/poverty-wages-minor-league-baseball-players The above blogger gets into more details about how the minor league players are practically being starved, and there's another story out there about how some teams were even deliberately keeping players in the minor leagues, till end of season, so that would not have to pay them a decent salary. So for the MLB to come out acting all sanctamonious about Georgia, they need to first clean up their own act and start paying their players, all of their players, even the minor league players, a living wage. ', Barely into baseball anyways, but now when I hear game on the radio, I just want to turn the channel. How can they insult so many of their fans over some political stuff they know nothing about? I think the larger markets in China that open up to all sports leagues in the U.S., the less these teams ownerships care about who they offend with the social decisions they make. Now it's like every CEO of every company are all trying to act and behave like FB's owner and Twitters owner |
