You can find much better shots to take while either walking or on a bike or scooter than you can if driving
When driving, sure, you see a lot of cool shots you could take, but there's no where to park, traffic is behind you and so forth.
But when on a bike or walking around with camera, you can duck into alleys, or peddles in and around abandoned warehouse or stop in front of a shop, etc...and take cool photos or video and not be in any ones way.

Well, I did go for that bike ride and walk...nothing interesting to film though...was basically walking next to a 6 lane divided highway the whole time.
What I need is a police scanner, so I can be where all the action is..hmm

When it comes to writing a screenplay, if you get distracted and your mind becomes gummed up with other stuff, to me, it's good to just stop and not force it.
Let the mind clear, get some rest, walk, etc, then come back to it.
Also, careful who you speak with while writing, negative conversations can alter your mood and effect your writing ability.

School or no school, I can only spend so much time inside and on computer, to me it's like blasphemy to stay cooped up inside while a perfectly good, sunny day goes by, without stepping out into it, even if for a short meaningless drive to the store.
I'm just not a stay inside cooped up type of person, unless maybe I'm under the weather.
So yeah, about to get dressed, groom, and just, heck, if nothing else, take out the trash, that'll give me an excuse to get out.

John Baer and his continuing bus adventures
They asked for help that day, needed a ride to Savannah, so I helped, even though running short on time myself.
But I'm not the type to say no to decent people.
None of us are 100% decent, but it's more of a sliding scale thing...lol
But yeah, some paint, a few more interior adjustments and they'll be on their way.
Just glad I could play a small part in it all.

Practicing how to direct
A fun practice session on how to direct and give direction to actors.
And also seeing how a script plays out when actually read by real performers.
Although the two in the video are kind of novices at this, or at least the one on the left, but she still gave it her all, and then some.
This is why the job of casting directors is so very important, cause if don't cast the right person to play a role, everything else can and will be thrown off.
Trial and error.

I've got a 2 pm meeting with a course instructor tomorrow, where, I don't know, they'll try to convince me and or detor me from taking a more advanced screenwriting class from them, remotely of course.
I don't know...I told them, the recruiter guy, that I need results...that I'm not just taking these courses for the fun of it, to spend money, but that I need results.
I need a film made...I need money.
I've been unemployed for over 5 months now, just living off of savings...I can only do that for a few more months.
But if taking this course from this top notch screen writer can better help me get my story turned into a movie, than why not...it's all a gamble...

Sometimes I don't even know why I care anymore at my age.
But the thing is, is even though older, I'm still relatively healthy, so I have to do something with the time still given to me or I'll get bored and go nuts, I suppose, or just end up moving to a state where weed is legal and smoking weed all day...lol

You really need a lot of energy to make it in this film business, you really do.
Your mind has to be sharp as a tac, and you've got to be fit, mentally and physically, and you gotta have drive, or you'll get chewed up and tossed out pretty quickly.
