Author pages and notes

I do believe I got ripped off terribly by my last publisher, which if I were vengful type, would share their name, but I'm not, not yet anyways.

But I do believe they exploited the hell out of me and my first book, under a similar title, so I told them to un publish it, and got my own ISBN number and found a service that will simply format the book for you and allow you to find your own publisher as in Amazon or other.

The publishing game is a vicious on, don't think all thugs are out on the streets, it's just the street thugs look more physically menacing than suit and tie wearing ones.

And avoid publishers who publish your book then want you to pay them, their services, for promotion of your book, that's one big exploitive cycle there.

A good publisher will promote you book for you and simply get a cut of the profits...a evil publisher will take your promo money, and still not tell you when books are selling, and keep telling you 'You just need to spend more on promotions'...BS

Not only that but can promote book on your own, locally by just putting yourself out there, street corners with large banner, in front of the library, not on library property, but on the sidewalk, and let people see you and your book as they drive in and out.

I personally think social media is one of the worst ways to promote anything these days, unless you're already famous and have a large following.

The problem is, is that Hollywood and celebrities who scoffed at social media in the beginning, have now taken it over!

So now, unless a celeb or 'VIP', your stuff won't get out..period.

The same barriers people came to social media to avoid, are now on social media, the same gate keepers in Hollywood, ect, are now in social media and once again the powers that be have reduced common people to being nothing more than consumers of their goods, zero input needed or allowed.

With that being said, the best way to still reach people is up close and in person and in real life, especially if have a dynamic personality, and that's exactly what I plan to do real soon here.
