Looking back, the worst mistake I ever made was not sticking with the 'system', and thinking I could pioneer original thought on my own, biggest mistake ever on my part
Now that older I realize it's not what you know, rather it's who you know who can then elevate what you know.
Sadly, whether I like it or not, this world is about 'pedigree'...you can be bright as all can be, but if have no scholarly pedigree, forget about it.
Or you can be as dumb as a tree stump, as in Joe Biden's son, yet have pedigree, and become a billionaire.
Think about that long and hard.

I'll be honest, taking a online course right now from a PHD instructor and I feel like gagging.
I'll put my real life knowledge against their Phd whatever any day....the only difference is they're in the system, I'm not, and in this world that makes all the difference.
So I have to sit here and just listen to these 'tapes' and pretend I'm learning something.

Most of these instructors live in a gdm bubble of priviledged (or however spelled) life, as if everyone has a Leave it to Beaver type family, and goes from grade school to college to grad school and lives a perfect life!
I want to vomit listening to this crap!

And finally, for this instructor 'Challenge and growth' is their privilidged son learning how to play more than one instrument in high school band class!!...are you hobbitding me??
And this Lady, this instructor, thinks they have what it takes to teach me anything when they, with their Phd snobbiness, thinks they could survive in my world for 1 day??
Oh well, let me shat up and pretend I'm as stupid as they want me to be.

My problem is that I'm a 'half breed', or 'tri breed', maybe 'Quad breed'.
Street, intellectual, dust land or 'bad lands', and rebel.
This makes me very difficult to deal with at times.

Sorry, but I just can't relate to rich, snobby, Ivy League type instructors, I feel like they're mocking me with their fake pretend snub attitudes and tones
As I sit here taking this online course, I feel like I'm being mocked the whole time by the tone of this instructor, not their fault, it's just we've lived vastly different types of lives, and their tone just comes off as being 'mocking' to me.
Cause in my world people don't speak like that and don't have such 'snub' cozy perfect little lives, with super large income, and perfect families, and perfect career fields and ect.
It's a bit to much for me, so have to take breaks often to stay sane.
