You have to be attracted to people in order to like people
The brain says that you literally or basically have to be attracted to people in order to like people.
And that comes in degrees of course, and catered to various styles, culture and taste.
But basically it's hard for 'you', to like people you're not physically attracted to, that's just kind of how the brain is wired.
For if not, in some way, physically attracted to the person or people you're around, they're basically reduced to a animal in your brains mind.
And history will prove this, heck, modern times will even prove this.
And when I say 'attracted to', I don't nessisarily mean jump in bed with them type of attraction, I just mean you have to be comfortable with others physical qualities in order to let your guard down, for if not comfortable with another's physical qualities, you'll interpit everything they do in the wrong way or in a hostile way.

Some racial examples of the above.
Many whites, are initially comfortable with other whites, without ever knowing their background, politics or any other character attribute, is why Ted Bundy, the male serial killer, was able to so easily navigate through the 'white' community, cause he was physically attractive to others.
Is why so many pyramid scheme guys are successful and 'white', cause those they 'fool', are initially attracted to, OK with them, cause of their physical traits.
On the other hand, if someone is not attracted to you, than nothing you can do is 'right' to them.

It's as if my brain and body are sometimes out of sinc at times, as of late It's as if my brain and body are out of sinc right now, not aligned properly, in that when I close my eyes, not sure sometimes who or what I am.

Not sure who are what my brain thinks I'm suppose to be, and not sure if that 'be' always aligns with physical reality.

I think sometimes the brain needs just as much rest and recovery as other muscles in the body do.

You got to know when to just let the brain relax.

Think of all the things the brain is trying to do at once Think of all the things your brain is trying to do at once. Heal, think, worry, digest food, keep heart beating, walking, breathing, hearing, site, taste, soxual romance, and more. Sometimes you just got to let your brain relax for a bit and do nothing.

The brain is more powerful than most think, careful what you think.

Don't over work your the mind
I read once where the mind is a muscle, obviously it's not a read tissue muscle, but it's always at work, controlling and syncing 1000's of things at once.
It's as if the mind and heart are connected, I think they are, and is why stressful situations often cause people to have heart attacks.
That's why it's important to not over work the mind, and lately I've become more sensitive to that. It's why when not working, and just off, I no longer rush, I no longer force myself to do anything, I take my time and relax. I do what I want when I want to do it, and if late, so what, it only effects me anyways.
But if it effects someone else, then of course I step up my game.
This 'go go go, get get get stuff, like this song says here..
I think to much go go go, and get get get, can create health issues.
Sometimes I think it's OK to just be lazy and not feel guilty about it.

For some reason, my brain just doesn't want to learn anything right now.
I was hot for a while, absorbing everything in this new online course, but then it's like my brain just put a cap on inbound information, and now when I read something in the lesson it just rolls off my brain like water rolls off a ducks feathers.
Just not sure why.
Smart people are smart cause they're able to focus and take in information. Dumb people like me , at least academically dumb, we're dumb cause we have a hard time focusing on one thing for long periods of time.

My brain is like frozen right now...like all but basic functions are shut down...don't feel like learning or retaining any information...at the moment, at this early morning moment.

Also, I could be feeling more wore out lately, like the need to take naps, cause I'm using my brain a lot more as of late. I'm in a screenplay/film course, and my brain has replaced my body as being the primary muscle used, and I hear the brain, when used, does use up a lot of calories, and why maybe Presidents age so much in 4 years.
I don't know.

I hate when my mind freezes up like this...or just wants to zone out and not do anything even though I know I have plenty to do, assignments to finish, videos to watch, things to proof read, and more...yet my mind is like 'nope, we're just going to sit here and zone out'.
Not sure if that's a form of rebellion or what, but in the end the only person I'm hurting is myself by not being prepared for the future.
