I must say, the black folks that moved in around me, are quiet as hell, hmm.
just met the couple next door as I was entering my place, and even thanked them for being so quiet.
Not saying hood types can't be loud and obnoxious, or better yet younger types, but for some reason, my neighbors are all just as quiet as I am, and I really do appreciate that.

The people beneath me got in a fight yesterday, B dude showed up and was mad, something about a bed, then went stepped out of my place today, saw where a hobbitdy bed was outside the door.
The man doesn't live there, so what I think it was was some jealousy stuff, the young father probably bought is son a bed, and maybe the mother didn't thank him or was seeing another man or woman?
I don't know, i just hope he doesn't come back today, but probably will.
Young B couples can get really violent and stupid when they fight, and take it always out into the streets for everyone to hear, and it gets scary at times cause you don't know who's going to start shooting.

I really ust need to save up for a used Rv and move, ust move, back out to the pacific nw, by the Columbia or Snake River at some RV park, I ust need my peace, if that's even possible anymore when poor.
I think wealthy people can obtain peace more so than poor people, cause when poor, you're forced to live around others you normally wouldn't....when wealthy, you can hide out on your 100 acre ranch.
Wealthy people are living heaven on earth, not sure if heaven can get any better for those who are wealthy here on earth.

I think this B leasing lady, has moved D dealers in and around me..
Cause, well, they just don't seem like working class types, sorry, they don't.
They don't come home wearing working uniforms, or ect.
How the F could that leasing lady be so gdm stupid??!!
This is what happens when you lease places to urban B women, they always sneak in urban males, who don't work, but street hussle.
I just want to move now, but where?
Sure, they're quite for now, but sooner or later violence always breaks out with those who deal in the streets.

You just can't live around certain B people, knowing that any minute, usually at night, gun fire could erupt do to some dispute.

Many whites' move to the SE, do to Ron DeSantis, but what they don't realize until here is that the SE is saturated with like street level, hood type of B folks, everywhere, and unless rich, you'll have to live around them.
That's why, once here, many are now heading to South Dakota, which is more like a white utopian they originally thought they'd find in Florida.

Contrary to what you see on TV, or during the crack epidemic, hood blacks are more likely to sell drugs are narcotics, not use them.
Usually the addicted types I see are whites, at least in this area, but haven't really seen them around much lately, cause now days, being addicted to drugs, with fentanyl in it, your life span is short, for sure.

I just wish I could move to an area where all the males, young ones, aren't future, or current, or former felons, or hang around with such types. Or who think going to jail or prison is cool....yuk.
What ever happened to just going to college, when younger?

Wow, just happened to look outside and see where my neighbors, the ones below me, are like making a late night move. In other words they're moving out, and haven't even been here 3 months.
Not sure why people do that, that can get expensive, cause when move out before lease you have to sign ahead of time to either pay like a one time large fee, or finish up your term in monetary amount.
But ye, they're moving, but they were pretty dern quiet, I mean very quiet...at first I was mad when saw them move in cause they looked like, to me, the typical urban types, and maybe they are, but one thing for sure, since moving in, other than one loud incident, domestic incident, they've been ultra quiet, which makes my life much easier.
It'll stay empty for about a month or two until leasing office puts someone else in it.

Heck, I know I'm going to have to move soon, and that scares me.
Florida used to be a cheap place to live, but with 800 moving here a day, everything is going up.
That sucks, I was here first.
Florida was a great place to live years ago, but only cause could afford to live here, but now snobby millionaires and billionaires are moving here, and as usual they don't give a dam about anyone else, all they do is run and drive prices up, buy up all the cheap land, the beach front property, and whatever.
I wish Ron DeSantis would stop inviting corporations and the rich to move here, cause ultimately they're going to destroy the state once he leaves office.
Take my word on that, Florida is ripe to become another California, all it takes is one Democratic Governer to totally ruin this state and make it a haven for homeless and crime, like other Blue states.

Sometimes I wonder if my across the way, second story neighbors, watch me in my place walk around nude, the kitchen area.
Cause their blinds are always wide open, mine are always shut, and I bet from their angle, they can peer down into my place.

I suspect my second floor neighbor has been spying on me as I walk around the kitchen naked at night.
Their blinds are always wide open, mine are always shut, and their building slightly higher than mine, so even though my blinds are shut, I suspect they can look down into my place.
I actually did see someone in there tonight looking right over at my place, but the lights were off so they couldn't see that I was filming.
It was an older chubby white woman wearing glasses...hmm
