General generic 'black person' chatter

I went out last night to like a gay night club, mainly white folks were there.

Not sure how many of them were actually gay though.
Many people go to gay clubs just to chill, to get away from the pressures of boy meets girl type of stuff at hetero clubs.

You don't have to be gay to enjoy the atmosphere of a gay/lesbian club.

Sobriety can be one scary ride, if not used to it



Sobriety can be one scary ride, for sure, if not used to it, and you realize what a shaky foundation of supposed friends, even family, and or future you've created for yourself.

Once sober, you have to decide how to make things right again, one corrective decision at a time.

Time to pay that evil rent



Evil rent is due. I have till tomorrow, but it came up on the 'to do list'...either way rent is evil, period, it's something the industrial greedy west spread out all over the world and to the Americas...who's bright idea was rent??

Rent is responsible for more homelessness than any other cause and people going broke, staying broke, and burning through their retirement money, college money, medical money, and anything else that costs.

Rent drains. Rent is an industry totally built on greed.

This idea that you have to pay money just to live on any particular spot on this earth is a concept straight from the bowels of hell.



At least the Native Americans didn't charge rent, life was hard enough as it was.

Anyways, rent is due here soon, so I may as well get the ugliness of it out of the way...another big dip into my savings.
One rent payment closer of me having to go back to work, and uselessly hustle working a job I can't stand.

I think I'd rather live in a large tent on some land than to spend the rest of my healthy years/life wasting money on rent.

Hit and Run arguments suck



You know, those conversations where people or someone accuses you of something, then hangs up the phone.

People who'd rather hang up than resolve or get clarity, are cowards.

I wonder how many of these white folks, living way up in the mountains, were laughing at and mocking those in the Katrina floods, where the majority of the victims were people of color.

I remember all the nasty things said in social media about all the city black folks who lost their homes and who died and were flooded out.

Karma, I suppose, or just simply nature, which doesn't discriminate.

When young, moving was fun, very fun, to fun to describe.
Who didn't want to move when younger, either as a hobbit into a new house, or as a young adult into a new apartment or to a new city, town, house.
Moving was so fun when young.

Now fast forward a few decades, and unless wealthy, and have a ton of support from friends or family, moving can take on a nightmarish feel, especially in today's ever shifting demographics.

There's a lot of variables.

I mean if rich, no problem, cause your moving from one secluded castle to another.
But when poor, you're usually moving from one shack to another.

And if a minority, and alone, the sense of alienation can be even worse, especially if moving into an area where minorities or non whites are few...and sadly, or truthfully, those are usually the cleanest, safest, areas to move.

It's why many older more mature blacks or people of color so hate being embarraced by younger types on social media or the news, cause the press is usually bad, and so when you, as a B person, want to move to a nicer area, everyone and their mamma think you're bringing the noise, the litter, the crime, the drugs.
And if a single B male, it's even worse, the negative perception that is, even among other people of color.

But actually, I've learned, it's adult single working class B men who make the best neighbors, because they're more cognitively aware of how their perceived, and so go out of their way to be extra quiet, clean, and etc.

It's single adult B females, with hobbits, are the worst...in that they attract thug types.
B women, for whatever reason, tend to date down....maybe they like the control factor, cause if you date down, that means usually the man is dependent on you for income.
Keep the man needy type of thing.

Anyways, I may have to move soon, and not happy about it.
I'm mad at myself for getting to comfortable where I'm at now, getting to much 'stuff'.
The more comfortable you are, the harder it is to tear yourself away from that comfort.
I should have kept the place empty and bare so that I'd never feel at home here.

Wherever I move, it can't be around noise. I can't stand noise when I'm home. When home, it has to be dead quite or I can't concentrate...that means not hearing other peoples music, no barking dogs, no annoying train horn, etc.

The last two places I've lived have been dead quiet, hopefully the next place will be, or I guess I just won't move there.
