I pity those who don't 'dream' while asleep...
If a dreamer, than understand that when asleep, dreaming, it's like double world, dreams as thick as reality realm...only more fun, lots more fun.
When dreaming, get to visit old friends, old classmates, even relatives who have long past, old pets even, but in dreams pets from past 'talk'...
Then you wake up and it's like 'gross', 'Why am I here?', 'Why can't I return to my dreams, where life was simple, fun and free?'.

I'm OK about going to bed tonight, I suppose...in that only 4 day work weeks hence forth...cool, very cool...I think...
I mean the only way you become alive again is when have 3 days in a row, off to self...
If don't know how to spend 3 days with self, and or family (if you have one) than you're lost....
Life, being conscious, is a gift, a lucky gift, and this idea that must spend that time mindlessly laboring to contribute to the wealth of others, to me is like being under a spell...just like some religions...
Satan is so very clever..only a few will get that...

How do I do it?
I just get to certain time of evening or night, and just say 'enough!'...and no matter what's going on, no matter unresolved issues, I simply stop it all and go to bed, or 'rest'...
Stress combined with improper sleep, 'kills'...
So every single evening I have, when body tells me to 'stop' for that day, I stop...and just rest.
Would rather be healthy, energetic and homeless, than wealthy and sick and or diseased cause allowed stress to wear body out and lower immune system.

After that nothing else matters, or should, all that should matter is 'you' and your well being.
Is that selfish?...
So what if it is, is an early grave selfish?
When it's time to stop, stop.
That's not selfish, it's sensible...later and goodnight, time for bed and rest.

Time for bed soon, it's gonna be cold tonight.
Heat on (high bill) or heat off, freeze, but sleep knowing not being charged for electricity.
Kind of the every day issues poor class common folks deal with.
Anyways best time of 24 hour cycle coming up, which is 'bed', sleep and dreams, where one is allowed to escape and become whatever, to revisit old friends, family, pets and more.
And unlike Netflix, Cable, TV and more, dreams are free, the places you go in dreams are free, no charge.
But sure if 'man' could figure out way to even charge you for dreams, they would.
Can't stand when financial experts on radio associate their show's with 'god'...as if to say god needs the stock market to effect your life.
Hate when certain others simply reduce 'God' to 'self'.
I don't think 'money' is of God, sorry, but I just don't.
I think the whole money thing is of Satan, and not a divine loving God.
So few will get that.
Life can be lived, in it's full, without the devils income...and again so few will get that, most will result to 'labels'.
Anyways, time for bed, that precious time when allowed to escape, to dream, to play, to ponder and to wonder and all for free.

I don't over do it anymore, when time for bed, than time for bed, especially as one ages.
Bed is bed, sleep time, dream time is sleep time and dream time, a time for body to heal.
Rest is the key to longevity and decent health.
And when it's time to rest, I rest.
Once you realize how rigged life is, the extra late nights up, stressing body out, is meaningless, just to have all your efforts and works ignored in favor of someone who's 'in the club'. So instead after a while just learn to trust in 'fate'.
Would rather live longer, and healthier being nothing or a nobody, than dying early from stress trying to defy fate.

My bedroomMy bedroom... I'm about to bed down, the safest, most comforting time for me during the whole 24 hour cycle, when really nothing can touch you except your own thoughts, abstract thoughts, where allowed to work out issues of the day and or life. Bed, couch, whatever, a place of sanctuary peace, quiet and rest. A place where thy body, mind and soul can finally heal. A place of solace. A place where events of past, people of your past, conjured up again through odd dreams, a place where even old pets come back alive and talk to you, comfort you, like days of old. Bed is like heaven to some, or many, who appreciate the down time. Anyways, goodnight, time to bed down.

Bed...hmm...something we all have in common, regardless of your color, gender, age, nationality, soxual orientation, social status and whatever, there comes that time in the day when all need to and WANT TO go to bed...why?
Cause it's the only time in the day when you're left alone.
I guess and suppose.
It's that only time of the day, 24 hour cycle, when can just 'be'....when other side take over.
Humans are frail, and that's the bottom line...all life forms on Earth are frail...clones of one another.
Tough as you may pretend to be, the toughest fake acting male, on the inside, is no different than a butterfly.

It's that time folks
Its that time when must listen to body and when body says 'enough, go to bed' than must obey, for when it's defy bodies orders is when we pre-maturely age, get sick, and immune system faulters. (or however spelled)
When body says 'enough' than listen...and rest, and climb into bed, or the couch or hay pile...just stop, and rest, and sleep.
Health depends on properly dividing day up into segments.
1. Sleep
2. work
3. play/recreation
4. Nap time, if allowed or possible.
Employers who don't encourage you to nap literaly want you to die young and early.
Anyways...I"m not at work, I'm at home, at rest...but come tomorrow hellish work week does begin again, where will be caught up in mindless, meaningless activities.
Bed, couch, night, and darkness, and dreams, here I come, and please shield me until tomorrow arrives...

If you listen to your body, you'll live longer
OK, I've just reached that 'stop' moment, when body just says 'stop, enough' time for rest.
You have to listen to body, no matter how ambitious, you must listen to body, body likes to divide day up into predictable segments for optimal health.
1. Sleep, rest
2. Work/duty
3. recreational time, exploration time
Respect those boundaries if you want health and longjevity (or however spelled)
Don't overly tax the mmind, for the mind is the most calorie burning organ in thy body..here me?...yes no?
And as the mind goes, so does rest of body.
Respect your daily boundaries.
Time for bed, or rest, and or even a snack as I let today's issue fade off.

Sometimes you just want to go to bed 'fat and happy', regardless.
Your day went bad, nothings going right, it's cold outside, so who cares, at least one can make belly happy by stuffing it with Sandwich or sweets before bed, so what, won't change a thing about current reality.
But at least can go to bed holding self knowing that 'hell' awaits in the morning.
