I'm going to repeat what I stated long ago about the relationship between Rand Paul, and his dad Ron Paul, and the GOP. My post isn't so much about policies, as it is about how groups, people, sometimes align, for the sole sake of bringing down a common enemy...but when enemy is removed, the two parties resume being at odds with each other... Kind of how Russia and the U.S.A aligned during WW2 to defeat Nazi Germany... Stalin and President Roosevelt (Britain Prime Minister not shown) The U.S and the Soviet Union allied, to defeat a common enemy during WW2 And Senator Rand Paul, and the GOP have, or allied in the past to damage the credibility and Presidency of Obama. And what really endeared many in the GOP to Senator Rand Paul was when he spend 13 hours filibustering President Obamas nomination John Brennan, from being appointed as head of the CIA. Rand Pauls March filibuster of John BrennanThe GOP, talk radio, Conservatives, Republicans, and all the rest opposed to President Obama, were so in need of a moral boost, a new face of Heroism, and they found on in Senator Rand Paul, who seemed to represent a different face or angle of opposition to Obama other than the usual Fox News 'Hate Obama, just cause he's Obama' mindset. Senator Rand Paul represented a more 'smoother' 'subtle' 'logical' opposition to the President, that and his younger, more 'hip' cult like followers, legions of them. At the time, the Republicans indeed welcomed such an ally. Fast forward to now...the Beef Rand Paul is having with Chris Christie, the Governor of New Jersey, and you can start to see the alignment of Rand Paul and Hardcore traditional GOP's going back to pre-Obama status... We will explore this more in the up coming posts...

Rand Paul was, is, simply to the 'right' what 'Ralph Nader' was, is to the 'left'...
Useful at times, a pest, most of the time to the mainstream political block...

The minute Rand Paul aligns himself with 'Fox News' is the minute I'm done with him...
Fox News will destroy, marginalize, split and divide his fan base, the same way they did with Sarah Palin...
Fox News will make a mockery out of Rand Paul...
Rand Paul is a voice for the people, or was...Fox News is not.
Rand Paul...if you want to save your career, legacy...stay away from Fox News...
Just Ask Sarah Palin...

I really have nothing against Rand Paul But I do know that once the GOP regains power (And Fox News hacks), they're going to kick him to the curb again. They, the GOP collective, are going to give Rand Paul (both Paul's) the 'boot', out the door, good-by, nice knowing ya, type of treatment. They, the GOP collective, only tolerant him now, a Libertarian, simply cause 'the nuisance of my enemy is my friend'.. But when the political enemy of the GOP is no longer in power, Rand Paul will once again become a nuisance to the GOP 'collective'...you heard it here first...

Rand Paul only GOP type who's consistent, and doesn't allow racial loyalty to get in way of universal principlesRecently Rand Paul is being criticized by 'Divine Destiny' type of GOP types, for daring to stand up for citizens of America, who are not 'white'. That's a big no no, and Rand Paul has broken that code of conduct. But by doing so Rand Paul, you have separated yourself from the racial political class, and have distinguished yourself as being a true 'Individual'. As such...you have caught the attention of the Zone....for the zone loves people who stand alone, on principle and are willing to be honest, even if it goes against popular sentiment. Rand Paul, regardless of your past, you're one of the few GOP types actually being honest and consistent on this issue, and not letting 'color' distract you from issue at hand. As such, you have impressed many people, whom most GOP types, Tea Party types have written off as being nothing more than whatever their worst nightmares about them happen to conjure. A bit of prophecy based on common sense. 1. GOP types will turn on you, they never liked you, only used you as a tool against 'President Obama'. 2. You p-ss off people from all sides, cause you're loyal to principle and not color. 3. It's OK to grow and evolve with the times...growth is healthy...as long as you're growing, you're alive. 4. You just may end up being the next President of this nation, if you decide to run for office...and remember you heard it here first on the zone. Continue to be yourself, and your base will continue to grow...you will attract people of all colors, genders, orientation, mindsets...just continue being who or what you are. Good day.

Senator Rand Paul...you are kind of sort of cool to me right now...
That's odd in that I normally despise all politicians...but you...I don't know.
We shall see.

Hey Rand Paul!
Stick to your guns...I'm actually starting to like you.
Thanks for standing up for the rights of all American citizens and resisting the urge, instinct, to just stand up for 'traditional whites' who are rich and wealthy.
You definitely got my interest now, but in a good way.
Rarely do politicians excite me...but you're beginning to raise my eyebrows...
Not only that but how cool would it be if Tea Party members actually joined the peaceful protesters in Ferguson...(not the looters, who are nothing more than gangs) but the peaceful protesters...how powerful would that be?
And how many big wigs at the top would that scare to see common Americans coming together?
Rand Paul...you have my interest now for some odd reason...
You're the only GOP type who's willing to stick to principle over party doctrine...

Not sure why Rand Paul keeps allowing Hannity to 'court' him, I keep saying on here that as soon as it becomes politically expedient to do so, Hannity, and other ratings driven talk radio/show personalities will kick Rand Paul to the curb... Don't believe me? Just watch it play out...the zone is always correct. .

Senator Rand Paul appeals to 80% of potential voters right now, young, some what handsome, seen as a outsider, open to various commen sense views.
But as soon as he aligns himself, is seen as, or identified with typical ratings driven sound bite Fox News correspondence like Hannity, than his appeal suddenly drops down to like 15%!
If Senator Rand Paul allows Fox News to court him, his chances of becoming next President drop down to zero.
The Zone is never wrong.
Hannity and Fox News totally destroy the political appeal of past and future candidates.

Rand Paul has the unique gift of appealing to the Conservative and Liberal sides most people have inside of themSenator Rand Paul has the unique ability of appealing to the duel side most have inside of them. No one is all Conservative or Liberal. Most are just 'safe', most people are 'safe' when you boil it down. Most people are safe, and want to feel safe at night, and while out in community. And that's a non electoral view of Conservatism. Electoral Conservatism is different than every day common sense Conservatism. And Rand Paul appeals to the every day common sense street Conservatism inside of most...where as Fox News and Hannity appeal to the ratings driven, Jerry Springer media type of Conservatism. Hannity is for Hannity...Rush Limbaugh is for Rush Limbaugh...they have shows to promote, their own individual brands to promote, and in the end could care the less who wins elections as long as their own radio shows continue to produce profits and high ratings... They will totally destroy the credibility and reputation of potential candidates as long as it means high ratings for their radio/TV shows. Palin appealed to many, before Fox News and Hannity totally hi-jacked her image and recreated her into a one sided partisan infomercial. Don't let them do the same to Rand Paul. Note:It's also why Donald Trump will always be a talk radio, Fox News Hack himself. He'll climb into the ring but will never fight.

If Rand Paul allows Fox News, and Fox News commentators like 'Hannity' or 'O'Reily' or Greta, to hi-jack his image and message, his campaign is already doomed.
Fox News and talk radio will simply repackage Rand Paul as being yet another 'Oh I hate the President' type of Candidate.
In other words Fox News, to potential open minded voters, will shrink the appeal of Rand Paul...and instead of focusing on his ideas that could maybe help all, will simply repackage him as just another President hating Candidate that's good for Fox News ratings, but that won't translate well into actual voting public.
Repackaging is what Fox and talk radio do, not for the candidates benefit, but for theirs. They must repackage candidate to appeal to their audience, rather than appealing to all common sense people, and their audiences happen to be very 'niche'.
Where as the actual voting public is much more diverse than any particular call in radio show or Fox news show audience.
The terms Liberal and Conservative have been greatly mis used and abused by ratings driven talk radio hosts.
Their definitions are totally meaningless in the real world, outside the studio walls where they've created this artificial world of Left vs Right.
If Paul falls into that trap his candidacy will be ruined.

Rand Paul gets destroyed tonight on Fox NewsHow many times must I tell Rand Paul that Fox News is not his friend, they will try to shred him...they don't like him, and only use him for ratings, as Megyn Kelly proved tonight on her Fox News show. Here's how interview went with Magyn tonight... 'Hey Rand Paul you're a soxiest aren't you?
Hey Rand Paul why do you disrespect Fox News female reporters, and what's with your temper?Fox News's Megyn Kelly did her best to cast Rand Paul in bad light tonight, then had female guest on afterwards who did the same...casting Rand Paul as a 'soxiest' for not bowing down to their stupid Democratic egos. Rand Paul, Fox news will be the end to you...I've warned you plenty of times on here. They are not real heartland or 'street' type of conservatives.

Rand Paul kicks the heck out of Hannity, and exposes a ratings driven hollow political hack, verses a real live representative that actually understands how the world really works.
That would be Rand Paul.
He's not perfect, but at least he's always willing to grow and learn.

What Rand Paul and Luke Skywalker have in commonRand Paul had such amazing following power just two years ago and back, cause he was relying on 'The Force' per say. He wasn't your average strain of politician, he was being himself, a other world type, he was groovy, calm and cool. And like Luke Skywalker, up above, as he takes on Death Star, he, Rand Paul, has to learn to relax a bit, find his natural calm steadfast groove, and let 'The Force' take over. During first debate Rand Paul totally seemed 'human', emotional and a bit bratty. He, you, were relying totally on your emotions, and it came off totally wrong, as if derailed. Where as your focus should of been on self, self was always good enough in the past, and is why in the past you were able to build up such an invisible force of admirers. If you want to gain in the polls again, you need to focus on self, not Chris Christie, not Donald Trump, but self. But what do I know right? It wasn't until Luke Skywalker reluctantly listened to Obi Won, was he then able to destroy the death star, but when he relied on his flesh, he was totally off point. In other words quit being just another typical politician and go back to being yourself, that cool, savvy calm yet confident person a lot of us knew from years past, and you'll be surprised.

Mr Rand Paul, it's been a while, so sorry your neighbor tackled you a few years ago, I wonder if they were under a spell?
Question
By being a elected politician, are you serving 'self' or the public?
I mean aside from your speeches, what have you done to actually shift or change anything in society?, while receiving such good pay and pension
